The package arrived very quickly which is about the only thing I can say considering shipping was almost $14. The packaging was amazingly sparse, there was no box and was merely the headset inside small bubble wrap inside the UPS envelope. I was disappointed with the packaging because without more protection, who is to say there wasn't damage in transit that isn't readily apparent.  
 
The other issue I have is in regards to the listing on ebay. The fact that the item was refurbished was almost hidden from the buyer. Item condition was listed as "revised" and although it was my fault for not reading the entire listing I wish Dakmart had made the nature of the item more readily visible, instead of obscuring this fact amongst several lines of text.  
 
Aside from those issues, the item is a Sennheiser and I've read and heard great things about the company and so far the headset doesn't disappoint.

Item recieved OK, but not packaged in a box, could have easily been damaged.

The first time I have bought from Dakmart. Sony speakers were at great price but thought shipping was excessive. Checkout was a problem because you had to go thru admintrix.com They wanted your credit card number to get to PayPal and when you got to PayPal it took you to wrong area of the site for payment so I just paid thru PayPal with out going thru admintrix.com Shipping was Quick sending it thru UPS Two sets of speakers was bought and boxed in bigger box with no packing to keep secure, but speakers had no Damage. Speakers Work great and am happy with Them!!

I was most pleased with my experience with Dakmart. I ordered a DENON DVD-756 SILVER /1920 BSTOCK & a Denon Avr-587 7.1 Receiver from them. When they received my order, I got an email right away asking if I meant to order a black receiver and a silver DVD player. I said that it was no problem because I have a silver cable box. Nonetheless, Dakmart offered to not only give me a black receiver and DVD player . . . but they upgraded them as well with no charge! In fact, this upgrade meant the receiver I got went from one without HDMI switching to one with HDMI switching. The order arrived within a week and was just what I expected. All in all, I could not imagine a better example of excellent customer service.

Griffin airdock stations for the iPod w/ remote works great. I use it to charge and play my iPod through my stereo. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the remote is RF, not IR ... which means that it works in the next room too! DAKMART was a pleasure to deal with; there was some confusion on the shipping, but they promptly resolved it. I will buy from DAKMART again.

I bought a telephone, shipped as promised, product as advertised. I even called the store for technical assistance and they were exceptionally helpful. Would definitely buy from them again.

Arrived quick in 3 days. Packaging was kind of shoddy, no box and the only padding was a UPS envelope (which was inside the USPS envelope), odd. Also didn't include any manual or warranty info or anything from Sennheiser. But the headphones were refurbished so you can't expect the world.

The item performs great. Just what i wanted and needed. Great price also.

Price was the best I could find, shipping included. Website was easy to navigate, easy to use and answered what questions I had. My only issue is with the fact that the product I ordered (wireless headphones, not an extremely durable item) was shipped in an unpadded bag containing the factory refurb bag in which the headphones and transmitter base were bubble wrapped, but that was the only protection they had. They seem to have arrived undamaged, but seeing them arrive via USPS without a box for protection was a little worrisome. Aside from that I am very happy.

I found dakmart a great place to shop. I found both Diana and Nathaly very professional. This was the first time I used Dakmart and will continue to use them.

I ordered a refurbished Denon DRA397. The price was great, it was shipped quickly and looked brand new including all the manuals and accessories. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the service and price from Dakmart. Will buy from them again.
