I botched an install with a wiinja, talked with the owner about a repair job and sent it off. Just recieved it back a few days ago and it works great. All of the staff is extremely helpful and available to field questions on their irc channel. Thanks kfree/Loy for a great experience, will do business with again!

I got myself a cyclowiz and tried to install it, but ended up screwing up. Everything still worked, but the modchip didn't do its job. I spent hours trying to get it to work but I just didn't want to screw up my $250 impossible to find system. So i sent it in to MCM and it came back in under 2 weeks with everything fine and dandy! yay! The mod installer was friendly, and he even installed a few extra wires for me for the upgrade feature at no extra. So if you are thinking its not worth 54.99 to get someone else to do it, think again. You will be spending $250 (plus the cost of the modchip) if *you* try and do it. Thanks a bunch Loy!

i dont know of another store that would do that if you did the damage yourself.

Originally I bought the Wii Ninja and tried to mod my Wii. I knew that I was extremely rusty with my soldering skills and planned on practicing before actually attempting to put the chip in. Once my Wii Ninja arrived, all logic went out the window. I decided that I didn’t need to practice and attempted to mod my Wii. Much to my dismay, I lifted one of the soldering points right off of the board. Feeling pretty bad at this point; I reassembled my Wii and was grateful that I didn’t brick it. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and desperate to find a solution that would repair my botched attempt and still allow me to mod my Wii. After numerous hours of reading about different chips and reviews, I decided to purchase the Wii Key, with the thinking that the design of this chip would overcome the damage already caused. Anxiously awaiting the arrival of the new chip, I solicited the assistance of a co-worker who was very experienced with soldering. Once my Wii Key arrived, I dismantled my Wii, once again. I took the drive to my friend and he made me very hopeful that the damage could be repaired. The following day, I arrived to work and rushed over to my friend’s desk to see if he was able to repair the damage and mod my Wii. Unfortunately, after two hours of toiling over the project, he simply just did not have the appropriate equipment to accomplish the task. Extremely discouraged and angered about the amount of money that I have put into this; with nothing to show for it, I contacted Modchipman.com to see if they could offer me anything that would make this dream a reality. After speaking with Kfree from Modchipman.com, I decided that I would reassemble my Wii and pack it and my Wii key up and ship it off to them. After a week and a half of my Wii being gone, my Wii was returned. I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I am with the results. Josh’s workmanship is superb. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in moding their Wii. Their level of professionalism and knowledge has made me a client for life.

Great company to deal with, they have live irc support to answer and help you with any problems or questions you may have. They helped me by repairing my xbox 360 when I was getting the red lights of death. I have been playing the 360 with no problems since getting it back. I am so impressed with their service that I am now a modchipman customer for all my modding needs.

I have ordered from modchipman twice already, and it has always gotten hear working and fast. The modchipman team has not only helped me find what i will need to get the job done, but they have given me solid advice also after the fact. I've gotten ripped off in the past, and i have to say! modchipman is the way to go.

Order went great. I really liked that I got email about confirmation on preorder and email the same day they got my item in stock. The email included the fedex tracking number so I could track my package and it was already on its way. ++ for them shipping their items with fedex priority , as I got the item same week. As everyone knows if they wouldn't ship with fedex priority, oversea shipping takes up to 14 days and maybe more. So ++ for priority! They also have great service and answered my questions fast.

Just got my Wiinja Deluxe Install back today and am happy to say that Modchipman.com has done a top knotch professional install job.  
 
Everything works perfectly and the turnover rate was really good. (less than a week minus shipping) It's hard to find service like this these days. THANKS MODCHIP MAN !

I preordered a cyclo-wiz from this site. About a week after I placed the preorder, I got on the site's online chat and had the proprietor add a screwdriver to the order, which they did with no problem. I was unable to reach the store via email or telephone (in an attempt to add the screwdriver prior to using online chat). About a week later, I recieved the chip and screwdriver I'd ordered. All in all, a good experience.

A bit of confusion, but mainly due to my part. Overall, I am very satisfied with modchipman. After finding out that laser was not the problem, they asked if what I had paid could be applied to a modchip, and Luke called me personally at home, to explain what he would do. I received the xbox back in record time, and also an e-mail from Rob, to follow-up with me to make sure everything was taken care of. Great bunch of guys, and would recommend them, anytime.
