Called for information about an advertised product. Salesperson was very rude and hung up on me. I called back and the "manager" was equally rude. Do not buy from this company!

Same old story: lowest advertised price on Canon A95. Called to confirm the order only to have a high pressure sale for accessories. When I refused the accessories ($80 for 4 AA NiMH batteries!!) informed me the camera was out of stock. Actually told me, "Looks like you've called 4 of our other businesses. It wouldn't be fair to them to fulfill your order." Several companies listed at PriceHead.com are actually one big boiler room! Astonishingly honest appraisal from the salesman re: their dishonest sales tactics. This collection of 4 businesses owes me 2 hours of my life back (thank goodness for the salesman's "honesty" re: the interrelationship of the "separate" businesses! Otherwise, I'd still be working my way down the list! NY THUGS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

After shopping around the internet and ebay looking for the Sony DSC-T1, I found it the cheapest on Accessoriesland.com. So, I went forward and placed the order "Called" to confirm, after refusing to be up sold on additional accessories, I should have known that this was a sketchy place. After waiting 8 weeks for my camera to show up and getting every excuse in the book I finally cancelled my order. I am also canceling my credit card as I don't feel safe with the number in there possession. So basically BUY from a reputable store or dealer.

Advertised a Digital Camera at a low price, which I ordered. The order confirmation form requested that I call to confirm purchase which I did. The representative stated the camera was available and then tried to sell me additional accessories to go with the camera which I declined. He provided me a new order number. Since I had not received an email confirming anything I called on Monday 21 Feb (4 days later)to check on status. The customer service representative was very short with me and said the item was not in stock would I like to cancel, to which I replied yes, he said the order was canceled and hung up before I could ask any additional questions. My opinion is that they have the camera priced low in order to make up the difference by selling you accessories, and if you don't buy them, they would just as soon loose you as a customer and not give you the product at the advertised price. Bad expierence.

I ordered a canon camera online using credit card as payment. About an hour later they called me to confirm order. They said that it will not be shipped until after Christmas. Well for me to cancel the order, they would have charged me 6%. So I said OK don't cancel the order . Their company Policy states say they will usually ship within 24 hrs after confirmation. Well now after 2 months, I still haven't seen the camera nor heard from them. Their phone numbers don't connect me with them nor do they list any email address or physical address on their web site.
I would not encourage anyone to do business with this company.
- Now it is Feb 28, still no camera, no comunication from Accessoriesland This review was modified by its author, daddy8, on

This store is a farce...they advertise low prices and then try and sell you a whole list of overpriced accessories. If you dont want to buy any accessories (and only the product you ordered) they cancel your order and tell you that you were a waste of time. Try calling them back and asking to speak to a supervisor and they say that he's not in, and not to call again. It is the 'Boiler Room' of online stores - dont ever buy from here. Check out online reviews around the internet about AccessoriesLand - 90% of them say the same thing. Avoid at all costs. This review was modified by its author, dingokbabs, on

Sadly im only repeating what most people on this site have already said.On Sunday FEB 13 05 I placed an order on accessoriesland site for a Fuji S5100 digital camera for $239.99. I then called as instructed on the site to confirm order(never had to do that at other sites before?)I was placed in touch with "JAMES"? who told me I would love my new camera! but I would need to purchase a new memory card and the camera I chose took a specific card only for that model. After I refused any further items "JAMES"? became very beligerant. He stated my camera would not ship for 8 to 10 weeks, When I told him that would not be acceptable "JAMES"? told me my order was cancelled. I can only hope the order I placed is cancelled or any other orders "JAMES"? might make for me with my credit card information! I have learned to research my sites now!!! I will never buy anything from them again. I ordered the stylus 500 on the internet and received a phone call "to confirm" my order. But, it was really a hard pitch to buy overpriced accessories. Unfortunately, I agreed to buy a battery only to find out they charged me more than double it was worth. Now, they claim they sold the whole thing as a package and I can't just return the battery, I have to return everything and then will get charged a 30% restocking fee. Obviously, I am just out the extra $50. They are extrememely dishonest and I would advise people never to do business with them. Their "low price" is a sham. And, to add insult to injury the battery is on backorder and I don't know when I will receive it.

After ordering a camera they called the next day requesting I call them back. First off, he spoke so fast I could barely make out you was calling but it was clear it was Accessoriesland. I called them back to find out what they wanted and he asked what kind of battery i wanted. Told them only the one that comes with it. He said no it's a piece a garbage and it will only let you take 30-shots. Said no and then he said we'll just have to cancel your order. Called back very frustrated to talk to owner who was in Bermuda but after my continued disagreement and exchange of words the OWNER miraculously returned from Bermuda where he proceeded to threaten me by telling me he had my informatimon and new where I lived. Reporting him and hope for some legal action. SCUM.....

This was my first digital camera and my first experience shopping online. I also rec'd a call at 10pm (awakened from sleep) advising that I need to buy a battery and charger for the camera. I asked "doesn't the camera come with a battery and charger?" They told me that the batteries are junk and that I would only be able to take about 10 pictures. I sleepily agreed with the pressuring salesperson. The next morning I recalled the telephone call and waited until 9am to call customer service. They told me I need to call back because they don't open until 9:30am. When I did this, I told them that I wanted to cancel the battery and charger for $49...Bob told me that I would need to cancel the ENTIRE ORDER and then they would charge me a 20% CANCELLATION FEE. Being that they already had my credit card information, I didn't want anymore charges applied. Bob then said that he would send me a $49 camera case for FREE for CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I did receive the camera (factory sealed) and the 4 batteries and charger approximately 1-1/2 weeks later. I have telephoned several times, and still have not received a camera case. I was ripped off for about $30 (I've seen the 4 batteries and charger at Walmart for $19.99) I guess it could have been worse.....

Tried to purchase Canon A95 for price they advertised. Spoke to an employee and he asked me if I wanted to buy the camera right then, over the phone. I said, "Yes I do." The then asked if I wanted to buy accessories, I said, "No thank you, I have everything I need." They then followed that up by saying "We're sold out of the camera for two weeks. Thank you." And then he hung up on me.
Rude, misleading, and poor business practices. Avoid this store.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!
THESE GUY'S ARE N.Y. THUGS!!! They called back to check and confirm my order and tried to pressure me into buying memory, batteries, warranty etc. Telling me things like " if you use someone elses memory card for this camera your pictures will not come out, and you will have to wait 60 seconds between pictures". They took six weeks to deliver, but they sent me a USED camera!!! They told me I would have to pay them $127 in a money order if I wanted to return it. They also threatened to abuse my credit. Thier own words' "YOU DON"T KNOW WHO YOU"RE MESSING WITH!".

I ordered a Sony DSC-W1 for 235.00 and overnight shipping for 21.00. The next day a sales person called and tried to preasure me into buying batteries and memory for 5 and 6 times their value. I politely refused. they said I would have the camera by Moday. After a week I called back to check on the order and the guy who answered told me I was stupid to think I was going to get the camera for so cheap and said they had canceled my order and hung up in my ear. Im guessing the DNB on the invoice number means Did Not Buy over priced items and is a code not to ship. They are an unscrupilous outfit and I highly discourage anyone from buying from them. All their feedbacks are either 1's or 5's. Where are all the inbetween scores? Do the math the 1's are all legitimate clients and the 5's are all employees and such. They guys are crooks from the word go. Some one needs to shut them down for false advertising. I will not uses Reseller Ratings since they obviously do not police the feedbacks and companies they advertise. Sorry guys but your poorly done job makes it hard to truely know who to trust. You gave Assesoriesland a 4 star rating. What a joke. Again I will not be using your service again. This review was modified by its author, Metaz39, on

The most awful experience I ever had in buying on line! I place an order which I then followed with a phone call to check the delivery status. The phone was put down on me at least 5 times. Then I managed to talk to someone who was increadibly rude and asked me not to bother him. Then someone else who without asking me who I was, what the order number was, told me that the order was cancelled and put down the phone on me again. Such a violence that I was wondering what sort of crooks I was talking too. I am expecting my bank receipt to make sure those gansters have not debited my accounts. NEVER AGAIN! Please never order from this company which claims having a customer support service!

Don't buy anyhting from AccessoriesLand!! I am not an expert when it comes to digital cameras but I thought I was getting an excellent price from AccessoriesLand until I got a phone call at 10:00PM the night after I ordered my digital camera through their website. I was told that I needed extra equipment in order for my camera to work. The sales person was very pushy and he promised me a free memory card if I bought memory for the camera. First the camera should have come with some memory but AccessoriesLand must have removed the memory card. I paid $70.00 for a memory card that I could have bought for $20.00 at BestBuy. Not only did they rip me off but I never got the memory card!!
