I ordered from them at 5:38 PM, and payed with paypal, within an hour I had an order confirmation with fedex tracking number in it. The Email states the item is scheduled to go out tomorrow, because it is sunday, and hopefully I will be back here in 2 days with the good news of its arrival.

Well got my item at 10 am, a half an hour before it was even supposed to be here.
So overall AWESOME COMPANY

Very Satisfied with this store. I ordered hdloader On 1-22-05 and they recieved my order in a week, because i used money order. They sent me a tracking number and all that good stuff. I got my stuff in the next week, 2-4-05. Will definitely order again from them.

Horrible Service! I ordered Friday morning and placed a Direct Deposit into Divineo's Canadian Account. Still have not recieved confirmation email. I Called Quebec to talk to one of the bank tellers to confirm the transaction 3 days later, and sure enough it's there.
I've sent numerous emails just trying to even get some kind of contact that they know my money is there and the product is paid for... Nothing. I even tracked down their phone number which lead to an automated voice message that says "we don't offer any phone support. If this is FedEx, Purilator, or some other shipping company, call my cell phone." *click* Call it for yourself to see: +(514) 448-4414.
Most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with.
UPDATE: Exactly 1 week after the item was paid for I finally recieved a tracking number that my product was shipped. This was only after I had to bend over backwards and nag the heck out of them to process my order. I feel that as the customer, I shouldn't have to go through such lengths to do business. After all, it is MY money is it not?
Out of all this hassle, the one thing that made me the most angry was the email responce I got back after doing so much for them (getting confirmations of bank transfer ect). The email was simply explaining that they've been very busy and I shouldn't expect so much.
What? Excuse me? They're trying to guilt trip me into feeling sorry for them that they're busy? Must I stress again that it's ME that is investing into YOUR company? I'll update again when I actually recieve my order...
UPDATE: Finally recieved my order 2/8/05, exactly 8 business days after I had paid for my package in full (with 24 hours processing and 1-3 day delivery).
In the end, Divineo did come through with the product I had ordered with decent packaging and a working unit. However, my expirience could have easily been satisfactory if it was not for their incredible lack of communication with the buyer.
Overall I would say that Divineo Inc is a decent reseller. However, because of their service, I will not be purchasing from this company again. This review was modified by its author, jozachar, on

ordered yesterday morning from this company hoping that they would ship my order out same day or even today, got an email right now saying that it will be shipped tomorrow! DO NOT LIST ships within 24hours if you morons can't do it! This is my first and guaranteed LAST order from these liars.

Placed a bulk order for my inital stock for my new business 3 days ago. I recived my order invoice (as i was paying by COD) and waited patiently for my tracking # 3 days later nothing yet so i surfed around other stores and found it cheaper. i emailed divineo multiple times but received an automated response stating this:
Due to the implementing of a new website feature, you may experience a slight delay in our responding time. The process should be complete in 6 to 7 days. Our day-to-day operations are not affected and you can shop and recieve your orders as usual.

I checked the website today and now it says ships in 3 days for everything. ****update*** i just recived 6 email messages from the "main manager" just after i canclled my order. the email messges were not professional.

if i had recived those emails at noon rather then 1300 when i got home from work i would not have sent them an email stating that i want to take my business else where as they are taking too long to process an order or even reply to emails. their website clearly states that i would be charged $10 for not accepting the package. well if i get the package i am not accepting it whether they like it or not. and they can shove the $10 charge up their asses for being a bad business.

I ordered a Spider Chip and screwdriver set from Divineo.co.uk in early-December which, according to the website would be dispatched within 3 days. A month later I was still waiting and about to contact my credit card company when I got this email reply:
"Your package has been assigned the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Number : cancelled
Your package will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Mail, this service requires a signature.....etc, etc,.....Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Mail is NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE. We can only advise how long your package should take to arrive, and this is 1 - 2 days, but they can take longer (ie @ peak times, postal strikes, bad weather etc..)...."
For some reason I believed the package was on its way. When some days later it failed to arrive I was about to fire off an email to diveneo but happened to check my credit card account online first. I discovered that my account had been refunded by the order amount a few days earlier.
Back to square one, no chip, no screwdrivers and over a month wasted waiting around for these muppets. Save time, money and headaches and order from elsewhere....

Hi,
I purchased 3 Xenium ICE Solderless Xbox modchips, from 3 different
companies yours being one of them. The other 2 installation failed, yours was the only chip that worked.

Ordered a Viper GC with Programmer on Dec 17, 2004 early in the morning. The product was described as shipping within 24hrs. Its been 14 days and counting and my order is yet to arrive. I'm waiting 7 more days and then I'll contact my credit card company.
This company takes for ever to answer emails. By the number of unsatisfied customers seen here, it doesn't look promising. Just wish I would have seen this before I ordered.

Just received my mod this afternoon in the mail.
I gotta tell ya the shipping process is a pain but at least I got my mod in one piece and it works!!

The confirmation tracking number took longer than anticipated, but otherwise this was a totally flawless transaction. I got an in-demand item near Christmas without having to pay an arm and a leg for it, and it was in my hands 6 days after making the purchase. I really appreciate the ease of having the tracking URL directly in the email, something I'm not used to. I would absolutely buy from divineo.com again and will recommend it to friends.

They told me a tracking number would be sent to me within 48 hours. It took about a week to get the tracking number and then a few days later I got the product.
The product was a modchip. When I ordered I asked if it would come pre-flashed with the newest operating system. It didn't. Now I had to send the product away for updates.

11/14/04 paid for smartxxv.2 and LCD via dedex express still have not received status on website has changed from 24 hour to not instock and 3day for the other.Per my bank money was withdrawn on Tuesday. I received an email from ustracking@divineo with no tracking number since then I have sent numerous emails wondering about my product and only receive an auto response from there server.Stay away form this company no tel. number to call no names on any email wish I would have found this place sooner I am out 111.73 Hope this helps some of you from getting scammed....Jose Nov.23 received full refund after reporting to bank, better business bureau,and IFCC. I have had an incredibly hard time communicating with the customer service department of this web-site. I paid for overnight shipping on my item and returned home the next day to find a Fed-Ex sticker on my door saying the package had been left at the doorstep. When I could not find the package I emailed Divineo for my tracking number.
It took them four days to email me the tracking number. When I called Fed-Ex I was informed that the tracking number that was given to me was not bringing up anything in their system, meaning that Divineo had taken four days to give me the wrong tracking number!
So now it has been a week since my order and I have no tracking number, no package, no way to find out if it was successfully delivered, or perhaps sitting in a Fed-Ex building somewhere.
I emailed Divineo again today, but seeing as the last email I got was three lines:
package sent..
you didn't got the tracking?

Please consider the above before choosing your next online vendor.

Apparently the sticker on the door was for another item that someone else in my household ordered. However, divineo did not ship my order w/ the overnight shipping that I paid for and it took them five days to contact me with a tracking number. Once I got the tracking number the item wasn't shipped until the day after that!

i received the part the very NEXT DAY after i ordered it! i received emails telling me what was going on with my order too. i am going to make sure that all my business goes through divineo and i am going to make sure all my friends business goes through there as well!
