The RM-Y186 is in brand new condition and works perfectly with my Sony. The shipment was quick. Will buy from here again.

Dakmart was a great shopping experience. Their product description was accurate, and their shipping was fast! The prices on the products I purchased were fantastic! The only thing I would change would be the packaging for shipping. My products arrived in excellent condition, but I would have preferred a box over the bag that was used, just to insure safe arrival.  
Overall, I give Dakmart high ratings, and will recommend to my friends!

The prices were the lowest i could find for the new sennheiser hd 280 headphones. The shipping did take awhile, but for the reduced price it was worth it. I am happy with the product which functions well and is not damaged in any way. I recommend buying from Dakmart and will buy from them again myself.

Communication was great, even though I made offer at late night hours there was somebody to answer and to accept my offer (item was won with a max offer on ebay). Headphones (Sennheiser pxc450) are great, they came with minor scuffs, but hey... they are refurbished.

Yes, their shipping charges seem a bit high, however, since many of the products have a 'make an offer' component, they will work with you on the price of the merchandise and that offsets the shipping charges, at least in my case.  
I ordered several sets of Sennheiser headphones for my recording studio and they were exactly as described. The listing did indicate they were refurbished (which means they're probably better than new).  
Shipping was quick, packing was good. No complaints at all.  
Will more than likely buy from them again should the need arise.

I placed my order and received a confirmation. I soon received an email that the item was not available and they would let me know when it was back in stock. After several weeks, I have not received any further notice. I checked the website today (1/6/09) and the item is listed at three times my original order price. My order still shows up as pending in their system.  
 
After my first order was held up, I decided to order a similar but different item. I received the same notification - item not available at this time and they would let me know when it was in stock and could process my order.  
 
After about two weeks, I used their website to send them an email. I asked about availability of four specific items listed on their website that I was interested in buying. I never received a follow up to my inquiry.  
 
If anyone orders something and actually receives what they expected, congratulations.
