Bought a Highchair for my daughter and never got a tracking number and when I called 3 weeks after my purchase they had no record what so ever on why my product hadn't been shipped.
I had to call the manufacturer directly (which only took me 2 minutes) to find out what they couldn't solve in 4 days
Won't use this store anymore!!

Don't be deceived by their claim of free shipping. I entered a free shipping code on a product that I ordered and was given the free shipping until I hit the final submit button and was charged shipping. When I called in to correct or cancel the order I was told that it would be credited to my account. I was only credited for half of the shipping. When I called in for the second time the customer service representative was unwilling to listen explaining that they had done me a favor by giving me half because the item I purchased was not available for free shipping. At that point Malinda hung up on me saying they did me a favor in the first place. So buyer beware this is the most deceiving site with equally dishonest customer service representatives.

Terrible Experience. Don't count on BABY AGE. They let me know after 14 days of placing the order that they do not have it in stock. They advertised as "In Stock". False Advertising, Liars... NEVER EVER AGAIN. Wasted two weeks waiting. UNRELIABLE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Store listed item as wrong color on website. To their credit, they offered to take the item back and refund all fees, including shipping. Unfortunately, I never did receive a full refund. They swear they processed the full amount back ($120), but only $90 ever made it back onto my credit card.
I wouldn't shop with them again.

Order placed Feb 11th, no shipment, no contact after almost 2 weeks. Had to cancel order. Very bad experience. Not recommended.

I ordered a car seat on Amazon which was being sold through Baby Age. The price was low, so I called to confirm that it was the actual car seat as stated on the site and that the price was correct. I was told that it was the car seat and the price was correct as stated on the website. I received a confirmation email which stated that I had ordered a car seat. Three days later I receive a shipping confirmation from Baby Age stating that they shipped a car seat COVER. I called both Amazon and Baby Age, both passed the blame onto the other. I was also contacted by the supervisor who told me it was not their responsibility that the product was listed wrong. I go the run around all day. I do not recommend buying from them as they have terrible customer service. I have worked in retail for several years and we would not treat our customers as they do. We believe that the customer is always right and we take responsibility for our mistakes, especially the obvious ones. The same supervisor told me he knew of the mistake, but why did he not contact Amazon and why did they not contact the customers if they knew of this obvious error? No truth in advertising and false advertising.

I am WARNING anyone who is considering placing an order with this so called business. STOP, go to another site. This company states on their website to cancel an order you must try and do so within an hour of placing an order. I tried to do this within 10 minutes of placing order. It apparently was after hours and nobody was their to accept my cancellation. I tried to do by email also which has the time it was sent. This was also not accepted. I then refused the package and was sent an email that stated they were charging me a $10.00 refusal charge as well as debiting $40.00 for UPS shipping charges. What a joke. This company should be investigated and shut down. I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I purchased a safety gate from this company. The item arrived missing pieces. It was a unit that they had taken pieces out to satisfy other customers. I knew this by the way it was taped. This was also the last one. This item should have never been shipped. I don't think they understand what Safety, Priority or Customer Service means. I dealt with customer service and a customer service senior supervisor. If you are reading this, don't waste your time. Even the owner would not call me back. Someone had to rectify this issue. I called Mr. Jack Kiefer, and left a message explaining my situation and I requested a phone call back to help keep me as a customer....no call back. Can you believe it. So, if you want to go the extra mile and contact the owner here is his phone and extension. Mr Jack Kiefer, 570-706-2450 ext 4201. Tell Jack I said hello! The company is a joke!

Horrible customer service and deceptive business practices. Said product was shipped as confirmed by email. Was charged on the day I ordered. Information transmitted to FedEx. As of Dec 24, product never shipped, FedEx never received. Sent 5 emails to them with no reponse and phone hold time was excessive after 20+ min on hold. Still waiting for response.

I order the Little Tikes 8x8 Bouncer on 12/7 as a Christmas present. When I placed the order it was shown in stock and shipped within 72 hours. I called 3 days later because it still has not shipped, and was told they just received some and should be shipped soon. 2 more days later I called and was told the item is in back ordered. They will not do any expedite shipping even if the item comes in later. Even as I was told the item is back ordered, it is still showing in stock in their web page. I canceled my order, and found out they already charged my credit card, even they do not have it in stock for shipping. Horrible customer service.

I bought a peg perego aria twin stroller through babyage. After many months of problems I contacted Peg Perego and found out that Babyage is an unauthorized dealer. Because they are unauthorized the warranty is null and void. Nowhere on their website does it say that if you buy a stroller through them you are forfeiting your warranty. A sales rep for Babyage agreed that there is no way for the customer to know they are buying from an unauthorized site. In fact, their website states to contact the manufacturer if you have problems outside the 30 day money back guarantee period. Also of note, the BBB revoked their membership 1-2 years back because of Babyage's inability to resolve customer complaints.

Absolutely the worst customer service we have ever recieved. We ordered a car seat in Feb 2007, 8wks later we did not hear anything so we contacted the site and was informed that the item was on back-order and our options would be to wait or order a different seat. We opted to wait. another 6wks later we hadnt heard anything so we called again and was informed the shipment was again delayed and our order was canceled without our knowledge/consent. although our money was refunded, we had just waited over 3 months for nothing. All of our interactions with customer service were also horrible.

My wife ordered a Britax Marathon car seat on the Feb 16th and as of Mar 28 the story was "It should ship any day now." Well since they charged my credit card on Feb 17th they should have shipped it no later than the 18th. This is a very poor company and I urge anyone thinking of buying from them to look elsewhere. You will find the same deal (maybe a little more) but you will get the stuff you order before your child is ready for college. We said to heck with it an paid $20 more and ordered from another company and canceled this order.

I ordered a Britax Marathon car seat (Onyx color) that seemed like a great deal. However, it is now April 3 and I still DO NOT have the car seat. Baby Age has been stringing me along with talk that the shipment is coming, the shipment is late, the shipment is coming, and now 'the Onyx seat is not in the shipment'. I'm not in a great rush, but this is ridiculous. They shouldn't advertise a product that they are not capable of delivering.

I told them I needed this order (two car seats) for a trip and it was time sensitive. I was promised shipment within two days. They charged my card and did not ship as promised for over a week. I asked why they did not warn me. The Manager of Customer Service, Matilda, said, "Don't you watch the news?" Well apparently PA had a snowstorm that week and that's what delayed them. Somehow she expected me to follow the weather reports from their state (I live in CA) and magically reason out the order was going to be delayed - that's why they didn't bother to warn me! When I complained that they should have warned me and asked for when it actually was going to ship, she hung up on me and cancelled the order without my permission. That's what they consider customer service. Better pray there's nothing wrong with your order or you get to deal with their idea of "customer service."
Note that the review below mine from auntieem06 on 2/5/07 states a very similar experience from Matilda. Rude behavior followed by hanging up on the customer.
Check the reviews. Look at their LOW lifetime rating. Then seriously reconsider whether they are ever worth ordering from. I wish I looked into them before I ordered. This review was modified by its author, madoka, on
