I ordered the Max Shooter device for Xbox 360 on Nov.16, and received confirmation of the order on Nov.17. I received a tracking number on Nov.18, and received my item on Nov.20. I also asked Divineo a question through email, and they replied to me in about half an hour.
I should point out that I had ordered via C.O.D. (collect on delivery), in which the delivery courier delivers your item to your door, but you have to pay the receipt of your item to the delivery guy in order to take it. This service worked out well for me. However, I have never tried ordering things from Divineo with a credit card, paypal etc. so I cannot speak of such experiences.
I should also point out that I live in Canada. I noticed that a number of previous reviews claimed that shipping took a long time. I am led to believe that this is because of various customs delays. Since Divineo is based in Canada, shipping within Canada should be quite fast. However, since I have only ordered once through Divineo, take my words with a grain of salt. Your mileage may vary, even if you live in Canada.
I was really, extremely, satisfied with Divineo. I Placed my order on late Sat July 19, my order was approved on Monday July 21st, Package was shiped on Wednesday July 23rd (Tracking # received) and finaly, a Canada Post employee promptly delivered my package at 10:45 AM on Friday July 25th. The whole process took a week and the product I ordered (CycloDS Evolution) was nicely packaged and came with the tin can. Lots of ppl said that the tin can didnt come when you order from Divineo, I guess they were lying. Also, thoughout the entire process, the anwsered every question that I had, even the n00b ones. I dont see what people mean by the lack of communication. In all, I will defenatly shop there in the future.

Ordered an R4 for my DS and waited for nearly 2 months (I was being patient). Finally, I decided to email them and see what was going on. I emailed them 3 times and called them twice (they didn't answer).
Now, it's a month later and they're telling me that product is now out of stock. That is no way to do business. Divineo is a terrible company.
As a little jab, they added to the end of their email, "We hope you will choose Divineo in the future."
Below is my original review. Since writting it I realized park of what i ordered is defective (the GBA expansion pack). I have sent several emails and recieved nothing back. DO NOT ORDER FROM DIVINEO.COM If you have any problem your out of luck. Order from one of the many other sites out there that sell the same products. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM DIVINEO!

I ordered the M3 real deal perfect package. This site seemed to have the lowest price. It said it would ship in three days, and two days later it was sent. I went with the cheaper shipping, but regretted it when i discovered it may take up to three weeks to arive. Five days latter the package arived! (I live in NYC so that may have speed things up).
When I opened the package, all of the pieces were lose, i.e. it did not come in a box. Also, there was not installation CD. After a few minutes i found the needed files online (though the install instructions i found were either wrong or just outdated. basically copy the firmware to the sd card and run it).
Anyway, overall i would reccomend them with my advice being if you live far from Quebec take the express shipping.
Oh I did need to email the site with a question and i never recieved an answer. This makes me think that if for some reason there was a problem i may get screwed.

Ordered on the 9th of January, said it was 24hrs to ship. On the 10th they sent an invoice saying was shipped. Arrived today, the 11th. Couldn't have asked for anything more for their "FedEx Express". The shipping was expensive but fair. The Datel Tool battery is currently charging =)
March 17: Paid for an Action Replay ($45 with shipping)
March 18: got an email reply that says (direct quote)"Registred Air Mail is 1 to 5 weeks. Mostly 2 weeks in USA (+ custom delay, sometimes)."
April 27: Still nothing. Emailed to ask for refund and they said "Your order is sent. After 7 weeks, we can ask CanadaPost to trace the package, if you had no sight of it..."
May 11: it's now been more than 7 weeks. Emailed to ask for refund and they said "We'll Open a Insurance claim with Canada Post. We'll let you know as soon as we get more info." no refund
June 6: still no word from them
June 18: still no word from them
divineo.com is a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER ANYTHING EXCEPT EMAIL EXCUSES.
i have never bothered to complain about any purchase before because if anything went wrong i always felt it was a mistake or the vendor did the right thing. this is the FIRST TIME i've ever complained like this because there was zero attempt to treat me fairly.

I found this to be a very shady company, and like many reviewers here, their communication is horrible.
I purchased a chip that was "in stock", paid for over night shipping, and eventually got the product about 2 weeks later (from Canada to the US). The chip looked fine when it arrived, but we found it to be defective upon installation. Divineo issued a RMA number, and I mailed it back. They then wouldn't reply to my e-mais for the timing of the replacement, and they refused to resend me a functional one via next-dar air without me paying for special shipment-AGAIN. When I cancelled my order, they had the nerve to charge me a restocking fee. Because their website's disclaimer about restocking fees did not include non-functional items, and because I paid with Discover and had screen shots of their website, I was able to get credited in full, including my overnight freight costs (minus the ground shipment cost to return the broken unit).
Stay away from this company if you value your time and money.
Very disappointing company. I purchased an NME-360 that the website claimed shipped within 24 hours. I also opted for the fastest delivery option they offered. 5 Days went by with NO tracking number, so I emailed them about it. Customer service sent a generic email stating the item was out of stock. I replied and told them to ship a similar item that was currently in stock. Waited two days with no word from them. Finally I emailed them saying I wanted the status of my order or I was filing a chargeback by midnight. They immediately emailed me back saying the order had been canceled and my money would be refunded IN TWO WEEKS.
*STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY*
*BAD BUSINESS*
This was a preorder for a Nintendo DS Lite flash cartridge (a G6 Lite to be specific, and a Passcard 3). Initial release was supposed to be on July 27th, yet as of August 16th they have not even received the stock yet. They kept feeding us delays along the lines of "should be here next week." I asked that they refund the (ridiculously expensive) shipping costs since they are taking so long. They replied that they don't offer free shipping and said that they would cancel my order on August 16th (despite me stating that I did not want to cancel my order). I replied and approved the cancelation and have ordered from another comany.
I would not recommend preordering anything from this website because the stock has to come from their China store and go through customs. Their China store apparently ships relatively quick. Their decision to cancel my order without me asking them to really put me off and has assured that I will never buy anything from them ever again.

Divineo is the kind of company that makes people afraid to purchase things on the internet. They sell products that are not only defective, but that have obviously already been used. On top of that, their prices are almost double most other vendors, and their shipping literally takes forever. They think by buying ads on all the scene sites and bribing the owners to block all bad feedback about them that the truth won't get out what a rotten outfit they are.
I ordered an xbox power supply from them, and it took 2 months to arrive, arriving during winter break while I wasn't available to test it. It was dead and had tons of fingerprints from another user on it. I finally got them to take it back, but I had to pay return shipping. They said they sent a replacement with no tracking number available. It never came, so I asked them to send another. They said that they sent it, but it never came either.
I think they are lying hoping that i'll give up. Perhaps I have, but not without telling everyone I know to never deal with them. It has been nearly a year now, and my xbox remains in unworking peices. STAY AWAY!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered an xapter 1.6 + xecuter 3ce (mod chip for xbox) and paid an additional $16.50 for next day fedex shipping, I received the product on time, opened it up and the screw you use to mount the xapter to the xbox motherboard was broken, the top part of the screw is slotted you you can screw it into the motherboard, half of the thread was broken off making it impossible to screw the xapter down to it. There are no stores that carry this screw, as they can tell it is custom made. After several days of e-mailing divineo they said they will ship a new screw for free but ONLY via candian postal mail which offers no tracking number and according to them could take up to 6 weeks to reach me! They wanted me to paypal them an additional $15 for next day shipping which is nuts. They have now stopped responding to my e-mails and the only phone number listed on their site is an answering machine which they NEVER returned any of my calls. Check this site out, 5 pages of people who have all ordered through them of which 90% have had as bad if not worse experiences with them.
I ordered a XG2 Turbo 512 Flash cart from Divineo.com for 96.74 including shipping (the product without shipping is 79.99) on 12/5/2005 at 6:25est the product was suppose to ship on 12/6/2005 (24 hour) but did not ship until 12/7/2005. The product arrived on 12/9/2005 due to problems with the post office, I spent all day trying to get the product to function with my computer, I contacted the manufacturer's support forum/website/email etc and they recommended that I try it without the USB extension cord that came with the product. After removing the USB extension cord I was able to get my computer to recognize the product however several features of the product still did not function correctly and after a few uses the product would no longer be recognized by my computer and I would have to format the flash cart (the product) losing any information I put on it and having to start over.
On 12/9/2005 I contacted them telling them about the problems I was experiencing and asked if I could get a refund. They responded by telling me to send it back and to state the custom declaration value as 6 dollars since its a defective/return product and that they would give me store credit. Store credit is not an option listed on their website’s return policy, not to mention the product I ordered is no longer in stock and still to this day is not in stock. Their return policy states "In case the product is no longer in stock, you will have three choices: We reimburse you the product price, or we replace it when new stocks are available, or we replace it with a similar product of your choice" I contacted them requesting that I did not want a store credit that I just wanted my money back. I sent multiple e-mails to them and each time no response finally on 12/14/05 I told them I was going to do a chargeback and in less than 2 hours I received a response "We'll give you a refund when we get the item back"
I rushed over to UPS to send it via a TRACKABLE method as I certainly did not trust this company one bit. The tracking number is 1Z4AR9826800147621 you can probably still punch it up on the UPS website. I shipped the product that same day 12/14/05 and included the phone number divineo gave me which was 1-514-448-4414 weeks passed and the package still has not reached Divineo. I contacted UPS on 12/31/05 and they informed me that customs was having problems contacting them at the phone number they provided. I called the phone number myself to check and it was just a voice mail saying "Hello! You've reached the Divineo store if you are calling for customer support please send us a email instead if you’re calling from FedEx ups dhl or any other courier like this please check in your file and you should be able to find another phone number uh because we don't check this voicemail often." I then contacted Divineo again informing them that customs are having problems contacting them they responded with "The phone number is good, ( I am not sure what is the problem)" I contacted UPS again and they assured me they have no other phone number on file. They even sent divineo a post card and still no response.
On 1/3/2006 I sent them another e-mail telling them that I was going to process the chargeback since they seemed to be refusing to contact customs to provide them with the brokerage information necessary to release the package for shipment (You see businesses sending and receiving packages need to provide this information before a package leaves/enters Canada, or at least that’s how I understood it when UPS explained it to me) I even provided the phone number for them to call along with the direct extension. On 1/6/2006 I contacted UPS again to see if they heard anything yet UPS informed me that they have received no response from divineo and will send my package back on 1/10/2006. The day before the product would have started the return process Divineo finally supplied the needed information and the product was delivered to them on 1/11/06 Divineo then refunded me 67.97 which is roughly 15% less than 79.99 which is the amount that they should have refunded (I didn't expect them to refund the 16.75 shipping fee) but I certainly expected the full 79.99 amount refunded. The Divineo website states that if the product is not defective that they will take a 15% restocking fee but the product was infact defective. I have made attempts to contact Divineo and they are no longer responding to my e-mails.

Purchased from this seller before reading the reviews. I was a little worried, but I had no troubles. Item arrived on time and in good shape. When I had questions for support on the order they got back to me in under 12 hours.
Overall I had a great transaction and have just ordered another chip from them.
