Ordered an R4DS. Got a shipment notice within the day and it arrived at my door 2 days later using cheapest shipping. Item was as described and one of the representatives who frequents IRC was knowledgable and helpful. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I ordered two wiinja chips and a triwing driver. Experience from beginning to end was great. I got help by talking to the friendly staff at modchipman on selecting the best chip for my situation and it was shipped out quickly and installed flawlessly. I will, and always have, highly recommend this store to anyone that asks me about console modifications!

Just got a cyclowiz in and it works great. I have ordered from www.modchipman.com before and i have ordered from other companies and i have had the best luck with modchipman.com . They are have cheaper prices and alot faster shipping than the others, and now i am going to go order a couple cartriges for my DS from there too.

I have dealt with a lot of companies online, and I have to say that MCM has always given me an overall great service. They have always shipped quickly, given good support, and their products have always been what i expected. If there was ever a delay, due to whatever reason, they would always keep me updated as well.

I ordered the ds-x cart from them. They warned me of the delay and pre-order status. They updated me regularly as to its ETA. When it finally came in, it was dispersed asap. Customer Service area is helpful and comical as well.  
 
One con: i did not receive my Hershey kiss i was promised! (joking, or course)  
 
I will 100% order from them again.  

I preordered the DS-X from them, and their store policy states that they do not charge your card until they ship out your item, however I was charged 3 weeks in advance!  
 
They stated the item was going to come in next week...then the week after... and finally this this week...  
 
They offered "Free Upgraded Shipping" because of this fiasco, but my tracking number still says it has been shipped by regular ground shipping... Better shipping would have been at least a decent gesture after this whole ordeal, others had canceled their order two days ago and bought one from RealHotStuff and got them today... no preorder either...  
 
Besides the "free shipping upgrade" I never got, they are offering $10 of my next order... not that I ever want to order from them again.  
 
Stay away from these guys if you can, they don't even follow their own store policies or their own promises...

I have had a good experience with this company in the past, but this last one has been absolutely ridiculous. They charged me in direct violation from their published policy (before they had product to ship), and now are giving me the run around in trying to cancel my order (they still do not have product). Basically, I've been out of $150 for more than two weeks with nothing to show for it.

Modchipman is the first company I ever ordered a chip from. Since then, I've never gone with any other company; I've had no need to. I've never had a problem with this company at all. There was one instance I received a bad mod chip and Modchipman's ticket system was able to replace the bad chip VERY quickly and with a level of customer support I couldn't have dreamed of. Shipments are VERY fast. The site is easy to navigate and find just what I'm looking for (especially with their Order History page). Products are official and packaged well. If there was any way I could rate Modchipman anything over a 10, I certainly would. To Modchipman: Thank you for your outstanding services.

I ordered a premod PS2 from them on August 6th, 2006, and the order was pending for about 3 weeks (says on their site that it usually takes 7-10 or 10-12 business days before shipping, so I was kind of expecting a wait); contacted their customer service after 3 weeks, and was told that it would be shipped "soon" (I was told that once it hit "BRAINTON" processing it would be shipped soon. Was in brainton processing for over a week before I finally decided to cancel.  
 
I originally chose modchipman because of the reviews I've read from other places, but I'm quite disappointed by their speed.  
 
In the end, I canceled my order on Sept. 8th -- Rick was helpful in doing so, and I promptly received a refund. I was really looking forward to getting my order from them, but taking over a _month_ to ship is a bit much (and in the end it was never shipped). I probably won't order from them again.

The delivery came faster than the expected time of arrival. All the products that I ordered came in. I'd definately do business with modchipman again!

Outstanding service and speed. The same day that I placed my order, it was charged and shipped. The only problem that I had was that I was originally double-charged for my purchase, but a quick trip into their IRC channel solved that. In all, it was an excellent experience, and I've already begun to recommend this service to my friends.

This was my first purchase from this store and I can say I am very satisfied. Being as computer savy as I am I found ways (the IRC channel) to talk support on a semi-daily basis to get to know the store and the product I was buying in anticipation of the arrival. I was also allowed to modify my order to get the skin I chose for my DS Lite in the same shipment which was encouraged by the good service I was already recieving. They allowed this swiftly as I had the order number handy and I am strongly encouraged to do more business there in the future. I did not have to wait long even considering the items had to go through customs first either which left me rather satisfied.
