I am absolutely disappointed with the poor Customer Service received from this company. I have ordered a DVD ROM in November 2004, and have still not received it. I understand that there may have been a delay due to the fact that I am in South Africa, but we are now at the end of January 2005. I have contacted the customs offices as well, and they cannot find any package in my name, or according to the delivery address. Llama.com also cannot provide me with a tracking number. In my most recent emails to Llama.com, I have requested any other assistance which they may have to offer or a refund. Those emails have just been ignored. I would therefore not recommend purchasing any item from this website.
