The product simply does not work and all information given is useless. I want a refund of my money as they say money back guarantee but the email I sent to their support department also returned back. I will leave no stone untruned to get my hard earned money out of their pocket!!!!

I purchased their DVD Copy program on 3/18/05 but noticed immediately that their software did not work properly. I e-mailed their customer service but received no answer for more than a week. Since their website clearly stated 30 day money back guarantee, I sent them an e-mail requesting cancellation of transaction for a refund. After more than one month, I still havn't heard from them regarding my request after several more e-mail was sent. Do Not Buy from this company as their do not have any customer service at all.....

Paid for their software; immediately discovered majority of package was via download with significant time involved to obtain. Requested refund. Response was we will send you a CD if needed (positive); informed them that package was not what I expected and requested a refund (sent NUMEROUS requests)....NO response or acknowledgment from them!!!!! Stay away from them!
