Absolutely the worst consumer experience in my life. I ordered a used PC as well as miscellaneous PC parts. They charged my credit card the day after I ordered, never shipped any portion of the order, never refunded a dime. Three weeks after I placed the order they responded to my emails saying that they "had cancelled the order and would refund within several days". It never happened. Later they replied they would "issue a refund within 10 days"... again, it never happened.  
 
I had paid with a credit card, so I contested the charge with the credit card and it was reversed by my credit card company who then went back on the company's bank account. It was well worth the small hassle of contesting the charge to get my money back.  
 
In doing a quick search online, I see many, many other customers with the same experience. Too much of a pattern here to be a coincidence!  
 
See the excellent review by Yogibob (posted 2/22/06) for links to the better business bureau's complaint website as well as Nevada Attorney General and Arizona Attorney General. I hope you all get your money back, too!

As the two others below, I bought over $600 worth of RAM from them and it never arrived, and they are not answering my emails (even though server receipts show they are being successfully delivered and a couple of read receipts have come my way too).  
 
Gone to Arizona and Nevada AG's office as well as BBB....will be talking to my attorney Monday.

My Complaint is with Isellsurplus.com. Bad service all around!  
 
On 3/25/05 I purchased a Computer motherboard and CPU Combo from Isellsurplus.com. In December of 2005 It broke, and I filed for a RMA (Return Merchandise), and sent it back for testing and replacement. Isellsurplus received it on 1/5/06. It took them over a month of testing to finally decide to replace this order. On 2/7/06 I received a pre-shipping notification, but it was going to be shipped to my old address. I had updated my address with my account page on their website months ago, but this doesn’t change the address on the past orders page, and even though I had included a paper stating I had moved, and please ship to my new address, plus putting my new address on the outside of the box, they still were going to send it to my old address. This is not the first time this has happened with an order from them. Up to this point, I had e-mailed them twice to inquire on the length of time to make a determination on my RMA, with never a reply back, but I e-mailed them again telling them I had moved, and please re-direct this shipment to my new address. This time I received a reply on 2/8/06 saying, “The package is actually still on our shipping dock waiting to be picked up.  
We will change the address. It will go out today.” As of today, 2/23/06 It has yet to be shipped out. I am still waiting for my order. I have sent two e-mails asking about the delay, and letting them know I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, and Consumer affairs division, and contacting the Arizona Attorney Generals office. I’m still waiting for my warranty replacement to arrive.

ordered end of oct, 2005, received some end of nov. Never got PC, called in Jan, said they'd ship. Haven't. Phone not answering, no answers to email. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

First time ordering from this company. Order placed on 1/21, charged on 1/22, and as of 1/30 the status remains APPROVED (i.e. unshipped). No status/acknowledgment email about delays, and no replies to emails sent to customer service.  
I thought the days of customer service this terrible was extinct. I only checked resellerratings.com to see if my experience may have been unique, but after reading other reviews I can see that it is not.  
I won't deal with this company again. Charging credit cards for orders that haven't shipped is fraudulent, in my opinion. Even if I get a credit/charge back done, I will still worry that they have my credit card on file. I don't trust these people. There are so many great, reputable mail-order companies out there... I should have stuck with them instead of wandering into this pit hole.

The dvd burner I ordered was in stock at the time of purchase. It took ten days to recieve an email letting me know that it was now on back-order and would take two weeks to get there. Nice job keeping the customer informed.

It is now 1-5-06 and even though they charged my credit card right away, 12-22-05, this order has still not shipped. Called a couple of times. Once was told it would go out that day which was a lie.

Ordered on the 4th. When I first checked on the status of the order, I was told it would take 2 weeks. I pointed out that their website stated 5 to 7 days, and that payment had cleared. On the 11th, was told by service rep via email that payment had cleared and it would be shipped that day. No response to emails after that day. Product didn't arrive until 11/26/05.  
 
Product was what I had ordered, was new in box and for a decent price.  
 
So if you aren't in a big hurry and are willing to wait weeks for your product, then order from them.

Placed an order on 11/6. My credit card was charged 11/7. I waited two weeks and my order was never shipped. I emailed them asking why my credit card was charged if they had not shipped my order. They responded by cancelling my order and crediting my card. I don't trust any company that will charge your CC prior to shipping... this is a perfect example why.

During the 21 days it took to finally receive this order, I emailed them 3 times and spoke with them on the phone twice. I finally received the item only after giving them a final deadline before I would file an Internet Fraud report on them. I finally received the item 21 days after placing the order. I don't know if they are overwhelmed, or sloppy, or just sleazy, but I will not order from them again.

Company either attempts to commit fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.  
I ordered a few items - a fan grill, a couple of headsets, Nero and WinDVD - on 8/4. After about three weeks not receiving even as much as a confirmation e-mail, I tried to contact them. They d not answer their phones. They do not answer e-mail. The only way to contact them is through their live sales help (when one is lucky enough to catch them). Finally reaching them, they said that the fan grill was on backorder (even though the site said that they were in stock at the thime of ordering), and the order would ship that day via 3-day shipping.  
Receiving the order a week later via ground, I opened it up to find that the WinDVD software was not included. There was no explanation in the box, not even a shipping recipt. I contacted them again, and asked where the WinDVD software was. They responded that it was on backorder and would be in within a couple of weeks. Three weeks later, I contacted them again, and they said it was still on backorder, and would be in in a couple of weeks. About a month later, I contacted them one more, and they said "It is being shipped right now."  
About a week later, I finally received the software, well over two months after ordering. During all of this time, I was unable to play any DVD's on my computer. Had ISellSurplus made any effort to contact regarding the status of my order other than saying "approved" on the website, it would not have been so frustrating. Also, they conveiniently shipped all of my items on the same days that I contacted them.  
This company actively tries to commit fraud; I had to contact them each time for my items to ship. They make no effort to contact the customer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Terrible after-sale service. They shipped the wrong model item (cheaper one). I got an RMA and shipped the item back and waited. It took several weeks and a complaint through state Attorney General Consumer Protection office to get them to respond. They finally shipped a replacement, the same wrong model again! It took another two months and Attorney General follow-up contact to get a second RMA. Then it took another two months and Attorney General contact again to get a refund, minus the shipping I had to pay twice to ship the wrong items back ($10.89 each time). Now I'm waiting to see if the check clears the bank!  
 
They are terrible about responding to emails, faxes, and phone calls. They promise service and support, but do not follow through. Do NOT trust them!
