Good prices but shipping is an issue.
Background: I purchased a pair of shoes and a tennis racquet for my wife. I also selected 3 demos for myself. Shoes and 1 demo were back-ordered, 5/12 and 5/16 respectively.
What happened: Since the shoes were back-ordered, I initially told them to ship all at once thinking I would be able to get them within a reasonable time frame. No luck. I called them back after the shoes were in stock and ask them to ship what I had purchased first for my wife. I was told ok, those will be shipped first and the invoice changed. When those didn't arrive in 4 days, I called to find out that the order was were going to ship all at once. Now I understand I had told them initially to ship everything once but I was also told that they had changed the invoice to ship at two separate times. They disregarded what I asked and tried to save some money on the side at my expense. I understand the situation with the demos is difficult to predict but when you purchase something, you should have a say in when you want your purchase shipped. Two weeks and no shoes or racquet on an order that had free two day shipping.
Advice- purchase and demo the items separately. Otherwise, you will run into the same situation and get frustrated as I have.
