i buy a thomson xbox drive unfortunatly, it burn a few day after, it may append it's not there fault (but he have already used)  
 
they take more than 3 weeks to send another one who was made in 2001!! a drive who have more than 4 years -> a very old one

I placed my order on 1 Dec 04 for a replacement 1.6 power supply, power cord, and a ATA-166 cable. I wrote to the company four times to see what the status of my order was and was told three times it was shipped. I have yet to receive a reply on the 4th attempt. I will not buy from them again and do not recommend them to potential buyers. Customer support is not a priority to their company.

I am absolutely disappointed with the poor Customer Service received from this company. I have ordered a DVD ROM in November 2004, and have still not received it. I understand that there may have been a delay due to the fact that I am in South Africa, but we are now at the end of January 2005. I have contacted the customs offices as well, and they cannot find any package in my name, or according to the delivery address. Llama.com also cannot provide me with a tracking number. In my most recent emails to Llama.com, I have requested any other assistance which they may have to offer or a refund. Those emails have just been ignored. I would therefore not recommend purchasing any item from this website.

I actually bought from Llammas e-bay store. I bought a crystal clear X-Box case that was advertised as having a "window to allow you to see the inside of the Thomson DVD drive". I wasn't able to figure this out and so I emailed their website a number of times. I also left numerous messages to at their e-bay store and never recieved any messages from either location. Their shipping was prompt, and I would have bouhgt from them again, however, I was extremely frustrated that they refused to answer any of my emails. I would reccommend buying from them only if you absolutley know you will not have any questions for them.

I ordered a x3 ce modchip from llama.com cause no one else had them in stock. They shipped out the order within 24 hours and arrived at my house 2 days later. I would buy from there again.

I bought a Zoozen Access Toolkit v2 from this site. It's an amazing site that offers whatever you need for your gaming necessities (except NDS).

just ordered a few items from llama on may 11 2008, id jus like to say that ive had bad experiences with ordering from the internet until i came across llama.com, my order came on schedule (may 20) and the box it came with protected the items i ordered. i will gladly order from llama again and recomend it others.

I ordered parts for my Xbox 360 around 5 PM on Friday. They arrived the next Monday (3 days later) in great shape and very well packaged. I was very impressed by the quaility of merchandise and the incredibly fast shipping speed! Thanks for such a great and hassle free purchase!!!! :)

Ordred a PSP faceplate. Shipped the next day (ordered on a holiday) and in great shape. Everything as expected. Would not hesitate to buy from again.

Ordered an Xbox replacement part and received it in a timely fashion and well packaged. The price seemed very fair and I was always kept up-to-date with the status of my order via email. The tracking system wasn't very good but llamma.com isn't to be blamed for this (USPS). I haven't had the need to exchange or replace my order since I haven't had the chance to install it and see if it works but I'm sure that wont be a problem if that were to arise. I recommend this merchant to anyone looking for Xbox or PS2 parts!

Great Service Customer Service Responded in a reasonable Time to my Mis Take and they Fixed it and 2 days later its here. i would order from them again if i need any thing :)

Like everyone I would like lower prices but llamma is either lower or tied with its competitors. I order from them and their competitors on a regular basis, I usually order from who has parts availability and selection. Definitely a repeat customer and reccomend to others

Okay I was given an X-box as a gift and decided to mod it. Well I ordered an Xecuter Chip and to make a long story short destoryed my motherboard by trying to solder the chip in. So I ordered another motherboard from e-bay and tried a 2nd time. This time the X-box started to frag so I decided to quit while I was ahead. Well I was looking for an installer and heard about llama. They offer a service to repair a trace and install for $49.00 and I thought why not its cheaper than gettig another motherboard. So I sent the unit to then and recieved the next week. Well when I got it back I upgraded the H/D and I was looking at what llama did as far as repairs go and I was "amazed" for one-I had a pc cable that I bought to replace the original cable I destroyed and they replaced it with an even better cable(included in the price of the repair) I also got frustrated and had lost the rubber feet on the bottom of the xbox and Llama replaced them as well(again included in the repair cost) I must say that overall I am "VERY" satisfied with what the did. My advice if you work on your box and destroy it don't throw it out just send it to them. They do Excellent work.!
