Ordered desktop PC case for use as HTPC. Good price ($9.99). Comparable ground shipping cost (about $23). Arrived in a little more than a week. In the order, I mentioned that I knew about resellerratings.com.

1) Order a case to build a HTPC. Case was cheap ($9.99) and shipping was FREE.  
 
2) Like others have stated, they charged my card about 2-3 days after I placed my order, and a couple of days before they shipped. Typically, that's not a good thing to do, but the price was right, and shipping on a 20+lbs PC case was free, so I can deal with it.  
 
3) Ordered Jan 31st, case arrived Feb 15th. For free shipping, I'm not gonna complain.  
 
 
If you can deal with them charging your CC before shipping, and a somewhat-longer ship time that others, they check them out. The prices are great.

Good buy. Good shipment. Great store. I was skeptical to buy because of ISellSurplus' current rating, but I was scammed by them. I got the case in perfect condition and a perfect amount of money spent.

Despite the fact that one of my items was backordered and I had to wait over a week for the entire order to ship, my dealing with this company are entirely positive.  
 
They deal in mostly hard-to-find and surplus stuff. I bought a "Lin-Lin" adapter, remember those? Basically a FCPGA --> PPGA adapter, and they had it for a fraction of other sites.

I will have to voice in defence of this store. They  
are far from perfect, but I found them to be reasonable to deal with. They have very low prices for random items that do seem to come from someone's surplus.  
I've bought quite a bit of hardware from them (three, four hundred worth in about 6 different orders). I have had a single problem with a computer case that arrived damaged and took a while to get credit for since they did not have it in stock.  
Shipping does take a while (from 10 to 20 days) but items always arrive as advertised and in a good condition, besides that computer case (another one arrived in a fine condition and is being used now).  
Customer support is friendly, although refunding of the case took about three calls.  
 
Don't buy anything mission critical, but for good cheap hardware they seemed to work well for me.

My order was fulfilled without a problem. It took a little longer than I expected, but it was probably because it was sent through regular U.S. Postal Service mail. Overall I was hapy with my purchase and will order from iSellSurplus again, especially because they always have some kind of special going on.

ISellSurplus.com has excellent prices, especially when they are running a sale on already low prices. During their last 2-for-1 sale, I bought 2 HDD coolers, a 10' crossover ethernet cable, and the Nero 6.6 Suite (OEM version) for under $20.00. Additionally, they often throw in a product for free, the Nero Suite in this case, with any order.  
 
A bonus with this site is the ability to calculate the shipping cost, which allows me to know my total, before personal information during checkout is entered. This lets me know if I have found the best online deal without devulging my personal information.  
 
Processing and shipping is relatively quick. I don't think I have had an order take longer than 5 business days from order to delivery.  
 
ISellSurplus gives me extremely competitive pricing on a good choice of components, with fast processing and shipping; a great site for the bargain-hunter.

Was a 2 for 1 special on CDrom Drives. They were as advertised. Manufacture Date, Drive Rail mounting scratches was consistent with advertised age/use. They were packaged adequately in bubble wrap and peanuts. The order also included a Free Nero Burning Rom CD ver 6.6 and License, which works wonderfully. Best Burning Program I have ever used. (I have used 2 others plus WinXP built in burning). The order was placed 1/26/2005 11:29:26PM, the order arrived at my doorstep via UPS at 2/2/2005 Noon-ish. That was just about 6.5 days from Order to Completed Order. I would buy from them again. (This is my 3rd order from the company, ordered Computer Cases and Memory Sticks from them previously) I build/repair/upgrade peoples PC's so I'm always needing quality parts and this (Isellsurplus.com) store is on my "good" list. Thank you.

I bought software from iSellSurplus.com with a fair degree of concern. Their price was very good; but the write-ups on them were only fair. Everything went well in the ordering process and I received the software in the mail in a few days. I had purchased two copies of WordPerfect Office 12 and both CD's were in a single bubble wrap envelope. Unfortunately, both CD's were cracked and useless. There was an obvious damage to the envelop where something hard and sharp had penetrated it.  
 
I sent an E-mail to them and very quickly got a response that new CD's would be sent to me. No questions asked! After a week of hearing nothing; I called them. I got through first time and was told that they were very sorry for the delay and that the problem would be tracked down. In a few days I received the new CD's undamaged.  
 
I would have no concern about dealing with this company again. I belive they are trying to be low cost and also responsive to their customers.

This is my first time ordering from this company.It has been truly one of the best merchants to deal with!I think they deserve a better than excellent rating. First off i bought 3 cpu cooling fans with heat sinks for a amd xp 3000+ at a what i concider a really reasonable price of $4.00 each. plus a 450 watt power supply for $10.00 and also i bought some phone lines total shipping was $2.99 then the next day i received email with same cpu heatsinks for $2.99 i used there pretty neat service called live live help. and i asked for cheaper price on the cpu fans and was quickly reambursed for the money.the only downfall of the whole deal was the waiting i had to do on ups delivering. but then again if you want it quicker pay lil more i guess. also .before i bought i came to this site with wanting info on this company at the time there was one good review .after i bought there was another review that wasnt happy with this company before i added this review one of the reviews were gone hmmmmm strange. i checked out this companys review on bizrate and was amazed how good they were rated on there that site made me confident in buying from them plus there ebay sales rating. thanks jay
