DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Like the last poster. I ordered on 1/4/05 (stroller and carseat combo), got charged on 1/5/05. Received email saying that item has been shipped on 1/10/05 with Fedex tracking number, but the tracking number does not exist in Fedex. Tried to call them and was on hold for 3 HOURS before I finally gave up. Tried to email them several times using their online form, and got no response. Tried to fax them using the number they provided, but the fax could never go through. Isn't the delivery supposed to be a next business day delivery? It's 1/20/05 now and my baby can be born any time, and I am without a car seat. Guess I am going to just call my credit card company and dispute the charge and get my carseat somewhere else.

Ordered a glider/rocker on Jan. 12th - web site states that the item would ship the next business day (as did my confirmation e-mail) - was charged on the 14th (posted to my credit card) and still have not received anything as of Jan 21st!!! I tried checking my order online and it still just shows that it was "approved" and status is "pending"... for an in stock item???  
 
Tried to contact them via phone which just puts me into a loop that after 5 minutes transfers me to a message that states the mailbox is full... tried e-mailing 2 or 3 times and have not received any response what-so-ever!!!  
 
Should have paid an extra few bucks and ordered from a more curtious and professional company.

I should have checked here first. I ordered 2 Alpha Omega Elite carseats 7Jan05 because their price was the lowest anywhere and the site looked somewhat trustworthy.  
 
I got a confirmation email almost immediately. 12Jan05 I got an email saying the seats shipped 10Jan05 and they gave me a FedEx tracking number. That's great except the tracking number doesn't show up on FedEx.com meaning nothing has been shipped.  
 
The email address for customer service no longer works, replaced with this website: http://www.babyage.com/customersupport.aspx  
 
Submissions to that website get an immediate email responses with nothing but "Babyage.com - Backorder Status" in the subject.

I have been waiting on hold for more than 30 minutes as I type this. Someone finally just answered the phone. A very nice english speaking woman said she was very sorry. Their business just moved locations and they have been having a lot of problems with the orders placed during the transition. She said the problem was with FedEx. Supposedly tomorrow morning they have more than 300 orders going out and I should get a new FedEx tracking number. She gave me the option of having my order shipped tomorrow or crediting back my credit card. Reluctantly I said I would wait for the order to ship tomorrow.  
 
I will try to update this with whatever happens.

Same as other feedbacks. I ordered Jan 4th, received email that order sent (Jan 12th). Tracking number provided does not exist. Called over 20 times. Got answer once. Was told that they were waiting for Fedex to pickup parcel. This was four days after confirmation email. Now I am unable to get through to them. I will call my credit card company to have full investigation and credit return.  
DO NOT, AT ANY COST, DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT DO IT TO YOURSELF I ORDER A STROLLER JANUARY 5 NOW JANUARY 18 STILL NO ANSWER ON PHONE CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE AND RECEIVED NOTHING DO NOT DO IT PAY THE FEW DOLLERS MORE IT IS WORTH IT THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE AT ALL AND YOU WILL BE BILLED AND RECEIVE NO PRODUCT ITS A SHAME THAT YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS AFTER HAVING A BABY A HAPPY MOMENT THEY MAKE IT BAD

I like to raise this store though I have a little bit negtive impression for them while I had no idea what's going on there 2 days ago.  
Today got the item, and it works perfectly. Besides it worths waiting for the ground shipping considering about the free shipping.

I placed an order with this company on January 5. My credit card has been charged, but according to the website, over a week later my order hasn't even shipped yet. There is no answer at either of their customer service phone lines. Does anyone know if this company has gone under or something? Very weird.

This is the WORST online order experience I have ever had and I do alot of ordering online. This company is unprofessional, unorganized and I'm beginning to wonder how legit they even are. I placed an order 2 weeks ago that they immediately charged me for and I never even got a shipping confirmation. When I called, I was on hold for over 20 MINUTES when they informed me that the order was not even processed??? They assured me that it would be done in the next day or two, however when I called back 4 DAYS later, still no order showing processed! They had me on hold again for over 30 MINUTES! I really am thinking now that I've been scammed. How can a company screw up an order this bad!!! DO NOT order from this company. If you do, you will be sorry you did!!!!

BabyAge.com rocks! I searched for the best price online for a Britax Marathon car seat and this company was one of three that came up. Upon the recommendation I read in a review from another previous customer, I decided to call BabyAge to determine that they had the seat in the color/pattern that we were looking for. After placing me on hold for a minute or two, the extremely nice sales girl told me that they had the item in stock. I placed the order at approximately 10:15 a.m. on a Tuesday. I received an order confirmation via e-mail shortly thereafter. The salesgirl told me that a tracking number would be sent to me as well and when that didn't happen by the next day I started to get a little concerned. However, my concern was quickly laid to rest when I logged onto the BabyAge website and and was able to click on a link to check the status of my order. There, I found my tracking number. I copied it and went to the UPS website and pasted it in and learned that my order had been shipped on Tuesday evening and was scheduled to arrive on the following Friday. My order arrived Friday morning in perfect condition. I really couldn't be more pleased with this transaction. I'll definitely check with BabyAge prior to making any future purchases for baby gear. By the way, in addition to having the best advertised price on the item, Britax was running a promotion for free shipping, so between that and not having to pay any sales tax, we saved about $36 on this carseat compared to buying it locally.
