I bought a new LC17 case from them just as it was released. They kept me to do date on status, and even had the supplier drop ship the newly arrived case to me so I could get it before the weekend. Very capable folks, and a real pleasure to deal with too. Great prices also.

Top notch online service. I ordered an Ahanix D-Vine 4 case from them on Aug 2. They had it shipped out the same day and UPS had it delivered today (the 8th). They provide quick automated emails with tracking. I will definately come back here for other high quality HTPC items.
Excellent pricing... PC Alchemy is a specialty store, catering to the Home Theater PC buyer, and you might have expected higher prices for such a store. However, their component prices are among the best to be found. I also know they work late into the evening, as my order was entered in the late afternoon, and the order tracking number entered UPS' tracking system at 9pm that same evening. Such dedication is a very promising sign.
I used Shopzilla to find PCAlchemy. They had the best combination of good rating and low price for the power supply I wanted. I ordered online and paid using my first choice of payment method. I got a tracking number quickly and the correct power supply arrived soon enough thereafter. I tested it and it works. The only thing I can think of that they could do to improve my next experience is to add pricing information to the shipping ticket they send with the product.
Information on the site was helpful in making my selection. Customer service answered all my questions in a timely manner. I'd like to see more choices for mainboards, CPU cooling, sound cards and hard drives, but I was very pleased with the experience.
Probably the second best online store when it comes to service just behind Newegg. These guys went above and beyond their duty to help me get a new MCE remote and I really appreciated. Had a cheaper price than Newegg on my HTPC case as well! Buy from these guys you will like it I promise!
Ordered a Seasonic S12-380 computer power supply before 2pm on Monday and had it delivered to my door the next day using basic shipping. Granted I live within 100 miles, but service was great. Email confirmations received for every step of the ordering and shipping process including tracking number.
And even though I wasn't able to get them to throw in a couple of molex power connector splitters that I needed, I did received a nice email from their sales department explaining that they did not stock them along with a suggestion on where to find them.
All in all, a first rate experience with good prices and great service.
I purchased a wireless "HTPC" airboard type keyboard from these folks. The cost was a little over $50.00. These guys sent me no less then 4 emails detailing the transaction and what was going on. Their communication was quite impressive. I ordered on Monday night and received the keyboard on Wednesday afternoon. Shipping was reasonable, and all in all I had a pleasant experience dealing with this company. I will CERTAINLY do business again with these guys, especially for HTPC stuff. I discovered, after ordering, that they are about 30 minutes away from me so next time I may just go pick up the items (if allowed).

Bought the Seasonic S12-430 430W, Silent Power Supply from them. They had the lowest price shipped to my location in California. Delivery was quick. Would definitely shop with them again.
