Ordered an HP5500C scanner. Email notification of the purchase and the billing of my credit card  
was prompt and accurate.  
Scanner arrived via Fedex. The box was slightly crushed. But, the scanner was not damaged and it works perfectly.  
I did not try to contact woot.com about a shipping date. Nor was a shipping date supplied. I bought it on Thursday the 10th and it arrived on Tuesday the 15th! Much sooner and faster than I ever expected.  
I will most definitely be watching their website every night for the very latest WOOT!

Great job on delivering exactly what was on the site...I check Woot daily and they always have something..may be junk, but they state what it is and what is isn't on the site...couldn't be happier with my experience

I ordered an item from their popular woot-off days on Jan 21st and it didn't get shipped off until 6 days later. I guess they get busy during their woot-offs. I finally received my item on Feb 1st. If they were more organized I'd be very happy with my purchase, but it took them too long to ship it.

Easy ordering (as long as you don't mind staying up late to snag the better items). Pricing is pretty good, and shipping is a flat rate, no matter the amount ordered. Forums always have information on the product, and you can always see who made the "first page" doing so.

I placed an order with Woot over a week ago and I am still waiting for some kind of reply. I have E-mailed 3 times with still no respose as to whether my item got shipped, lost or some other problem occured. My credit card was charged, but no E-mail response of any kind. I am more angry that they have not responded to my E-mails. You would think At least they could send an E-mail back. Others may have had a good experience with this company, but I won't buy from them again.

UPDATE: Exactly 8 days later on a Friday WOOT did contact me after the 3rd E-mail, and explained that they were having shipment problems due to the recent California mud slides. They stated that the shipment would be sent out by Monday. It was sent out on Monday by FEDEX and I received my product on Tuesday (11 days later from the order being placed). Based on their information I would have to give them a better rating than I did earlier although they should have answered my E-mails a lot sooner (3 or 4 days at most instead of 8).

Ordered on 9/28. Order was shipped out 9/30. Prices for their items are usually pretty good. Absolutely zero complaints.

Awesome. They are like a dream come true. Always have the best deals on the stuff you need. A++++. The name says it all: WOOT!!

As Promised I received the item I ordered, and in a fairly reasonable amount of time.

Phenomenal price for a decent case. I have yet to be disappointed by any of my purchases there.

Overall, I've had very good luck with Woot. However, on my most recent purchase, the shipping notice went out, but the package sat in the warehouse for another week before it was found and shipped. I was in talks with the support staff and my contact seemed nice, however, the only response I would ever get was "We'll get back to you." For 4 days. I only found out that my package had shipped because I had been checking the traking number daily since it was supposed to have shipped. However, this incident aside, I am fairly content with Woot.

wow these guys are so cool. placed 7 orders with them already. 1 time fedex screwed up and shipped me only 1 out of the 2 items i got. woot got right on it and fixed the problem. another time they sent me a free t-shirt that I really wanted, how do they know... this is the best company i have ever dealt with. they make buying fun. 1AM est time im racing for the first post... woot!!!!

I got the flying saucer in less than a week, not bad for $14.99.

Ordered an external DVD R/W; price was unbelievable, and it arrived within 2 days of my order (only $5 for FedEx shipping!). Product works wonderfully; great customer service & price. Will order from www.woot.com again!

Both me and my GF have our accounts at woot. been watching woot since day 1. bought a bunch of stuff so far, always happy with what i got, even to this one time "bag of crap" they sold. only complaint is that they seriously need better website construction. missed out on a couple deals i'd like to buy because of website problems.

I have completed four orders with Woot and have been very satisfied with the items that I have received. All item have been exactly as advertised on their website. I have received all orders within three business days from TX to WA. Woots prices and shipping costs are very low. They state on their website that they are not a customer service based company however, A mistake that I made in the ordering process on my second order was quickly resolved via email. Other questions that I have asked via email were answered in hours, not days or never like many e-tailers that I have dealt with. Woot is a outstanding and unusual web seller. Do not be afraid to place an order with this company.
