Hey. All I can say is that I orginally ordered the Xecuter 2.3b and decided to wait for the Xecuter 3. Submitted a cancellation though their contact us link on Sunday afternoon and it was canceled by 12:00 noon on Monday. Couldn't really ask for more than that.

Ordered a playstation2 premod on July 28, 2004. The site listed the premod as a bit backlogged and would take approximately 7-10 days BUSINESS days to process before shipping which was fine by me. I then received an email on August 11, 11 business days afterwards, telling me they were unable to even begin fulfilling my order because there was a nationwide shortage of ps2s.  
 
This was extremely aggravating because I needed the ps2 in a timely fashion in order to give it to another person as a gift. So basically for 11 business days (or a little over 2 weeks) there was no updates in status and then they tell me that they didn't even start modding the ps2. The order was finally updated from "pending" to "processing" indicating that they finally began work on modding the ps2 on August 19, 17(!!) business days after my order.  
 
So basically I am expecting another week or two before I can even hope to see my premodded ps2 and give it to my friend about 3 weeks late. For this lateness, there was only a simple apology in an email sent to all others who ordered a premodded ps2 in late July saying they're sorry. At the very least they could bump up to next day shipping to make up for the MASSIVE delays.  
 
This could have been all averted and I would have avoided buying from them if they had just simply replied in a TIMELY fashion that they didn't have any ps2s that they could work on currently. Basically they waited until the last minute to inform everyone and screw them over for those of us who needed the console in a certain timeframe. Oh, my credit card was charged for the full amount on July 29, the day after I ordered for a product which they did not have for a full 2 weeks, well after their stated time period.  
 
In short, they have an abysmal inventory system and poor customer service who told me repeatedly that I would have my ps2 in the week in which I inquired. Stay AWAY if you want to get your premodded console in THEIR stated time frame as they won't let you know what's happening until the very last minute.  
 
On the other hand, to give credit where credit is due, I have ordered modchips from modchipman before and they have arrived quickly and well-packaged.

WOW !!! Is all I can Say. I order the new XENIUM ICE modchip. Got it in 3 business days, shipping was faster then Tiger Direct because I order a harddrive from them on the same day and got it in 4 business days. Everything I ordered was correct and worked with no problem. I highly recommend Modchipman.com I would but from them again in a heart beat.

Where do I begin? Ordered a solderless item, recieved one that needs to be soldered and it looked like it had been USED. Paid for 3 day shipping, ended up taking over a week. When I complained about the mixup and the USED item i was sold, I got an attitude from this "tech support" person named Megan. Not very professional, wouldn't order from again.

I live in australia and purchased a DMS v9 from modchipman and it came in the mail exactly when they said which was 7 days later.  
 
The chip was nicely protected in the envelope.  
 
Im very pleased and will definately purchase again. :)

Customer sold me 10 Cloned Xecuter chips. Dont be fooloed by these guys they SELL CLONES. I tried getting my money back and even sent the chips back to them and when i checked for my refund nothing there. Tried to contact them and they just ignore my emails and kick banned me from theire irc channel. I filled a charge back and my CC company is still trying to get my money back. Looks like they im screwed.

Very reliable. Kept me up to date with what is going on with my Xenium. Gave a tracking number! Extremely fast shipping! Shippings only 3.85, and it got to my house in 3 days! I have told all my friends about this site and would recommend it to anyone! Check out their site reviews on their website. Even the forums gave it good reviews by purchasers.

Pre ordered an new Xenium chip about a week before release. Modchipman kept me informed about my order status and answered emails in a timely manner. Package arrived at my door quick once it was in stock. I was very impressed with this company.
