The machine came quickly, and exactly as ordered. I was particularly impressed with the rapid call from the salesman the morning after I ordered in order to make some necessary alterations to my order (my graphics card was too big to allow all the PCIE addons that I ordered). The PC was great shipped with excellent components other than the on board sound which crackles when playing music, also the temperature gauge which i included with my order does not give accurate temperatures inside the system.

I went ahead and ordered a AMD Phenon Quad core system back on 31st of March, after a few days i was contacted by Joe to upgrade my Power supply since it did not appear the one that came with the desktop would be sufficient for computer, after upgrading the PSU the order status was updated to reflect the changes. After two weeks order status remained unchanged and a day before the estimated shipdate i called buyxg and asked why the order status was not updated, i was told that the Processor i wanted was on backorder and that the approximate date of arrival would be the 22nd and it was the only part they were waiting on so the desktop would ship by the 24th. A call on the 24th i asked why the status had not been updated and Joe went ahead and updated the status of the order on the website and the Dekstop was shipped out the next day. It arrived on the 29th of April. Packaging was well done with lots of foam inside the cardboard box, desktop booted up on first try, runs great and quietly. Only gripe was that the status of the order was not updated going through the process and i had to call in to inquire on the hold ups, otherwise i will definately do bussiness with buyxg again, great desktops and prices.

Overall this was a very positive experience, with a few hiccups thrown in. My system arrived a little later than I expected (due to a part not being in inventory), but I would definitely order from BuyXG again. My system looks great and seems very stable. Now I just need more free time to see how it plays all of my games. :)

I purchased my new computer from www.buyxg.com . I have only had my new computer for about a week but so far I am very happy with it. It has excellent performance and is very well built! Also the price was great! Their customer service was also very good. I highly recommend them.

I ordered an XtremeGear PC and somehow ended up with a CyberPower PC. Makes me wonder if XtremeGear even exists. I don't trust CyberPower due to their track record of poor quality control.  
 
The PC stopped working withing a week of operation. I was shutting down, and encountered a blue screen, and now windows won't load on my PC. The system just locks after bios.  
 
My first encounter with tech support on 3/25, they couldn't track down my order number, requested a call back number, and never called back. I called back again on 3/26 only to be disconnected from their automated system, I called back again and left a message. I have yet to hear from anyone about my PC.

Great sales help. Arrived 1 day early, very well pacted, not a ding on the box ( 2,800 mi. trip).  
 
Definatley recommend. Not at all like folks at parent company (Cyberpower???) and I know because I tried them first...

I ordered an advanced gaming computer on January 15th at the best price I could find on the net. I received it earlier than promised on January 25th. It arrived safely packaged and ready to use. The system runs smoothly on every game I have. It's quiet and fast and looks great, too. Will definitely buy from them again.

Can't say how impressed I was with my buying experience from Extreme Gear! I had a few questions during the order process, all of them were answered if not the same day then the next. I made a change to my configuration and it was added immediately. The price for the change was incorrectly billled to my credit card. When I brought it to their attention they credited my account the next day. Without a doubt the best buying experience for a PC I have ever had. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know for a new PC!
