UPDATE: it said on his website "Appologies for the non dispatch of some orders. Due to a serious car accident" but the week before it said sorry for the delay all items sent so I don't know what to believe...Money was refunded and he did give compensation..But Good-Bad company who knows what to believe.  
 
Very Poor service!, At first he answered the phone and I thought he was a ok guy but after he told me my items where dispached twice by recorded first class mail (second time a week later) and the items still did not turn up I got to see the true side of the company, tried many times to e-mail but mails gets returned and phone numbers on website are on perm' answerphone and he never gets back to you after leaving a messages.He would not refund my money or communicate with me so having to claim money back through mastercard!!

I'm very disappointed in this company. I had ordered (and paid) an LCD screen for a psp. Turned out that my son had a PSP slim & lite which has a different screen. I asked Cheapmod to return the part and they allowed the return. I sent them the part, using the RMA# they supplied and from then on heard nothing from them. I was not refunded, sent them several folow-up e-mails but they never even answered. All in all a very disappointing experience.

This store provided the best support for recommending me this product, and any queries I made by email were replied to within minutes with the exact information i needed.  
 
The product was sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and i can given tracking details on where my item was and i received it the next day.  
 
I'd buy from this store again and recommend it to anyone who is interested in buying any of their products.  
 
The only minor problem i had was that they didnt have the product in stock, but the website states this anyway so the only thing I would recommend to the store is that they make sure they have more than enough stock in the future for other buyers to buy.

1st time i have used Cheapmod and what can i say this is without question the best experience ive ever had with an online retailer in 5 yrs of net buying  
Ordererd SuperCard SD + 1 or 2 other things and asked for a delayed delivery so i could arrange to be in Glen said np and thats exactly what he did (Excellent)  
Even rung me up to say hed recieved my ds incredible service  
Only thing i would like to see is a bigger selection of goods  
But A++++++

Great service, great help ... just a great company to spend money with - if only every company (especially on the net) were like cheapmod.net. I've recently bought a console and various other little things ranging from a £1 to £185 and the service and care is the same - 110%.  
 
I so wish I worked in Glen's complaints dept .... I could play GT4 all day long and get paid for it ... there'd be nothing else to do ;-)
