A bait-and-switch, illegitimate, and unprofessional store. I followed the link through cnet and purchased a Nikon D80 Body-only with "too good to be true" price of $189. I read reviews prior to the purchase on cnet, which received pretty good amount of positives; I should've searched for more review sites, but as soon as I ordered, I got an email saying that this product was in back-order, when the website indicated a big red-bold "YES" that they had them IN STOCK.  
 
I called the customer service, and the representative told me to wait for about 4-6 weeks and that I will then again get an email once the store gets the products in stock.  
 
It's been 6 weeks and I felt like I was not going to get any email from them, so I called the customer service again. As soon as I gave him the order number, he just said that the product I ordered was a Chinese-product and that it does not include battery, charger, no nothing. He told me that I buy USA product which costs a lot more.  
 
Why wasn't I told this before? He says there's no warranty and the website certainly did not say anything about these "not-included" items.  
 
I told him to cancel the order, then in a matter of second he said "it's cancelled" in a very annoyed, unprofessional voice with a sigh. Then without futher, he HUNG UP.  
 
I wasted time with this store. They tell one thing and then completely tell you a different thing. They will lie to you. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. A complete fraud.

I was looking for a good deal on a canon rebel xti with a efs18-55mm lens & ef 70-300mm IS USM telephoto zoom lens. Intially I found an unbelievable price for a package deal at expresscamera.com, but as many others have found out, it was on back order. Since USAphotonation had similar pricing, placed an internet order on the 06-13-07. Received email confirmation that night & call from Peter at ext# 211 the next morning 06-14. He informed me that the camera I ordered at that price was an import and that for $200 more I could get the US model. He also quoted prices for the lenses + CF card. Although it was a lot higher than the initial pricing, it was still a better deal than other places. Accepted the quoted price & was told would ship next day 06-15. ETA was 3-5 days. So far so good, right? Saw this & other sites with reviews & my stomach turned. All the horror stories about possible ID theft and supposedly getting fraudulent charges on the credit cards made me so nervous that I literally read hundreds of reviews (almost all the posted ones) & had a few sleepless nights. Checked email frantically for tracking # & tracked shipment on UPS site. Tracking# XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX with ETA 06-18-07. Received perfectly genuine canon rebel xti & lenses in perfect condition(ie. orig box+ warranty including battery pack+charger+manuals+cds) on 06-18-07. After all that I have been through the past few days reading the reviews, I decided to write this review to let people know my own experience. Honestly speaking, I am quite happy with the price & service. I guess if you know what you want you can still get a great deal from this place. At the end dont be too greedy & use your better judgement, in most likelyhood you will get a good deal- just remember there is no such thing called a free lunch!!!  
 
P.S. Also received the double memory offer for the prof. CF card(although generic but perfectly functioning)+ free camera bag+small tripod+ memory case.

I ordered a Canon Powershot S3I3 a couple of days ago. Today I received an e-mail stating that I had to call them to complete my order. When I called they tried to sell me a memory card, batteries and a case(which the WEB site said would come with it for free). When I declined to all of those items. They told me that the camera only comes with a 90 day waranty. I was puzzled and was then advised the model was from China!!!!!! I was then offered the USA model for a price higher than I could get it for in the stores. Needless to say I cancelled the order. This place is a scam.

The customer support was so helpful in helping me find the camera that they helped me out pick up a valued high speed memory card for a deep discount price almost for free...lol. He gave me a free case and explained to me in full detail the remarkable extended warranty in which i actually i got a 5 year warranty for the 3 year warranty. I got free shipping too and it came in 2 days after ordering on the internet...

Hey this store is very reliable and has extremly low prices for great camera's, t.v's and audio equipment. I recently just recevied a sony p-200 from them and the camera works great i had no problems and i recieved the camera on time. I recommend this store to anyone who likes great prices for great products.

Found the lowest price on my Canon A85 from this seller. Had a pleasant buying experience. Was offered a discount on better rechargable batteries than the ones I had ordered. Shipping was remarkably fast. The website was also easy to use. I have suggested USA to others and would use them again.  
 

Located with froogle search -- listed lowest price on Canon A85 by far. Rec'd email after ordering saying I needed to call them...I was prepared for a fairly high pressure pitch to buy more stuff (accessories, warranties, etc) but frankly wanted that "stuff" anyway and was prepared with the info as to their value. So I called, got what I expected, ordered the additional things that I wanted anyway, and in the end paid a fair price all in all. I am basically satisfied, would consider doing business with them again, and was particularly pleased with the shipping. I paid a low standard shipping rate for everything but got it all within 3 days (I was expecting more like 10 days, so that was a nice surprise.)

I ordered a Nikon Coolpix 5700 camera and accessories from USA Photo Nations that included: One xtra battery, one flash card, one Wide angle lens with macro, one set of a three piece Digital Filter Kit, and one Optics adapter set for the 5700 accessories. I received all the above equipment for a very fair price, in a timely manner and in excelent condition. The adapter kit they sent to me was not as perfect as I would have liked it to be, and I called USA Photo Nation customer relations and spoke to Jason. he was very helpfull and substituded a different set of filters and adapters, at a somwhat higher cost at USA PhotoNations expense, that worked out perfect for my camera and needs. I had a good experience with the people at USA Photo Nation and was very pleased with their prices and follow-up customer relations. I would not hesitate to purchase my future photo needs from USA Photo Nations and I would, based on my experience with them, recommend them as a reliable and good Co. to order photo equipment from.

USA Photo Nation supplied me with a new Coolpix 3700 for less cost (including rebate) with more pixels, less size, and many new features. I ordered online and received the camera promptly. I sent in the rebate request with the label from the box and the rebate check arrived in a couple of weeks. These people know their business and package deals to match with customer needs.
