Well, I've almost forgot to put here my experience: And it is just amazing.  
First of all, I was a little afraid, but, when I saw the reviews here, at resellerratings.com, I've decided to go ahead :)  
 
This is one of the best stores I've ever bought on Net. Fast and professional service. Now, everytime I need something related games, I'll look at mod-chip.com first.

For all those who are a little skeptical about mod-chip, don't fear. It's an Awesome store. I had a pleasant experience dealing with them. They have Amazing customer support. I sent Ostermann about 20 emails asking various stupid questions and unimportant stuff and replied to my every single email. They shipped my order from Austria to India in 3 days by normal shipping.  
 
Highly recommended store.

I ordered XBOX power supply from mod-chip.com and received my unit in a weeks time (Bangalore, India). Ostermann response to my queries were quite quick and professional.

Ok, I decided after reading the reviews to place my order for some team xecuter mods for my classic xbox. I was a bit nervous, especially as the company is based in europe (austria). I have never ordered goods from a company outside of my country of residence. The fact that I could enter my order details under SSL connection made me more confident.  
 
I decided on UPS express delivery next day. I got the delivery, but there was a few issues. The Next day @ 11am, I e-mailed Ostermann and explained the issues surrounding one missing item (control panel), a query about the contents of one kit which did not seem to have the correct parts and why my roll of red wire was not present.  
 
I recieved a e-mail reply, same day @ 2pm explaining the issues with my order and was told that the control panel would be delivered via royal mail next day.  
 
Sure enough I got the control panel and because the rolls of red wire were out of stock he exchanged it for 2 ROLLS of blue and white wire and 2 "wire kits" which had red wire in them for no extra cost. Now if you check to see how much one roll of red wire costs, then work out how much the exchange items listed cost, no one can say I got a bad deal.  
 
I can honestly say that Ostermann knows how to do business on a european/worldwide scale. I have never had this type of customer service to date. If you want Number 1 customer service, buy from Him :) you will not regret it! :)  
 
When I get my hands on a Gamecube, I will be ordering more mods from his company :)  
 

I received my parcel two weeks ago but never had the chance to post a testimonial.  
 
Ostermann provided great customer service. His quick responses are a huge plus.  
When I first placed my order, it would be a week before I'd have time to send the money order due to work. Knowing it's going overseas, it would take a week to get to him, and a week for the item to get to me. I was right; Straight to my door.  
 
Sure there may be a few hiccups for some customers, but that's just how it is. I work in the same business so I'd know. Ostermann quick responses are an inspiration for my business and I would definitely recommend his service; this service.

Really one of the bet experiences I have had with online shopping ever. No one responds to emails as quickly and efficiently as Ostermann. Very helpful and will work with you to give you a good deal. There is no doubt that you should buy from this store. I just ordered a couple more items and will surely return for more. The shipping is unbelievably fast. I ordered my item on friday and was received on Wednesday the following week. You cannot go wrong with this place.

This is my 3rd or 4th product from this company and I am very satisfied overall with their shipping times, response to correspondance is excellent. When I have had a defective product, I had no problem with returning it for a replacement. Their site is always updated and backorder dates posted, so you know whats going on with manufacturers products.I enjoy dealing with Mod-chip.com and will continue to do my business with them.

Amazing customer service! I had ordered a cartridge for my Nintendo DS, and it had been back-ordered. Then back-ordered again due to production issues. They kept me up to date on this, and when I asked them to switch to a different color of the same product (which they had in stock) they sent the order right away.  
 
Took some time getting to my house, but only because I live in the US and it was sent right around Labor Day weekend(09/03/07). They were very patient when I emailed asking about how long it generally takes for orders, and were going to place a tracer on the package to find out what had happened that it was taking longer than normal.  
 
All in all, excellent support, good deals(Use their best price match tool), and great products!

An excellent shopping experience, Ostermann is very friendly and helpful and I received replies to all of my emails promptly. The item arrived only a few days after being shipped (I had backordered the item a few days previously due to quick sellouts!). I would definitely recommend this e-shop! Also, remember that Ostermann has an excellent price-beating offer which really happens! I got 5% off an offer I received from another merchant!

The product I ordered arrived about a week and a half later. The problem is there is absolutely no way to contact them about how to get the user id and password so I can use the manual that we are promised to use.

I ordered a DS-Xtreme 16 Gb flashcart from mod-chip.com, knowing it was in backorder. The backorder due date kept moving further and further into the future (nothing mod-chip.com could do anything about).  
 
After a few weeks, I decided to convert my order to a CycloDS Evolution and contacted Mr. Ostermann. His response came within 10 minutes and after confirming my new order, I barely had time to sleep before UPS delivered the package at my doorstep.  
 
This is just excellent customer service, one can not expect any more. Highly recommended!
