Excellent service. They noticed that I could have ordered a few of the items as a package at a lower price and sent me an email to tell me they had deducted the difference from my bill. The order shipped the next day and arrived a few days later very well packed. If you're building an HTPC this is the place to go.

Ordered a Silverstone SST-LC01 and I received the unit on-time and well packaged. I am very satisfied with the entire process. The site is clear and concise with the proper level of information. It was a breeze to order the product and communication was simple and informative. I liked the integration with UPS tracking.

After scouring the net for the best product and deal for a tv tuner card. I found that pcalchemy was highly recommended by the htpc community. They were not wrong.  
They had the very best price on the net and they processed and shipped my order promptly. Extra points go to them in my book for not using those nasty styrofoam peanuts for shipping.

I placed an order for SageTV 2.0 on their website on 5/20/2004, There was some confusion with my credit card (surprise surprise.. stupid card...) so I completed the order with Paypal. Overall, smooth and slick.  
 
The next day (5/21), it turns out the Credit Card authorizing company had decided to authorize my card afterall, so putting a hold on the funds, which I had already allocated to other purchases in my ultimate HTPC endevor.  
 
Needless to say, I was concerned, so I contacted my bank to get the information I would need to give pcAlchemy.com, and prompty sent an email to them (at sales@pcalchemy.com) requsting that the "de-authorization" be done.  
 
Within 30 minutes, a representative from pcAlchemy.com called me at my office, and we discussed the problem, and its eventual resolution. Within 2 hours, everything was back to the way it was.. and I am extatic once again.  
 
The actual ordering process was quick and relatively painless.  
 
For my problem, they were expedient and attentive to my needs and wishes.

I was a little worried about these guys, since I could find no reviews or ratings. However, their price on the Gyration wireless keybord/mouse I wanted was better than that of anyone else - and significantly better than that of what I consider to be the established, reliable online stores.  
 
Well, I took a chance am glad I did. Shipping was prompt, and the product was well-packed. In fact, I had no problems of any kind.  
 
 
I will not hesitate to deal with these guys, again. Recommended!
