Absolutely the worst consumer experience in my life. I ordered a used PC as well as miscellaneous PC parts. They charged my credit card the day after I ordered, never shipped any portion of the order, never refunded a dime. Three weeks after I placed the order they responded to my emails saying that they "had cancelled the order and would refund within several days". It never happened. Later they replied they would "issue a refund within 10 days"... again, it never happened.
I had paid with a credit card, so I contested the charge with the credit card and it was reversed by my credit card company who then went back on the company's bank account. It was well worth the small hassle of contesting the charge to get my money back.
In doing a quick search online, I see many, many other customers with the same experience. Too much of a pattern here to be a coincidence!

Ordered on the 4th. When I first checked on the status of the order, I was told it would take 2 weeks. I pointed out that their website stated 5 to 7 days, and that payment had cleared. On the 11th, was told by service rep via email that payment had cleared and it would be shipped that day. No response to emails after that day. Product didn't arrive until 11/26/05.
Product was what I had ordered, was new in box and for a decent price.
So if you aren't in a big hurry and are willing to wait weeks for your product, then order from them.

Like many others, I made the mistake of not checking a review site before ordering from them.
I ordered a few things on Oct 19. I was charged the next day, yet I am still waiting for the order status to change to "shipped."
I have not yet contacted them, because it's not a lot of money, the items are not critical, and I enjoy watching people hang themselves through their own incompetence.
But if you are ordering a lot, or need something fast, I'd say pay a bit more at a more reputable place. I'd suggest using pricewatch.com, I've had a lot of good experiences with the companies who are represented there.

I won an auction on eBay for an item from this company. I paid for the item the same day the auction ended. Two days later, I emailed them about when the item would ship. They emailed back saying:
"Due to an inventory database problem on our website Cisco Aironet PCM352 was incorrectly listed. The card is actually an Intel Pro/Wireless 5000 LAN Cardbus Adapter, which is a 5GHz card that we sell on our site for $79.00. We can offer this card at the same price you paid. If this is not acceptable we will issue a refund immediately. Please advise. Thank you and we apologize for the mistake."
I did not want the other card so I asked them to refund my money, and they did.
Bottom line: Beware of this company! One of three things happened:
1. They lied and actually had the item, but weren't pleased with the amount that the auction went for.
2. They never had the item to start out with and planned all along to bait-and-switch for the cheaper Intel card.
3. They were telling the truth and had a legitimate "inventory database problem".
You make the call.

During the 21 days it took to finally receive this order, I emailed them 3 times and spoke with them on the phone twice. I finally received the item only after giving them a final deadline before I would file an Internet Fraud report on them. I finally received the item 21 days after placing the order. I don't know if they are overwhelmed, or sloppy, or just sleazy, but I will not order from them again.

Four days after placing my first order it still hadn't shipped. They can't change an order so I had to cancel to add additional items. The website said everything was in stock, but it wasn't. Two weeks later I received my order. I ordered five items; One item was missing and one was a knock off brand instead of the Intel part I ordered. My emails to customer support were answered at first by "Joann" (actual employee) then they went unanswered. I had to hunt down their phone # and was able to straighten the mess out. The people I spoke to were quite nice. They made good on the items but it took about 3 weeks from the original purchase date and a lot of aggravation. I have since ordered from several other computer discount type online stores and it's usually 3 days max from the time I order until it arrives. I Sell Surplus...it would have to be a killer deal to get me to order again.

I placed an order for 1 OEM cd of Nero with Priority Mail shipping. 9 days later they reply that the order has finally shipped, and was sent First Class mail. 6 more days go by and I check the tracking number with the post office, and it shows the order has never shipped, only shipping info was sent to the post office, not the actual package. This company has not replied to my emails. They have committed fraud.

Have placed two orders this year, both included items ( mp3 player and memory)which arrived DOA ( defective on arrival). Had to return items at my own expense and then they languished in "testing" for a week or more before shipping a replacement. Items are shown in stock, but often takes up to a week before they even ship. One order had shown as shipped, but never did. They rarely answer emails and "live support" is barely breathing. You have to get them to give you a supervisor's phone number to get any results.

After 2 previous small orders that were filled w/o incident, I placed an order that included a used computer, and proceeded to wait, and wait and wait, even thought the order was listed as "Approved" when I logged-in to my account. When I e-mailed a rep, I was told tha the order was not yet shipped because the computer was out of stock and they were sorry. I was then told that they were expecting a re-stock on the item "soon" and the order would be shipped then. At this point, my credit card had already been charged, and my patience had evaporated, so I e-mailed back, pointing out the virutal impossibility of "re-stocking" a unique item like a used computer, and told them to cancel the order and refund the charge. I got a reply saying that they would cancel my order and refund the charge as requested, but they never did! After numerous un-answered e-mails, I gave up and disputed the charge with my credit card, and they recently decided in my favor. If I log-on to my account on the site, this order is still listed as "Approved"! Never again.

3 weeks to ship my parts, and only after constant back and forth emails and threaening PP dispute.
first, after 2 weeks, i requested they cancel my order and NOT ship it. then, like magic i get a shipping confirmation, which they say "ignore it" we're going to cancel it. Well, it still shows up.
So i call and request a return. My agent, Max, tells me to use their UPS acct to return it. I return it. They never ever return my emails anymore after that. So I file with PayPal but the timeframe is up on the complain window.
Thankfully, I decided at the last second to empty my PP balance and pay with my Amex, so they got what was coming to them in the long run.

will not shop from this store ever again! received product after a month, and found only 2 out of 3 items ordered. packaging is horrible, the 512MB of DDR ram is duct taped to the headset i ordered, and they just put the things in a bubble wrapped envelope! the headset is not as advertised and only works on some 3rd party phone. I returned the stuff a month ago and it is still in to-be-credited status.

Purchased some memory to upgrade my computer in early March. It took them 2 weeks after payment to ship. The memory wasn't compatible with my computer, so I promptly returned it. After a month of no credit appearing on my credit card statement and hearing all types of excuses from "It's a Paypal issue" (?? - I paid with a credit card!) to "We're having credit issues but you'll get your credit tomorrow", I finally had to call my credit card company. After a couple of days of investigation, they issued me a full credit. BEWARE!

I bought a firewire cable on their web site, which says they have >500 of them. They got the PayPal payment on the same day.
Today May 24, 2005. No response to my emails, no answer to my phone calls and no explanation.
I did have a purchase before. I suggest don't bet your money on them being honest.
Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The item was not in stock. It seems that I got a credit on my credit card within a little more than a week after I found out that the item was not in stock, one week after the original order was placed.
