I phoned ahead of time to see if they had a specific video cooler in stock. They said they didn't, but they immediately ordered stock and it arrived the next day; instead of phoning them this time (a bit lazy on my part) I used their convenient MSN Messenger contact option and double checked their stock. I went to the store to pay and pick it up and the service was excellent.  
 
All in all, a great experience and I love the amount of modding gear they have.
