Ordered HDTV capture card with free delivery. Delivered via UPS within specified time. (wish free delivery was quicker, but oh well). Product works as expected (better than expected) and very happy with service, communications, shipment tracking and order detail. Will do business with this vendor again!

Great Service. I ordered a Silverstone L16m htpc case that included a card reader as a promotion. Did not recieve the card reader w/ the case? E-mailed the store and got a response withen an hour. Greg took care of the problem imediatly and had one sent out. I would highly reccomend this site for anyone whos interested in building an htpc. Great job pcalchemy!

Extremely fast, great price, WOW. The email stream tells the story: 12:02, order received, 1:43 ready for pickup, 7:43 picked up and a tracking number! Received correct product on time and in excellent condition. This is my second order from PCAlchemy, and they are on my 'repeat' list.

I ordered a laptop hard drive from PC Alchemy, and I gt great service. They did a good job of emailing me with updates on my order: when it was processed, when it was shipped, etc. It arrived VERY quickly, within 3 days. I'd highly recommend this company.

My Silverstone LC11M HTPC wasn't working right. I emailed and vmailed PCAlchemy on Saturday. The owner, Greg, called me on Sunday!...they are closed Sunday. He walked through some attempts to fix it, but no dice. He invited me to bring it to them, and they diagnosed a defective VFD and gave me a fresh new compelte LC11M on the spot and even assemled all my compnents into the new one at no charge...even refusing payment for the "extra mile" re-building of my HTPC which I originally built. I have never seenm such customer service. Just awesome and I would recommend them to veryone. Albert

All I have to say is I'm impressed. I ordered 2 Silverstone FM121 fans. First they had the best price I could find and it was in stock. Second, They had it to me the next day. I blinked my eyes and it was here. Super fast shipping, great product selection, and great price = 1 extremely satisfied customer. I will definately be shopping again with them. This is my second order made the same day. Great site with detailed descriptions, pricing, hard to find items and intuitive checkout. I emailed a question regarding a future product and had an answer within a couple of hours, ON A SUNDAY! My product came in secure packing and in good condition. Couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend PCAlchemy.

My first experience has been terrific. I think they actually boxed & shipped the order in 3 hours or an evening order ?!? Item perfectly boxed. They will really give the "eggheads" a run for their money!

This is a great company to deal with. I was very impressed with their dedication to customer service and customer satisfaction. UPS (NOT PCalchemy) made an error in shipment, and the company bent over backward to make things right for me. Within minutes of contacting them regarding this issue, I got a call from them telling me they were on top of it.

This company is simpy outstanding. They are quick to reply to any questions you might have via email or phone. I placed my order at 4:00 p.m. and they still sent it out same day. Their customer service couldn't get any better. I will recommend anyone with HTPC needs to PCALCHEMY!!!!
