Divineo.com is listed as the only official retailer for the "PS2 HDLoader" Software, so I decided to trust them with my money, and ordered from them.  
 
I preordered the item on June 11, 2004, and it was scheduled to be in stock the following day, June 12, 2004 - The next day I received an email stating the item was indeed in stock.  
 
The site status changed from "Preorder" to "Ships within 24 hours" - Days went by and didnt hear a thing. Then weeks. The site stayed at "Ships within 24 hours" - Emails returned a pre-written responce basically saying "we're working on it".  
 
Finally, 3 weeks later (June 27, 2004) my order finally shipped.  
 
Besides being the highest price (The $29.99 Software came to $47 after shipping - In comparison, sites are now selling it for $27.99 shipped), worst customer service I've experienced, and fact they charge you right away and ship "when they get to it" (At this point, all orders are still 3+ weeks behind).  
 
I do have to give them credit since they *DID* actually ship it out, but the problem is that they knew there was a problem (And wont be shipping them all for some time), but still continually reassured everyone that everything was going smoothly.  
 
In addition, I tried to pay for my order 3 times, and only received "The order cannot be found, or has already been paid for." errors, until I finally paid via Paypal.  
There is also no way to check the status online.  
 
If you are going to order from Divineo, order from their UK based site, http://www.divineo.co.uk as they are on track with orders and shipping them in a quick manner.

When I placed my order the product was listed as being in stock, and it was advertised that it would ship out within 3 days. Three days wasn't too bad, right? So I paid a little extra to get expedited FedEx shipping, which turned out to be completely pointless.  
 
Those three days stretched out into SIXTEEN days before my product ever shipped. During these sixteen days I received not a single piece of communication from Divineo to inform me of any kind of shipping delay. Several emails I sent to the company inquiring about the status of my order - or if the order process even completed successfully - went completely unanswered. For sixteen days. Nothing. And throughout this entire ordeal, they listed the exact same product that I had ordered on their site as "ships in 3 days." I found this to be laughable and dishonest.  
 
The product I ordered did finally arrive and in good condition, however those 16 days of non-communication and ignored emails really left a bad taste in my mouth (I thought I had been scammed,) and I can assure you I wouldn't do business with Divineo ever again even if they were selling ten dollar diamonds.

Ordered an item said to be "In stock and shipped within 3 days". I also paid for "Next Day Air". It has been 2 weeks and NOTHING. No email, no tracking #, nothing.

Order was placed on June 21st, and a confirmation email was sent, claiming to send a tracking number within 48 hours. 96 hours later, not so much as an email after numerous attemts made to contact customer service. As of July 6th, a tracking number has been sent, but cannot be confirmed by FedEx.

I read allot of good and bad stuff about Divineo, however they seemed to be legit and recommended by all the sites out there. Well, the same problems people experienced are happening to me...I can't get my stuff and it's everybody but there fault...here's a standard email they send:

Theses event created a back log in our shipment and emails. We appologize for this situation and we hope you understand the situation. Everything should be back to normal next week. In addition, here is a small FAQ :  
 
Q1. Why I didn't received my HDLoader yet?  
A1. We have *a lot* of pre-order to ship. We will need few days more to ship them all.  
 
Q2. I didn't ordered a HDLoader and my order is late, why?  
A2. We moved last week (so we couldn't ship during two days) and we have also to ship a lot of HDLoader that were pre-ordered. You may experiment a 1-3 days delay. We apologize for this delay.  
 
Q3. I received a Canada Post tracking and it doesn't work, why? A3. There is a small bug with the scan process at Canada Post. Some package show up in the database only when they are received. This should be fixed within 1-2 weeks. But the day you got your tracking, we sent the package.  
 
Q4. I received a FedEx Tracking, and it's not working right now. A4. The FedEx database will be updated later the same day.

Simply the worst experience I have ever had with an online store. Non-existent customer service, lies about stock status, shipping speed. My credit card was charged but no order shipped, no refund given, no explanation. Had to dispute the charge and report them to Internet Fraud.

after my broken x2 pro 2.0 chip was stolen by the parcel service when i sent it in for warranty exchange i got a special deal to share the cost of a xenium for replacement, and even though the parcel service ("deutsche post") messed up again in failing to deliver for 3 times, causing 3* times the shipping cost i wasnt charged extra and had very good telephone support with divineo. so i would recommend them for the service every time

I've oredered from these guys twice. The first time my chip was shipped within 24 hours, the next time within 48 hours. They said they had stock both times and it would appear they did. Packaging was acceptable, the chips were well protected. Both chips were original chips and worked perfectly. I'll shop here again.

I ordered an Xenium from Divineo.com at around 1:00PM on Friday the 19th. I paid for 3 day shipping and expected to see my chip in 4 days because of the 24hours it takes for them to ship it. Divineo is listed as an official Xenium reseller, so I placed my order without checking reviews for this website. After waiting for my chip for about 20mins I got bored and decided to see what people had to say. I was shocked to see so many negative things said about this company, and at one point almost canceled my order. Despite my worry for my order, I decided to just wait and see what happens. At 8:38am on Saturday the 20th I received a tracking number for my shipment and was told that it would take 24-48 hours to become effective (which is understandable considering Canada post doesn't ship on weekends). Somewhere around 8-10:00pm on Monday my tracking became active. Canada post doesn't give much detail as to the status of the package except for that it was received from Divineo and its expected delivery time (which was Thursday the 25th). Low and behold, the mailman had the chip in my hands at about 10:00am on Thursday the 25th. I opened up the package (which is a large padded envelope, with the chip inside wrapped in bubble wrap and a sealed anti-static bag) and was happy to see that it was an original.  
 
The whole process from time of order to time of receipt: About 4 days; the same as quoted by Divineo.  
 
Pros:  
-Received an original Xenium (websites like modchip.ca are selling fakes and claim them to be original, so shipping an original is a big plus)  
-Pretty fast shipping  
-Cheap prices  
-Official reseller  
 
Cons:  
-No place to login and check the status of your order; so if you wish to do things like cancel your order, you will have to email them.  
 
Note about people claiming to wait weeks for their shipment: Divineo offers very cheap 1-5 week shipping, and it’s a possibility that they chose that shipping in a rush to get their chip and not wanting to sound stupid, blame it on Divineo.  
 
 
Conclusion:  
All in all, I’ve had a wonderful experience with Divineo and I will buy from them again. If you are even thinking about ordering from them, go for it! You will not be disappointed.  
 

well this "company" have trouble with replying to the client about what is going on the money or your order. Ok LOTS of poeple are waiting more than a month for the order, true, include myself, but they aren't the only one to get mad at, they get Your Stuff from third parties. (x-mas, new years eve, name it.. wait 2 weeks more and you will receive your package, lol yeah right.)

Avoid this company at all costs as they are completely unreliable and unprofessional. It has been a month and a half since I ordered from them and have not recieved my order or a refund. The US site that is based in Canada has serious problems. Save yourself the headache and worry and just stay away
