I did not purchase anything from accessoriesland.com. I cancelled my proposed purchase. Here's why:
Within 5 minutes of placing my order online, I received a phone call from an extremely rude person (unidentified and refused to identify himself) to verify that I understood that the cameras I planned to purchase came with no memory cards. I assured him I was aware of that, but he continued, in rapid-fire broken English, repeating that I should understand the lack of memory. Without taking a breath, he then informed me that my order would be shipped in 5 to 6 weeks in direct contrast to their website which stated a more reasonable shipping date. When I interrupted him for an explanation, I was told that "I don't have time to argue. Either confirm your order or cancel it" Of course, I immediately cancelled. I then called the company's information line to confirm my cancellation. As soon as I stated my business, whoever answered (again-unidentified), responded by hanging up. I then called VISA to tag my account to make sure this shady company did not use my credit info.
All in all, a infuriating experience. I would never recommend this site or ever visit it again. This review was modified by its author, alans1959, on

I ordered a digital camera. Later that day, Accessoriesland called to try and get me to buy a memory card. When I said no, he tried high-pressure sales tactics. When I still said no, he called me names (like Grinchy). Eventually he said, "You're not getting a camera then." and hung up on me. My husband called back, and he cussed at my husband and called him names (cuss words). I will never order from them again, and they cancelled my order. I really feel that they never had the camera that I ordered, and it was a classic bait and switch to get me to buy the accessories. Had I purchased the accessories, I still don't think I'd have gotten the camera. This review was modified by its author, lawbabe, on

Bait and switch scammers. Ordered a Canon A75, and received a follow up call informing me that the camera I ordered did not come with a memory card. (Every product listing on legitimate sites stated that a memory card was included.) Then told me that I could pick any one from their site for 50%. Unfortunately, half off of an outrageous price is still high. Memory was much cheaper elsewhere. (AND, it was supposed to come with a card.) Vendor/owner got upset when I started to look back at the website, to see what was listed. He said, "what do you think, I'm going to take out an $8 memory card and try to sell you a more expensive one." He finally said, fine, your order is cancelled. Lucky for me... Buyer beware!

Ordered over a month ago on October 9th. Called on Oct 19th and they tried to sell additional products for the camera we ordered. When we refusted additional products were told it would be another week or two. Called back again on Nov 14th and told to look at another item on website and that the camera we ordered was still not in. UNSAT business. This review was modified by its author, Hisnangel, on

I ordered a digital camera from this company. When the salesman called to confirm my order he asked me if I wanted to also purchace a memory card and a battery I told him that I did not. He was not very friendly when I told him this. I asked him if I would get an e-mail confirmation when the camera was shipped. I did not hear his answer and thought that we had lost connection. I called him back, told him who I was and that we had lost connection. I then repeated my question. He replied, "I told you that when I talked to you before." and proceeded to hang up on me again. I immediately called back and was hung up on again. I thought about that for a day or two and then called and cancelled my order. About 5 minutes after I cancelled, I received an e-mail saying that the camera that I had ordered was out of stock. I feel like they only wanted to sell me the high priced accessories that they were trying to sell. I will never, ever order anything from this company again. This was my first experience at ordering anything this expensive on line, and I don't know if I will try it again, that is how disappointed I was with the experience.

These people are shysters, scammers and outright liars. I purchased a camera on line and two days later they called saying the credit card company needed to confirm my address. (Lie) The the hard sell Than for a battery that is usually $199 for $89.00 and insurance back and forth. It was a Sunday morning and I was unprepared and I actually agreed to a battery and insurance, and he quoted a total price including shipping and that was that. After I thought about it the total price he gave me couls not have been right as it was $180. more than the camera.
I called the next day and got the same guy(I think) and asked for the total again and for a revised itemized invoice be emailed to me.Very rudely he said he already told me the total. He said it would be sent in the package. I than told him I wanted to cancel the extras and was told it was no problem just send them back when you get them. All the time very rude .
When i recieved the package there was no Itemized invoice, , just a total of $474.00 for the camera and the other items were on the invoice with a zero price. In addition the "199.00" battery was actaully a cheap generic knock off 5001 that you can buy anywhere for $29 to $40. There was a notice asticker about an extended warranty but no paper work terms etc. Then the camera it self was not in an original factory box but with a plain box and photocopy of the camera and model number.
I did not even open it as i expect to get factory fresh packaged goods , not gray market "repackaged" merchandise. I called them immediately and told them I was not at all satisfied with any of the merchandise and was returning it. Crude and rude unbelievable stuff came out of the guys mouth.
Then he demanded a 15% restocking charge before he would give me a Return Mech Auth. I refused and restocking charge since the stuff he sent was not as advertised or represented. He then said I could do it the hard way or the easy way and I had 30 seconds to agree to send him a check for $50.00, which after he recieved it, he would give me a RMA Number.
Then he threatened have a collection agency hound me if I denied payment on my credit card. You simply can not believe a word they say
