Great customer support, and also they really stand by their pricematch! would not hessitate to buy from again.

I ordered something on dec 30th 2004 from this site. I was hoping for it to be shipped before new years eve but what I didn't know was that this store was located in Austria. And while I made my order early afternoon central time it was well into the night over there. However, my item still shipped immediately after new year.  
 
The order comfirmation didn't come immediately after the order, but did come within the 24 hrs the site said. The shipping confirmation also came the day after new year.  
 
I used the $3 shipping option. Even tho they're in Austria the item still came by the 6th day so I'm pretty satisfied.  
 
It appears that they only provide customer service via email. However I did not need to use it.  
 
This store does not provide invoice numbers, rather, it keeps track of customers via email.

This is a company that is spectacular! I received confiirmation at order time and received tracking information immediatley. I received product in 2 days as advertised on the site. If you are looking to purchase from mod-chip.com, you are in great hands! #1 Rating!!

I had never dealt with this company before- However, their website looked very professional and full of supporting material.

Mod-chip.com has some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with. I had ordered a mod chip for my PS2, but later found out (after it was shipped) that I had ordered the wrong product. They were swift in replying to my emails and got me the correct product free of charge. These guys are great!
