Purchased from this seller before reading the reviews. I was a little worried, but I had no troubles. Item arrived on time and in good shape. When I had questions for support on the order they got back to me in under 12 hours.
Overall I had a great transaction and have just ordered another chip from them.

Ordered a chip from them on the 29 nov, got it today (1 dec) very fast and compitent. Only slightly dismayed by their high shipping costs.

As noted in reviews below, there's no to see my order status, even if logged in. And no way to contact them except by email. This worried me somewhat, but I placed the order one morning and the next morning my order arrived at 10:04AM
I never received a tracking number, but that's acceptable because I received the package before the tracking number would have been activated on their website.
While the lack of communication is unnerving, I would buy from Divineo again as they have good prices and great shipping.

I don't have an invoice or order # because I never got the confirmation email. In their website there's NO WAY to see my order status, even if logged in. NO WAY to cancel. NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER if not by email (not even a phone #, pitiful service). I emailed several times, only got a response for 1 of the emails, and after a couple of replies to that, I never got a further response.
Like I said, I never got any kind of number, or confirmation (they said I would get it within an hour of ordering) aside from the confirmation page I got after the order was placed, which I can't access anymore. In one of the emails the "manager" said they didn't have a record of my email or my order, nor my address on record, which I regrettably had to tell them again (now I wish I didn't since I am disputing charges).
My card was charged on 8/29, the ONLY customer support is by email (and it's horrible, have to wait for days, that's if the "manager" EVER responds), I still have got nothing on the mail (paid for one day mail or something like that--the cheaper one). They "say" they don't have any records of my transaction or email, AND YET I can login to their website using the email address I registered when ordering and the account created during that transaction. So there's no way I was a victim of some phishing stunt (if anyone even bothered to duplicate this pitiful company's website). And I am much more knowledgeable than to simply get phished.
Well, as I said before, I am disputing charges, I have no intention to wait for a MONTH for a package stated in their website that would be delivered in 1 business day. Maybe 2 or 3 days would be reasonable. I have waited about 2 weeks, and haven't even received an order #, and have been told by the "manager" that they have no record of my transaction, nor my name, nor my address. And my card has been charged for the full amount. Not only the amount was held, but it was fully charged. Now I got to go through the hassle of changing my card # and disputing charges.

I had the same thing happened to me, Crooked(username) but i recieved my xeucter 3 on Thursday morning which is exactly one week after i ordered it over night shipping... i do not recommend them for lack of customer support or on time packaging and feedback. Go somewhere else if u are looking for modchips. I was lucky

I placed an order with www.divineo.com on 7/12/05. It was done by "FedEx Express-Overnight" shipping.
I'm thinking the order will get to my residence around wednesday or the latest thursday or friday. It's now mondy (As we can see) and no "goods" or tracking #. I also sent them 3 emails and my friend had sent them 2 emails. They replied to the first one stating: "They had problems with fedex express system over the weekend( I didn't order over the weekend) and their employees are on vacation.??????? They didn't give any type of status on the order. Just stated they're trying to resolve the issue ASAP.

ordered a xbit 1.5 w/ 1.6 adapter.
6/10 (late friday night)
6/13 (monday) got an email that they shipped
6/21 received package
the packaged was postmarked from canada 6/13, so they did ship on the day they said.
problem (small, but still):
didn't include the washer under the chip (fixed easily with foam tape)
in the end, divineo was the cheapest, the chip works great, bios flashed easily; packing was a standard/thin bubble envelope.
for MY transaction, i'd say i'm happy with divineo. i found all the bad reviews on xbox-scene AFTER i put the order in, so i was afraid i would get screwed too, but i got lucky.
would i buy from them next time?
if i didn't know about all the bad reviews, i would order from them again in a heartbeat.
but no, i would pay the $5-10 more just for peace of mind.

Very impressed with the service offered at Divineo. The pricing was very competitive, my order was shipped the next day after the order, and customer service was very fast and courteous in fixing a mistake I made in the shipping address. Highly recommended.

I placed my order without taking the time to read over the shipping faqs. When I found out there was no tracking number for the cheapest shipping method, I was a bit concerned. I emailed for customer support asking about the tracking number and was pointed to the shipping faqs. There, I read that it normally takes a month to receive a package from them on the West Coast of the U.S. where I reside. At this point, I was extremely worried that something was fishy and that I would not receive my merchandise, so I emailed their customer support again. I was told that even though there was no tracking number for my item, if it did not arrive within 7 weeks, CanadaPost could trace it. I expressed my concern over the situation through email once more and was greeted with nothing but courtesy and reassurance.
Well, I checked my mail on Monday, May 15th and there was my eagerly awaited package. It was not 7 weeks later! On the contrary, it had taken only 1 week to get to me! I have to say that although they do not control the post office in Canada or any other country, their customer service was superb. I did not detect even a hint of aggravation towards me in their kind words. The bottom line to this long drawn out story is that I am utterly impressed by the prompt responses I received to my emails and the measures taken to assure me that I am a valued customer.

Very happy with both the ease of online ordering and the time in which recieved. No hassles and any emails sent with questions on my purchase were answered promptly and with sufficient information.

I am extremeley angry with this pathetic company. I ordered an Xtender for the Xbox from them, they charged me $70.95. It's now March 31st of 2005 and after sending them numerous requests they replied ast week saying they were investigating with the postal service. So I am guessing they dont give a shit about the customer's money, they just want their money first.
Sent numerous requests after this and have heard nothing back. I have documented all my requests and their pathetic responses. I will be forwarding this to my lawyer.
I suggest no one orders anything from this joke of a stupid company (if thats what you can call it).

Had order two modchip : DMS3+ for ps2 and the spiderchip v1.1 for xbox. had received the spiderchip but no dms3+ chip for ps2. email them multiple time and waited for two weeks for response but no response. I also had installed the solderless spiderchip v1.1 and it is a defective chip. THEY ARE A BIG SCAMMER BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! I also had posted on all ps2 forum and xbox forum to warned people not to buy from these scammer...... please post on any modchip forum for xbox and ps2 so they cant scam peolple.

Okay-I ordered a Xecuter CE 3 on Feb 16th. I recieved it one week later-I was missing parts so I sent them an e-mail hoping they would respond and send me the parts out right?-WRONG its been almost three weeks and NOTHING!-No response no contact nothing. So here I am with a CHIP and no rebuilt board-NO alt5V wire-NO Pin header and-NO RESPONSE!!!-If you want my 2cents-DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS IF YOU LIVE IN THE U.S.-THEIR TERRIBLE!!!-and if you read here-http://www.teamxecuter.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=27-you'll see that these guys shouldn't "EVEN" call themselves a business!!-DO YOURSELF A FAVOR-STAY AWAY FORM THESE LOSERS!
