I would like to just tell everyone that you can not get a blackberry phone deal that is much better than this. I had a problem with one of the phones that was free with the wireless plan and when I called about it, Wirefly sent out a replacement phone that same day. Now that's fast service. The operater was friendly and courteous. I recommend this site to anyone who has a business or personnel need that goes beyond just plain phone service.

Delivery was fast. The instructions for porting your number said you didnt need to do anything else. I have to call Wirefly to get the phone activated, then I had to call Cingular to get the number ported. The porting process didnt work as specified.  
Once I had the number ported, I was very happy.

I don't shop online much and the few times I have the experience has been not so good which is why I don't do it. Wirefly is the best online shopping experience I have ever done and I would highly recommend them. If was all done fast, efficiently and all contact was very courteous. I was informed of every step of the process and had my phones in the time I was told already activated and ready to use. Thank you for a pleasurable online shopping experience. Wirefly is highly recommended by me!  

Everything was great with wirefly. Got my order, started my service, thought it was a great deal. Boy was I wrong. Whether it's their fault or not, it's been 11 months since I ordered our phones from wirefly and I received no rebates. My 3 month rebate never came. I called 4 months after I submitted and they told me it was sent in too late and that I was "supposed to" receive a notification letter. I asked about my 6 month rebate and they said that rebate processing was taking 4-6 weeks longer than normal, but a couple months later, still nothing from them. Apparently it's okay for them to push back deadlines, but they hold you to some standard of timely submission. Bottom line here is I'm in a 2-year agreement and ended up paying full price for both phones since I got NOTHING back. That pretty much makes Wirefly a useless source for cell phones. You can go to your local Sprint, Verizon, or Cingular store and do this with no obligation. If you're buying phones from Wirefly thinking you're saving a bunch of money based on rebates, think again. Go elsewhere.  
 

I ordered a phone from wirefly like five days ago..i paid the deposit..i paid the extra to have it shipped next day..and do i have the phone yet? nope..ya know why? ..well..first i recieved a call to call them b/c they required additional info..i called..this guy who barely spoke english tells me that my order was cancelled..but he cant tell me why...i was mad but i figured that id go to another company. then i check my email..and i get an email that my phone was shipped out already..what the hell...the only problem..they sent it to my old billing address in another state..illinois..i just moved to texas...so i call them...to change my billing address and have them reroute the package..they say they cant..to call fedex...so i do..fedex says that the shipper is the only one that can change the shipping address..which makes sense..so i called back wirefly and tell them..they tell me to call fedex back and let them know that that goes against their policy. fricken shoot me..i tell the guy that i already called fedex..that im not calling them again..he tells me that i should get in contact with the new people that live at my old billing address and have them forward it to me...are u kidding me? i tell them thats insane...he tells me if i wait three days the phone will go back to the warehouse and they can send it to my new address...that is if the ppl who live there now dont sign for me phone and steal...lovely. the customer service at wirefly is horrible..u cant understand them and they dont help at all...

Shorted $50 in rebates promised. Order filled and delivered as promised but still waiting for resolution of $50 rebate non-delivery. Be sure to document everything when dealing with Wirefly.

one of the worst service on earth! took more than 20 days to get my order. signed me up for two seperate lines when i had called in more than 3 times to cancel the first line. had to wait more than 1hr to get to speak to a representative. avoid like the plague.

I had done my research about where to get my phone (unlike previous instances). Verizon was pretty adamant about not price matching in any way, nor would they waive the activation fee. I read all the reviews I could find about wirefly.com, and decided to take a chance (Most reviews were positive, other than those dealing with their customer service. However, there is no company dealing in wireless who doesn't have cs issues. It proves the adage - pay peanuts, get monkeys.)  
My order was processed the day I placed it, I received my phone (free 2nd day FedEx), my previous number was ported no problem, and I have 2 rebates, that, once cashed, make the $130 phone free. Even if they f-up the rebates, the phone was only $90 online vs. $130 from Verizon.  
Would recommend to those whose purchases/transactions are straightforward, as mine was.

This was the easiest buying experience ever. There was no delay in getting my order processed and shipped. I will never go into a store and buy my phone that way again. This is definitely the way to go when wanting new lines of service from a cell phone company.

I had a very good experience with wirefly. I even told my daughter about their service.

My experience was mixed.  
 
On the day after I placed my order the status changed to "shipping." After two days as "shipping" I called customer service to ask when the order would actually be released to the carrier. The CS rep who sounded like an Indian kept telling me that the shipment method I had chosen would take two to seven days. I kept asking when the order would be shipped and he continued to tell me how long the shipment would take. We did this for a good 15 min until he put me on hold for another 10 min then told me the order would be shipped on March 2. When I asked why the order was going to be delayed for over a month he put me on hold again and came back saying the order would be shipped on Feb 3. I then asked if the order would be shipped FEDEX as the web site advertised. He didn't know although he would never admit that he didn't know and after asking the question many times using various phrases I just gave up.  
 
As it turned out the company upgraded the shipping method and we received our order promptly. Everything was "as ordered" and worked fine. My mobile number was ported to the new carrier overnight without a hitch or a hassle.  
 
Looks like with this company you take your chances. If everything goes smoothly you'll be satisfied. If there are problems, their Customer Service sucks a big one. I don't know if the problem is just that the reps don't understand even simple English spoken slowly and distinctly or if they are trained not to deviate with a few prepared scripts.
