I have purchased three items from mod-chip.com, each time the feedback about the order was timely and the goods arrived quickly. On my last order I received a faulty device, this they exchanged quickly and without any fuss. Highly recommended

I was a bit nervous about ordering from an online store but after reading through everything on this site I made my choice and ordered. The service was great. They responded to all my e-mails fairly quick, they were nice and shipping was very fast. I would like to buy from here again and reccomend it to anyone thinking about it.

Great site, poor practices, took payment before item was even in stock. was not impressed and will not be shopping from ever again.

Packages were shipped 13h after the order was confirmed. Shipping to Russia took 12 days (one of two packages was delivered earlier, at day 8). Everything is in perfect condition and works very well. The only drawback I can notice is that no tracking number is given for Express mail shipping method. But anyway, thanks mod-chip.com!

Shipping was reasonable, price was right. I have one minor annoyance: apparently they are based out of the US, so my bank tacked a foreign transaction fee onto the purchase. It was only pocket change, but I would have liked to know about this ahead of time.

I've been extremely cautious with other modchip stores, after reading the reviews etc, but in my experience with this one seemed the safest. Apart from the reviews being excellent, the fact that they are in Europe and USA, unlike others that I could mention and they price match any other online modchip store aswell.  
Anyway, I made an enquiry on the Thursday 7th June to the European division, asking whether they could price match another online store. Later that day I received a reply that read "Sure we can match against that price minus 5%" and a link direct to the best price order form. With that I placed my order that evening. I received an email saying my order was accepted early hours of Friday 8th June and it was despatched the same day. To my suprise it arrived safe and sound Monday 11th June all the way from Austria to the U.K.  
When your item is despatched you also receive an email with login details to the "Step by step manuals" and to a wide selection of help sites and forums etc. If that's not enough service, then Ostermann is always at hand to quickly answer any questions you may have.  
 
I don't think I need say anymore, except check out this www.mod-chip.com for the best deal on all your console needs!

I am very pleased with the way that they treated me. I bought a Soldering Iron and a Devolution Modchip, but when the shipment came I only got the soldering and part of the chip, so right there I send an Email to them explaining what happen and without hesitation the send me what was missing and they even paid the shipment of event. Very very pleased.

Ok so I was a bit edgy about purchasing from this site. I took a chance and ordered on the 5th of June at around 11pm. The next day at around 5-7pm, I checked my email, and got my tracking number, etc. The mail was expected to reach on the 9th, but it came a day before. It was absolutely great. The mod-chip came in a paper bag with bubble wrap inside to protect teh contents. There was no damage. I don't know wether there was supposed to be a manual with it but there wasn't. They did give me a username and password for the manuals though. After looking at the manual, I freaked because I didn't even know how to open the PS2. So after some research, I found an electrician who just installed it without any problem (and he didn't do it by the manual, but by soldering the wires to other areas). It works perfectly now, with no glitches or anything. All of my DVDs are also working. I wouldn't mind buying from this site again. Ostermann was also very helpful and answered all of my questions.

PS- If anybody is about to buy a mod-chip, please ensure that there is an electrician available to do the job, or if you're sure that you could do it. HAPPY BUYING :D

Well although most people who use this site seem vary pleased, I have a different story.My first and last online order was May 14,2007. I only paid for the $4.95 express shipping expecting that i would have my package in about a week.Well a week went by and nothing came. So when the 8th day came around I looked on the site for a way to contact them.I sent and email and they got right back to me saying they are sorry it should have come and they told me to wait till the 10th day and if i still didn't get it they would put a tracer on it to find out what happened. So the 10th day around around and I sent another email.I asked for them to trace it. So 3 days later they email me back saying the same thing, "You should have received it already". That was June, 2nd. Since then I have sent four emails with no reply, still have no package, and i can't find a phone number(I even sent an email asking for one). Now today is June 7th. Still nothing on the package, not even an email(it was shipped May 15th,so minus Memorial Day today is the 17th in this process).I am completely annoyed at this place, even though I know it must have gotten lost in the mail or something like that. You would think that they care about their business and figure this out.

I placed my order on Monday June 4th. I Also got the UPS shipping because i wanted the tracking number. I got my order not 30 minutes ago no questions asked :]. Very satisfied with mod-chip.com

WOW. What an amazing store. Received prompt emails, and answers to questions. By prompt I mean in around 12 hours! The max drive ordered ordered through standard shipping arrived in new zealand (corner of the world) in 7 days. This is lightning fast. Thank you osterman and co, this has been my best online purchasing experience. Do not think twice about buying from these guys. I can't believe that they were selling a max drive (quite rare to buy these days from stores as they are always out of stock, even playasia.com was out of stock) for US$30 including shipping! This would have cost me over US$50 easily had i purchased this from the OFFICIAL PS2 max drive site (maker's site). I had a very good experience shopping on this site. All my doubts about the product were cleared very quickly through emails. The best thing about the whole experience was that i got the product within 5 days of the order being processed, eventhough i chose the cheapest method of shipping and I'm in India!

I recently purchased a mod-chip for the XBOX360 and had some problems getting it to work. I tried three of the most top ranking XBOX hacking websites and non of them could help so I contacted mod-chip.com customer service.  
 
Within minutes of asking a support question I recieved a reply and the problem was immediatly sorted out.  
 
The communication was fast and clear and overall they were more helpfull than I expected (based on previous experience with other online retailers).  
 
I would certainly order from this site again.
