I originally ordered two phones from another discount cell phone company but when I decided to add a 3rd line to my ATT plan Wirefly had the best prices. While the competitor wanted $50 and ATT wanted $150-minus mail in rebate, Wirefly only charged $20 for a new LG Vu CU920. They also offered free shipping and a free bluetooth headset so I was good to go.
I placed the order and received an email the next day saying ATT needed additional information about my account before they could ship my phone. I called Wirefly and had to give some basic info. Later that day my phone was shipped. It arrived the very next day with the SIM card in place and the phone was already activated so I was good to go. I just had to call ATT as the voice mail wasn't setup and there was nothing in the manual about what number to input to dial voice mail. 5 minutes with ATT and I was all set.
I definitely plan on going through them again in two months when I'm eligible to upgrade my original two phones. The prices are just so much better than going directly through ATT.

i had purchased a 3 cell phones and a new contract from this company on this order and everything was great and was delivered to me TWO DAYS after I ordered it! All of the phones were free and shipping was free as well! Customer service was great and its unfortunate that only the bad reviews get posted on here about this company. I am a proven buyer and would recommend them highly! Everything came as promised and the phones were ready to use instantly. THEY EVEN PUT THE SIM CARD IN THE PHONE FOR ME! this is one of the worst company's i have ever dealt with, i don't write reviews, but this company has done what no other company ever, it has made me give them a terrible review. whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM WWW.WIREFLY.COM. don't know what they do and lie!!!!

Well, I guess it's true that people with positive experiences typically don't post a [good] review with [online] retailers after shopping with them, considering the overall low rating of WIREFLY. Anyways, I'm quite satisfied with WIREFLY. I ordered an HTC TYTN II & pouch on the 20 May 08 & opted for 2nd day deliver via Fedex (charged $9.99 2nd day ^^). On 22 May 08 2:46 PM, my packaged arrived intact with no apparent abuse of the package ( +1 for Fedex ^^). Opened up the box & everything I ordered was in great condition. The only negative(s) I can state is that Fedex did not have someone @ my household sign for the package considering that my ORDER SUMMARY stated that it was to be signed for. Currently, I just need to f/u a rebate form (which I have low expectations on since I found out that the original owners-INPHONIC- of the site had filed for bankruptcy in 2007).

Beware of doing business with InPhonic and Wirefly. Their $90 rebate makes is extremely hard for you to see the money. They you have to collect a bunch of statements and time your mailing in the forms just right. It is very, very easy to make a mistake and have them deny the rebate. They outsource their customer service and rebate processing, so you are never talking to the right people to get help. Do yourself (learn from my mistake) and go somewhere else.

Wirefly had the best price in town. I ordered a sprint novatel s720 internet card. Wirefly gave me a better deal on getting the sprint service up and running then sprint themselves. Go figure. The process time and delivery time was less then a week. Only problem I had and it was not their fault was that the card was not a fit for my pc. I needed an express card. When I called up they were happy to replace or refund my money if I wanted. I chose not to do that but to get a router to run that card on my pc. I would recommend this service to anyone. Top notch.

I would like to just tell everyone that you can not get a blackberry phone deal that is much better than this. I had a problem with one of the phones that was free with the wireless plan and when I called about it, Wirefly sent out a replacement phone that same day. Now that's fast service. The operater was friendly and courteous. I recommend this site to anyone who has a business or personnel need that goes beyond just plain phone service.

Delivery was fast. The instructions for porting your number said you didnt need to do anything else. I have to call Wirefly to get the phone activated, then I had to call Cingular to get the number ported. The porting process didnt work as specified.
Once I had the number ported, I was very happy.

I don't shop online much and the few times I have the experience has been not so good which is why I don't do it. Wirefly is the best online shopping experience I have ever done and I would highly recommend them. If was all done fast, efficiently and all contact was very courteous. I was informed of every step of the process and had my phones in the time I was told already activated and ready to use. Thank you for a pleasurable online shopping experience. Wirefly is highly recommended by me!

Shorted $50 in rebates promised. Order filled and delivered as promised but still waiting for resolution of $50 rebate non-delivery. Be sure to document everything when dealing with Wirefly.

I had done my research about where to get my phone (unlike previous instances). Verizon was pretty adamant about not price matching in any way, nor would they waive the activation fee. I read all the reviews I could find about wirefly.com, and decided to take a chance (Most reviews were positive, other than those dealing with their customer service. However, there is no company dealing in wireless who doesn't have cs issues. It proves the adage - pay peanuts, get monkeys.)
My order was processed the day I placed it, I received my phone (free 2nd day FedEx), my previous number was ported no problem, and I have 2 rebates, that, once cashed, make the $130 phone free. Even if they f-up the rebates, the phone was only $90 online vs. $130 from Verizon.
Would recommend to those whose purchases/transactions are straightforward, as mine was.

This was the easiest buying experience ever. There was no delay in getting my order processed and shipped. I will never go into a store and buy my phone that way again. This is definitely the way to go when wanting new lines of service from a cell phone company.
