My experience ordering from Divineo was good.  
 
I ordered the Max Shooter device for Xbox 360 on Nov.16, and received confirmation of the order on Nov.17. I received a tracking number on Nov.18, and received my item on Nov.20. I also asked Divineo a question through email, and they replied to me in about half an hour.  
 
I should point out that I had ordered via C.O.D. (collect on delivery), in which the delivery courier delivers your item to your door, but you have to pay the receipt of your item to the delivery guy in order to take it. This service worked out well for me. However, I have never tried ordering things from Divineo with a credit card, paypal etc. so I cannot speak of such experiences.  
 
I should also point out that I live in Canada. I noticed that a number of previous reviews claimed that shipping took a long time. I am led to believe that this is because of various customs delays. Since Divineo is based in Canada, shipping within Canada should be quite fast. However, since I have only ordered once through Divineo, take my words with a grain of salt. Your mileage may vary, even if you live in Canada.  
 
Overall, my experience with Divineo was good.

Very satisfied with Divineo. I was a little hesitant after reading some reviews here, but I figured I would give it a shot. The fact they are also in Canada made it an easier choice. I order two Duox 2 Modchips on the 21st and the arrived by the 25th! Way sooner than I expected and in great condition, sealed and ready to go. I will be needing more mod chips and they will be the place I will be buying from from now on.

I was really, extremely, satisfied with Divineo. I Placed my order on late Sat July 19, my order was approved on Monday July 21st, Package was shiped on Wednesday July 23rd (Tracking # received) and finaly, a Canada Post employee promptly delivered my package at 10:45 AM on Friday July 25th. The whole process took a week and the product I ordered (CycloDS Evolution) was nicely packaged and came with the tin can. Lots of ppl said that the tin can didnt come when you order from Divineo, I guess they were lying. Also, thoughout the entire process, the anwsered every question that I had, even the n00b ones. I dont see what people mean by the lack of communication. In all, I will defenatly shop there in the future.

The best Mod Chip Website I've ever seen. Very good customer Service. They answer my emails very quick and order fast. I ordered two things from them. An M3DS-Real Perfect Bundle for $55 with Registered Air Mail and came in 2 weeks. Later on I ordered a Hotwire Battery which puts your psp into service mode. I selected Registered Air Mail again and it came in only 1 week. Was really impressed with their service. Will buy from them again!  
 
 
EDIT: I just bought another M3 DS REAL Perfect Bundle for my friend and it came in week with registered air mail just as expected!

I ordered a PSP battery "tool" from divineo, and I was happy with their service. there weren't many shipping options though, it was either a really expensive shipping option or a really bad option. The product came fast (Express shipping), and it works fine. will do buisness with them again!

I've ordered twice from Divineo and I have nothing but good things to say. They have a great stock, better prices than every other site I've checked.  
 
I ordered 3 xbox cases, 8 cans of paint, a DS card, some custom lighting equipment and a few other things. All the items came in a nicely packed box and in mint condition. I placed the order on the 17th of December and received it before Christmas (I live in PEI).  
 
I have every intention to order from these guys again. The shipping came to like 15 bucks for 200 some bucks worth the stuff. They also do COD which is incredibly convenient when you don't have a credit card. Divineo is the best site I've ever ordered from and I recommend it to everyone I know in the scene.

Ordered on the 9th of January, said it was 24hrs to ship. On the 10th they sent an invoice saying was shipped. Arrived today, the 11th. Couldn't have asked for anything more for their "FedEx Express". The shipping was expensive but fair. The Datel Tool battery is currently charging =)

These guys rock! Plain and simple. After things went wrong with a different merchant, I placed my order with Divineo on a Monday night, had the confirmation e-mail instantly, and the e-mail stating my order shipped and a tracking number on Tuesday. Had the order in my hand on wednesday. Outstanding customer service, shipped when they said they would, provided tracking, and fast shipping. Overall great experiance, and have no problems recommending them.

Ordered this product late on the Sunday night - around 10:00pm EST - and received Tuesday afternoon that week. The shipping is pricey and I didn't receive a tracking number or confirmation beyond payment being received but the product was flawless, as advertised and obviously arrived quickly. You can pay through Paypal which is what I'd recommend for maximum security. Overlook the appearance of the website.

This company has by far one of the best customer service reps for Console Mods. I ordered the XCM Parts and received confirmation the same day, the following day I received the tracking number, and then finally received the package about 3 days later. DO NOT ORDER FROM www.xbox-modchips.com, they have the worst service and it took them over two weeks to reply to a simple e-mail about my order status. I canceled the order and went to the actual XCM site and e-mailed the guy to ask him which retail seller he recommended. He said www.divineo.cn (Located in China but they do ship to the US. It only took 3-4 days to receive my product), www.divineo.com (Located in New York), or www.totalconsole.com are the sites he recommended. I also tried totalconsole.com and they have superb customer service, I didn't get to finish my order because they use PayPal to handle credit cards and for some reason my billing didn't go through. They did however try to help me troubleshoot the problem (My billing address and shipping address were different, but I guess PayPal didn't like that).  
 
I HIGHLY recommend ordering from them. If not, e-mail them yourself and see how fast they respond to your questions.

I order the DS-Xtreme from divineo.com . I had intended to order the Cyclo Ds Evolution but it was out of stock everywhere and the Ds-X was instock. When I was looking for the Cyclo DS the was 3 sites listed who sold it. Out of all 3 site I have to admit divineo looked the most sketchy but it had recieved the best reviews so I chose to purchase the product through divineo. After making my purchase I was hoping everything would work out fine and that my money wouldn't be stold. I had recieved a confermation E-mail saying that my delivery had been sent (from Canada), but since I had done regular postage instead of FedEx that I would not recieve a tracking number & the my order could take 1-6 weeks but normaly 2. which made me a bit fearfull to if it had actually been sent. I decided that either way if I had a good experince or bad experince with Divineo I would write a review on this site. I'm glad say that my order arived within a week and everything worked perfectly with my DS-xtreme (which has also worked great. Based of of this experince I would give Divineo a 9 out of 10. I would definitly purchase from them again except I would probably pay the extra amount for Fedex to have a tracking number and be certain of when my package would arrive.

Their communication is non-existent. I pre-ordered a Cyclo DS Evo and had tried to inquire about its status 6 times. I have not received an answer and had to finally dispute the charge with my cc company.

After getting scammed by ps2cover, i was skeptical about buying anything anywhere. i did some research on this and looked to be pretty reliable although from these reviews it looks to be hit/miss.  
 
My order was shipping from Hong Kong, to USA in 6 days and they had said 7-14 days, i didn't even pay for special shipping, just the 5 buck regular shipping and it even came with a tracking number.  
 
Everything works fine and i 've encountered no problems with the software / hardware they sent

I was extremely happy with Divineo.cn (their store in China).  
 
I ordered an "M3Simply" on a Wednesday morning and the product was delivered to my doorstep on Friday morning, only 48 hours later!!!  
 
I live in Australia, and this product shipped from China (I think it was Hong Kong). I did pay a little bit extra for expedited delivery (about US$15), but then I could track the movements of my parcel the whole way.  
 
I have ordered plenty of things over the internet, but have never had such a quick delivery. I really wonder why US suppliers can't even come close to matching this result. 3-6 weeks is a joke!  
 
Also, Divineo's price was very competitive. The package arrived just as expected and does exactly what it is meant to do.  
 
Based on my experience, I would definitely order from Divineo.cn again.

I preordered the CycloDS Evolution on June 9th. In the news section on their website they made a post stating that they would not receive the chips until June 11th. I received the Fedex tracking information on June 12th (this was expected, I didn't think they would ship the same day they received). The package arrived on June 13th. The chip works fine and I'm really happy with the purchase.  
 
I never had to play email tag with Divineo, and this is my first purchase from them. I would probably buy again from them despite the bad reviews.
