Placed order on 09/14 and CC charged, received email notification on 09/16 that one of the items I'd ordered was no longer in stock. Called 09/16 to have them substitude the item and ship the order but order was not shipped until 09/23 after 3 more calls to customer service.

I placed an order online with this merchant roughly 2 weeks ago, on Sunday Aug 30th, on Monday Aug 31st, i received a tracking #, Once i received the tracking # i immediately went to the USPS website to see if my package had left and what the expected arrival time was, since that day i not only has the status of the tracking # off the USPS site not changed, but no one communicated with me when i might expect my items purchase. Because i hadn't received anything from the company, i decided to email their customer service department trying to get someone to tell me when i might receive my items, so on Sept 8th, i wrote an email and on Sept 10th i received an email stating someone would look into where mt items were. I have yet to receive any other email or phone call explaining where my order is. On Saturday Sept 12th, i tried to phone the company, every extension i went to would place me on hold then asked for a call back #, which i honestly believe this is away they can weed thru the anger customers, i'm not expecting a call back. So here i am on Sept. 13th still waiting for an email or a call back about where my products are.
This company sells RC items and accessories for a very good price, i wish i wasn't the unlucky one to have such a horrible experience with them, because i would definitely buy more stuff from them in the future, because of their outstanding prices. But i cant see spending hundreds of dollars with an on0line company if, they cant even get my $20.00 purchase right. In this day and age, communication to the customer will make or break your business, word-of-mouth is the ultimate advertising, i understand a business cant make everyone happy, but it takes zero effect and almost no time to simply keep that person that is spending their hard earned money with your company in the loop.
Hopefully tomorrow i will receive word where my items are...

UPDATE:
I was contacted by the company less then 12hrs after this review was listed, they were very apologetic about what i had been thru and admitted that their customer service was inexcusable. I received and explanation for the bad customer service and received 1/2 of my order 3 days later.

I'm willing to give this company another chance to prove themselves to me. The remainder of my items are on Back-order and they gave me a date when they are due to arrive. I have to say, i really appreciated the phone and emails i received from the company after i posted the above issue. They are trying to do whatever they can to rectify the problem and gain back my business.

FIVE DAYS!!! I placed two orders with All-Battery.com on July 6th and they both arrived on July 10th! Everything I ordered was packed well for shipment. Absolutely no surprises at all...except for the speedy delivery. Both items I purchased came with free shipping and I honestly expected them to opt for the slowest means of delivery possible because of that and I would not have blamed them for doing so, but they sent both orders Priority Mail through the USPS.

So why did I place two orders instead of one larger one? We live rural and our post office will not deliver larger packages. I have to go into town and pick them up. Smaller packages fit into our mail box.

I have purchased a lot of items over the Internet and one thing that grips me is late shipments and another is unannounced back-orders and that seems to be all that is out there these days. FIVE DAYS is faster than my normal wholesalers deliver and trust me, I spend a LOT of money with them.

I must admit, I was a little leery when placing my first order with All-Battery.com http://all-battery.com but I thought I'd give them a chance. BOY was I surprised at the great level of service! Well, shipping fast is one thing but after some bad reports I've read, I wanted to see how the Tenergy batteries perform. I immediately plugged 4-AAA batteries into my BC-9009 and ran them through a test cycle to see if they perform as advertised. Even on the first cycle, they tested significantly higher than the Powerizers I've been using. Granted, the mAh readings are a bit lower than advertised but that is common in the industry with all but the most expensive, brand-name batteries and even those are subject to a certain fudge factor. Lower numbers are also common with brand new batteries.

I purchased 60 AAA rechargeable batteries and also 24 RTU's and those also tested much better than I expected.

I am so pleased with their service and products that I have already placed another order with All-Battery.com.

No, I've not been paid to say good things about them and trust me, I rarely pass our compliments. They earned my respect and business the old-fashioned way. They said they would sell me certain items for a particular price and they delivered those exact items quickly. What more could you ask for?

If you want your order delivered fast and accurately, order from these guys.

PERFORMANCE UPDATE!
After only one more discharge/recharge cycle of the AAA batteries in my BC-9009, mAh capacity increased 30% and they are even more consistent between the batteries. Even after the first cycle the Tenergy batteries were performing better than my others.

It takes several charge cycles to reveal what the batteries will do and these already show tremendous promise.

I received my 8 station battery charger today. Seven days from ordering to receipt is not bad. Right now I'm discharging some older batteries and will charge them to see if this charger is what it purports to be. I have 7 different chargers and not one of them holds up longer than 15-20 charges. So far, four have discharged and four are still discharging. Maybe I've finally found the "Holy Grail."

Since years I buy from all-battery.com because of a good product selection, very good prices, and very good quality. This time was probably the first time I received a product with a flaw, a battery charger with an impaired LC display. I requested an RMA and a day or two later I was promised a replacement unit free of charge. The flawed unit I should just discard. The replacement arrived a few days later - no problem.

To sum it up: The case was handled perfectly with excellent communication and execution. With that service I recommend all-battery without reservations at any time.

Got 24 of the R2U AA batteries. Ordered on the 17th, received on the 20th.

I know this company has had some bad press at various hot deals sites, but thought I'd go ahead and try anyways. Received the correct 2300mah batteries. So just a datapoint here, and my experience was positive.

I ordered two sets of "12 AA 2300mAh 12 AAA 1000mAh Ready To Use (R2U) Long Shelf Life Rechargeable Batteries with Compact Charger" (part number RTU-12AA/12AAA2822). The batteries arrived fine and appear to work.

However, none of the two chargers were in the package. I immediately contacted customer service via e-mail. No response, ever. I phoned a week later, and Lydia (customer service rep) told me that they had my e-mails on file, and saw that no one had replied.

In the same order, I ordered two "Protection Circuit Module (PCB) for 11.1V Li-Ion Battery Pack (3 cells with 6.5A limit) (item no. 320062)".

After connecting one according to its connection diagrams (and confirming with the S-8254A chip datasheet), and then connecting to my fully-charged 11.1V (nominal) 3-cell lithium-ion battery, my multimeter read ~0V across the P+ and P- terminals of the chips. I wired and then connected the second PCB, and it too failed to enable.

I sent several e-mails to customer service, filed an RMA and phoned customer service. Lydia del Real told me to talk to Kevin (technical), but I received his voice mail and it errored (didn't let me leave any message). Lydia then told me they would phone me back.

No one ever got back to me, by e-mail, phone, or otherwise. That was two months ago.

I am still trying to get in touch with them to follow through on getting my chargers and PCBs. When I phoned today, they told me they no longer had any record of my contact. Fortunately, I kept all my e-mails, including my RMA request. I also have recorded the telephone message where Lydia told me they would send me the chargers and phone me back.

Hopefully I can get my chargers and working PCBs, or a refund. Chances don't seem great, going by other reviews.

this web retailer set incorrectly wired battery connectors. They have been unresponsive to their "live chat" which is never "live" as well as email requests. Many other complaints on their web site about mistakes on orders. Stay away from this retailer.

These guys have gotten some bad reviews for thier R2U ( ready to use ) batteries. I ordered a 24 pack of 2600 MaH AA batteries and an 8 pack of AAAs. I did not order them R2U. The order was shipped quickly and accurately. I got exactly what I ordered and got it quickly. I'll order from these guys again.

This is my third order with this company and I am very pleased with their "Ready to Use" rechargeable batteries. These are batteries along the likes of eneloop batteries.

Delivery is not super fast but still acceptable.

Looking at reviews from fellow members indicates that I'm not the only one who was scammed. I too ordered the 2300mAh R2U batteries but received 2600mAh regular batteries instead. No replies from my inquiry and request for RMA.

More than 4 months ago I received 24 AA and 12 AAA. I have chargine equipment that enables me to measure the actual battery capacity. Many of the AAAs were near or above their 1000mAh ratings, although some were approximately 800mAh. The AA batteries, however, are woefully over-rated. Their claimed capacityis 2600mAh. Many have capacities around 1600 mAh -- less than 2/3 their claimed rating. Finding the capacity of a battery requires at least 3 discharge-recharge cycles, so it is not a quick process, but my tests of better known brands indicates that they are usually slightly above their rated capacity. If you want to have high-capacity batteries, I suggest you buy a "name-brand" and stay away from all-battery.com.

All Battery is, so far, a disappointing on line retailer. I selected ordered a very basic and very specific AAA battery charger. All battery delivered a very different device that will not work for me.
I sent a comment email asking them to ship the correct device and provide return instructions for the wrong device they shipped. The web page said I'd get a response in 12 hours but nothing yet, four days later.
Yesterday (Jan 76th) I sent another email to suport@all-battery and have heard nothing yet.

This is not an expensive device and will not be a big loss other than inconvenience since it was needed for a business trip.

Just like others, I am very disappointed with All-Battery. I ordered the R2U AA 2300mAh batteries on 12-02-2008, but they sent me 2600mAh batteries instead. Their excuse was R2U were out of stock. Some of the other reviewers ordered at least 1 week before me and they had the same problem. But All-Battery continued listed they are still in stock on their web site. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVEN IF THEY ARE ON SALE AND IN STOCK.
