have what I'm looking for at a more than reasonable price. Shopped there before, and will continue to shop there. Great shop all around.

i buy a thomson xbox drive unfortunatly, it burn a few day after, it may append it's not there fault (but he have already used)  
 
they take more than 3 weeks to send another one who was made in 2001!! a drive who have more than 4 years -> a very old one

Great place to buy xbox parts. Got a new Version 1 power supply recommend it to anyone.

I placed my order on 1 Dec 04 for a replacement 1.6 power supply, power cord, and a ATA-166 cable. I wrote to the company four times to see what the status of my order was and was told three times it was shipped. I have yet to receive a reply on the 4th attempt. I will not buy from them again and do not recommend them to potential buyers. Customer support is not a priority to their company.

I am absolutely disappointed with the poor Customer Service received from this company. I have ordered a DVD ROM in November 2004, and have still not received it. I understand that there may have been a delay due to the fact that I am in South Africa, but we are now at the end of January 2005. I have contacted the customs offices as well, and they cannot find any package in my name, or according to the delivery address. Llama.com also cannot provide me with a tracking number. In my most recent emails to Llama.com, I have requested any other assistance which they may have to offer or a refund. Those emails have just been ignored. I would therefore not recommend purchasing any item from this website.

Ordered DVD power cable for XboX, and it shipped very fast. Nice selection as well :)

Superb!! is all I can say. I ordered my high-performance ATA166 cable on the 16th of January 2005. Received QUICK and packed very nicely. I hope to see more selections from their website in the near future. I will defenitely shop from them again.

Great selection of unique parts with very reasonable pricing. Very fair about returned parts. Ended up selling the unit we were fixing but will definitely be back to Llamma to upgrade the new console. I will buy from them again and recomend them to friends.

Around a month ago, I purchased two Xbox S-type controllers from llama.com's online store. The prices were certainly fair ($40 for two controllers) and I waited only a week for shipping/ processing.  
 
However, upon receiving the package, I noticed that one of the controllers had its cord damaged and was barely functionable. I e-mailed llamma.com about this and they opened a RMA ticket without any hassle. Within another week, I was mailed a new S-type controller free of charge. For my order, Llamma.com acted both responsibly and professionally. I would recommend this site to anyone interesting in their products as their prices and support are well above average.

Shipping was a little longer than quoted, but still farly prompt. Packaging was excellent. product was of good quality.  
 
The only place to go for your Xbox needs.

First experience was impressive. PayPal purchase is available on their secure server. I ordered two X-Box controllers on Friday afternoon. Three separate e-mail notices indicated- 1)order confirmation, 2)tracking number and carrier, and 3)order update/arrival. They arrived Monday afternoon via USPS, ahead of the schedule I anticipated. Controllers were well packaged in box, secured with shipping peanuts, sealed in blue plastic bags. Shipping was honest and fair, New York vendors should take lessons from this vendor! Price was lower than most vendors. Basically, great price, honest shipping charges, accurate description, thorough order tracking and communication. What else can describe a perfect experience. Have ordered a second set of controllers, due to such a good experience. A Highly recommnded vendor

I had to order a new case for my xbox to do a little modding. I payed for the case, got my payment confirmation email. 2 days later my case arrived, and I received an email from Llamma apologizing for not getting me my tracking number on the day after my payment was accepted, because his email was down.  
 
Overall, I am very pleased with Llamma.com, and would order from them again in a hertbeat.

Get place order recevied very fast!! Will buy agian!! A++++++
