I like most of the posts have been doing business with Surplus conputers for 3 to 4 years. My last experience was not good, I bought 2 IBM intellistation m with XP PRO preloaded. one was fine, on the second one the keyboard port did not work. I filled out the form they ask for and can npt get anyone to answer emails. This is the last time I will do business with them. something seems to have happened to them. It took 3 weeks to ship my towers

I have been a customer of Surplus Computers for about 2.5 years now. "Timeliness" tends to fluctuate -- Sometimes my orders are processed right away (this one was -- I got my order confirmation the same day as well as UPS tracking info) and others seem to linger for a day or two before being processed. Overall, this has been a really good company to do business with. I have placed at least 20 orders with them, and have not had a problem yet.

Faster shipping with correct products. Some cheap items are dead upon arrive. I sent email to contact with the cumtomer service. They replied me in the second day and send me the replaced items free of charge without let me ship back the broken ones. I save the shipping fee for the returning, good experience with this seller. I had purchased twice before, not bad.

Order placed late on the 18th, confirmation email received the same day and shipment email on the 21st. Package arrived on the 22nd with all ordered items. Very satisfied with this transaction.

I ran into some problems installing Nero7 i'd bought from Surplus Computers, and after reading some feedback, i'd felt a little leery about my purchase.  
 
I sent an email to the default tech support email address (techsupport@surpluscomputers.com) on the invoice and found a reply within a couple of hours.  
 
After getting to Larry and going through the regular mundane troubleshooting process, we still could not get it to work. He took it upon himself to open another copy of the software and try my CD Key with it and proved it worked. He was still willing to ship me that known good CD later in the day!  
 
I eventually found the problem to be on my side (previous version of Nero 6 hidden in the OS) and was then able to install my original CD and CD Key effortlessly.  
 
Larry went out of his way and responded extremely quickly to my problem and it will result in me looking to Surplus Computers for future purchases. I don't know how the others fared, but I received stellar support on this purchase.

This was my first purchase from these folks and I was a bit nervous because of some of the negative feedback they have here and on other sites. Regardless, I took a chance and was very pleased with my choice to buy from them. I ordered 2 SD cards and they arrived yesterday in tact and as promised. I sent two emails to their customer service department asking about the status of my order and they promptly replied to both emails.  
 
They could do better in customer service overall. Online order tracking and a bit more shipping info would be nice. However, they were by far the cheapest source for what I wanted and they delivered.

Ordered a twin pack of SD cards, email notification of order was just as expected, email notification of shipment was just as expected, item arrived 5 days later. Couldn't be happier.

I'm a regular of this store and recently ordered various parts. Got shipped incorrect USB cable connections and a cable was missing. Emailed the company and Larry was quick to respond saying the new items would be sent shortly. Received via ups as expected. An excellent merchant.

I have made a number of purchases for LED flashlights, Sony TV controllers, and other small items. Delivery has been quick, the products have been as advertised (new, in good condition), and the price is always very low. I have not had need to deal with customer service, so cannot comment on that, but in all other respects, the experience has been positive.

Placed an order for PC-cillin Internet Security 2006 for 22.99 . I received an email confirmation several days later giving me the confirmation number for the US postal delivery. The item was received in great condition; sealed & undamaged. I would do business with tis retailer again based on this experience.

I ordered Late on Christmas Day since Flash Memory for a camera that was being used had failed and lost all photos. It arrived in 1 week via us mail and works excellently. Considering all the mail in transit at christmas time and that this wasn't a priority I was suprised how quickly it arrived. And it was the best price on the internet by far. Quite Satisfied will order again soon

Ordered Friday PM, got immediate acknowlegement via email. Order shipped following day, per email from vendor. Order arrived via USPS in Michigan the following Wednesday noon.  
 
Product was a 17-LED flashlight. It arrived adequately packaged and factory-new in a sealed blister pack. It is at least equal to MagLite in quality. It's extremely bright.  
 
Nice product, nice performance by Surplus Computers. I'd order from them again.

Surplus Computers shipped my item within 48 hours and it was securely packed. They used UPS's QuantumView to notify me of my shipping status and tracking number.  
 
Their description of my item was right on, and the item was in perfect working order. They have plenty of good deals on their website, and I'll certainly purchase from them again.

Interesting items at a great price and fast delivery.  
They always seem to have what I'm looking for or have some other gadget I didn't know that I couldn't live without!

I have always loved this site for computers and accessories but I especially love when they have unique items such as poker sets and tables. Prices are consistently cheaper than anyone else on the net. And as a business manager at a large radio station, we have always been able to rely on surplus computers for used workstations and parts to help keep our automation system running smoothly. Their shipping has also been very fast and without error. If your looking to save some money I would defintely recommend these guys.
