First let me tell my story I tried to get a M3 simply from Modchipstore.com Bad idea I found out they scammed me so i can here and ordered my Item today I yet to receive email that my Item was shipped but it is only 4:42 where I am I will update when I get the shipping email with tracking #.

Mod-Chip.com is a MUST. Ostermann is really helpful when you email him. I also used the BEST PRICE feature of the site where I found a better price online, and they pulled through with it!! I was so amazed. But the thing is, best price forms may delay your shipment by just a few. From when I ordered, My card reader had became defective a few weeks after and after i sent a few emails and had a talk through email with Ostermann, he told me he'd send me one! The only thing was proof that I had destroyed my card reader... but it didnt work anyways! This site is truly a must try and mod-chip.com is extremely nice. The only thing is sometimes the emails may take a while but if you email them a few more times they will be sure to respond! I RECOMMEND this place to many people and don't feel bad trying to order from here, they are not frauds, i promise you =)

Overall, I am very happy with Mod-Chip.com. Unfortunately, my gamecube screwbit came defective (A problem which was easily corrected), and the DVD drive of my console won't spin (Probibly a connection problem). The staff at Mod-Chip.com were friendly and helpful and responded to emails very quickly. Overall, Great Job! This is a great store.

Long story short, my order had trouble reaching me and was sent back to mod-chip. Despite that, I am thrilled with mod-chip in general and Osterman specifically. They totally stayed in contact through email even tho problems weren't their fault. When it was clear it was going back to them, they quickly offered and executed a full refund. no restocking fee even! 5 of 5 stars for excellent customer care! Thanks Mod-chip - you guys rock!

Living in Japan, I recieved my PSP UP fast from Europe. Ostermann is very responsive to email inquiries of any nature. In less then a week I already placed my next order with him since I have more customers that require my services.

really great service my hdcombo couldn't be shipped via ups but my other parcel could my package that got shipped via ups came in on e business day and i live in the usa! it got shipped on friday and came on monday! hopefully the same thing happens with my hdcombo i'll update when i get my hdcombo.

got my hdcombo today it was well packaged and is in working order. definitely order from this site they get u goods to u and fast much happier than another vendor i ordered from(PS2cover.com).

Ordered a Swap Magic set from from the website. The parts came packaged in a bubble-wrapped parcel post very quickly, about 4 days, as advertised. Upon installation, I found one of my disks would not work for unknown reasons. After talking to the support staff and attempting to fix the disk to no avail, the company sent a new disk at no extra charge to me. The new one worked just fine, and the service was great. The turnaround time from broken disk to replacement replacement was less than a week, including shipping.

I live in South Africa (SA) - not many stores ship goods here. I got my first package 2 days after purchase - this is faster than buying from a store in SA. Both packages arrived safely but more importantly quickly. Support from Ostermann was superb and quick and there was nothing that he did not assist with. Mod-Chip is professional and well managed - I will be getting all my gaming needs from here going forward.

I just wanted to say that this company is one of the best out there. They answered my questions & shipped their product with lightning speed!!! I highly suggest doing business with them; I know I will in the future. A+++++++++++ all the way!

I purchased a PS2 Modchip from mod-chip.com. This was my first ever attempt at installing a mod chip and after installing and much testing I believed it to be faulty! The chip in question was a "Crystal Chip Pro 2.0 SLE". After installing it and failing to get it to work I joined modchip forums to obtain help. Many forum members said they had never ever heard of a faulty crystal chip, so they claimed that it was probably my installation at fault. After several days of testing, I again came to the conclusion that it was the chip at fault not the installation.  
I contacted mod-chip.com for support, naturally they asked me to perform several tests. After more communications with mod-chip.com they asked me to return the chip and replaced it with a new one exactly the same. The chip is now in the machine working.  
It really was more likely to be my first time installation at fault than the chip, but it turns out the chip was the problem. (Very rare)  
Mod-chip were fantastic with the support they offered to me during this annoying time. I am so very happy with their support, and for believing that the chip could be faulty, rather than just assuming it was my install.  
 
In short, an awesome company with excellent support, highly recommended!!!!
