Ordered Jabra BT620s Bluetooth A2DP Headphones advertised on their site posted at slickdeals.com. The order process was slow to begin with, so I called two weeks (or there-abouts) later to check on the status. I was told by a CSR (didn't get name) that the product had been backordered, however was due the folliwng day. I could expect a shipping email in the few days.
On 3-12-08 I received an email that my order was cancelled - no explanation, although it seems clear the headset was a advertising gimic and or a means to collect information to sell.
Never, never order from these cheats.

I don't shop online much and the few times I have the experience has been not so good which is why I don't do it. Wirefly is the best online shopping experience I have ever done and I would highly recommend them. If was all done fast, efficiently and all contact was very courteous. I was informed of every step of the process and had my phones in the time I was told already activated and ready to use. Thank you for a pleasurable online shopping experience. Wirefly is highly recommended by me!

I ordered a phone from wirefly like five days ago..i paid the deposit..i paid the extra to have it shipped next day..and do i have the phone yet? nope..ya know why? ..well..first i recieved a call to call them b/c they required additional info..i called..this guy who barely spoke english tells me that my order was cancelled..but he cant tell me why...i was mad but i figured that id go to another company. then i check my email..and i get an email that my phone was shipped out already..what the hell...the only problem..they sent it to my old billing address in another state..illinois..i just moved to texas...so i call them...to change my billing address and have them reroute the package..they say they cant..to call fedex...so i do..fedex says that the shipper is the only one that can change the shipping address..which makes sense..so i called back wirefly and tell them..they tell me to call fedex back and let them know that that goes against their policy. fricken shoot me..i tell the guy that i already called fedex..that im not calling them again..he tells me that i should get in contact with the new people that live at my old billing address and have them forward it to me...are u kidding me? i tell them thats insane...he tells me if i wait three days the phone will go back to the warehouse and they can send it to my new address...that is if the ppl who live there now dont sign for me phone and steal...lovely. the customer service at wirefly is horrible..u cant understand them and they dont help at all...

Shorted $50 in rebates promised. Order filled and delivered as promised but still waiting for resolution of $50 rebate non-delivery. Be sure to document everything when dealing with Wirefly.

I am very impressed with this merchant. The ordering process was painless. We got great phones and accessories for considerably less than we would have going directly through Verizon. Communication was very good and we're pleased with the phones and the service. I would not hesitate to recommend Wirefly.

Excellent reseller! I would definitely order from them again.
I purchased a Blackjack, but it unfortunately, didn't fit my needs, so I called for an exchange for a Blackberry Pearl. The exchange was simple and painless! Wonderful!

Bought the plan with two razor phones with 1000 minutes to share and 5 personal phone numbers to each phone, what a deal. The equipment is subperb. Was shocked at the quality. Keep up the good work. Will gladly explain how happy I am with the deal to family and friends. Sandra, Florida

This Inphonic company absolutely sucks-Don't do it! I didn't even order the phone they just sent me a free phone from Sprint when I am with US Cellular and then I sent it back and they started billing me for what. I don't know but now 2 years later those very rude asses sent my bill to a collection agency for $250.00 that I refuse to pay. I never took the phone out of the sealed box or anything and they want to try to make me pay for something they send me that was supposed to be free anyways. I don't think so. They are all rude and I can't believe that anyone would want to have a company like them working for them when they don't know a darn thing about proper customer service.It says that this happened in 2006 but really it was in 2005 and they are still trying to take care of it. So be very careful and I wouldn't recommend these people or whatever they are to my worse enemy.

I ordered online. Everything was professional and quick. I especially liked that even though I clicked the "I read the terms and agreements" box. A window with the terms and agreements still popped up when I clicked submit.
This showed me that they weren't trying to pull any fast ones with things written in small print.
My boyfriend ordered a day after I did and as of yet has still not received his phone. His first order was canceled, he was not charged. I think overall...this company is professional and on point.
P.S. Remember to read the first part of the terms and agreement. Nothing bad just something you might want to know.

Everything went exceptionally smooth, although I didn't require customer service, nor did I risk a phone that required a rebate. From the other posts, it seems that rebates from WireFly are hit or miss. I had a good experience with WireFly, but WOULD NOT take a phone that left a large rebate out there hanging (see countless other posts on denied rebates). I had a completely automated and simple order, and had a good experience, despite being extremely skeptical prior ordering.

THIS WAS THE BEST AND EASIEST PROCESS I HAVE EVER BEEN THROUGH. THE CLARITY OF THE DIRECTIONS FOR TRACKING AND THE COMPANY LIVED UP TO THE COMMITMENT ON THE SHIPPING. I RECEIVED MY PHONE IN TWO DAYS AND ALL WENT WELL. I HAVE ALREADY REFERRED QUITE A FEW PEOPLE TO YOUR SERVICE.

Terrible, just terrible. Slow processing of order. Misinformative advertising. Phone cost was great, but support on device and customer service was NON EXISTANT. Expect NO help from them at ALL prior to sale. I would have rathered pay $100 more in store than purchase from them online however the plan I ordered was not available in stores. Avoid avoid avoid. Also, when you expect help from a sales rep inside a store and inform them of where you got the phone, expect them to tell you to call the people you bought it from. As I type this, I have been on hold for 36 minutes trying to straighten out the mess they made of my order. I can't stress enough how much you should avoid them

DON'T DO IT.
It's tempting but you'll never receive your rebates. Doesn't matter if you fill them out correctly, turn them in at the right time and dot all your I's and cross all your T's. You WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR REBATES. CHECK OUT WIREFLY and INPHONIC at the Better Business Bureau and you'll see the truth. www.bbb.com
