Their website is very user-friendly, and gives the information you need. When I called customer service with a question, they spent extra time explaining the difference between the light bulbs I was looking at, and ways to accomplish my project. A great experience, and I will absolutely use them again!

The best customer service I have EVER received!!

Ordered 2 dozen flood lights @ $4.95 each, lowest price I found on the web. Saw same bulbs for $11.95 elsewhere. This is my third order from them and will not be my last. Ordered on Saturday, was shipped on Monday via Fed Ex ground and arrived Friday morning as promised.

This is the 2nd time I've shopped from Buylighting.com and they've been great to work with both times.  
The 1st time I order the wrong bulbs. They sent me the correct ones and refunded me for the incorrect bulbs.  
This time, I didn't find what I needed. I sent an email asking for help and received an immediate reply. Their customer service has been very helpful both times.  
They're selection is unbelievable. They ship the product quickly and well packaged. I'm very pleased with the product and their service.

So I decided to order some red and green R20 reflector bulbs for my ground lighting for Christmas from these guys. I received the order in just a couple of business days, I received a shipping email with tracking number, the box arrived in nice shape filled with styrofoam packing peanuts, and all the bulbs are pretty sweet, exactly as ordered. I had zero problems. I recommend.

This is a great place to buy CFLs. They have a huge selection so you'll be sure to find exactly the bulb you need for your application. Their descriptions are detailed enough to be able to choose your bulbs online - much better than other online bulb stores. I ordered 5 CFLs last time and received exactly what I expected. They all worked out perfectly. As a bonus, they even packed the bulbs in environmentally-friendly water-soluble packing peanuts.

Good product inventory. Extremely fast shipping. Product exactly as expected. Have used this site several times without any trouble. Would recommend without any hesitation.

In an effort to be more green, I ordered 12 compact fluorescent lightbulbs from this store. Basically the dimmable CF bulbs don't work as advertised, and a third of the shipped bulbs are completely defective, totalling $50 of defective material. When I asked them to send me cheaper alternate bulbs, this store refused and asked me to repackage and ship everything back. Where's my UPS shipping ticket or a refund or an alternate bulbs that I had asked for? This is less than ideal place to shop.

I purchased 4 halogen light bulbs from buylighting.com. They were very quick to charge my credit card for the purchases, but it took over 4 weeks for my order to arrive. After 3 weeks, I sent an e-mail asking about the status of my purchase. No response was received. I called them up a few days later, and the person to whom I spoke seemed to know about my e-mail off the top of his head, and told me it should be there sometime over the next few weeks.  
 
After finally receiving my purchase, one of the light bulbs burnt out in less than 8 hours of use. I sent numerous e-mails to the company requesting a replacement, and I have yet to receive any form of communication from them. I have tried to contact all of the personnel at the company via e-mail, and no responses were received. I have given up since it isn't worth the hassle to have a $10 light bulb replaced.  
 
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! Stay away from them!!
