This company is the least professional of any I have experienced in my life. I ordered my computer, it came on time, but the motherboard was dead on arrival and the light didn't work. I called to ask them if they could repair it, they agreed after a minor struggle, but said it would take them over a week to fix. I drove over 140 miles (one-way) to the "walk-in" service. Every single employee was foreign and of Asian descent, clearly the company is not fond of diversity. They were rude, spoke English poorly, and very unprofessional. I asked to speak with a manager, he told me that there was nothing he could do for me and was extremely stand-offish. If I had wanted to send the computer in for a refund I would have wasted $70 shipping it back. At least I only wasted $30 in gas. Luckily, they had the decency to refund me my money in full. A very kind employee named Kevin who I spoke to over the phone handled my refund and assured me that it would be processed. Now I'll play the waiting game and see if they keep their promise.  
 
I also find it very tacky how they have someone read each review and respond, often with the same reply written in poor English and reeking with the stench of false politeness.

It was not our intension to struggle with you over allowing you to send or bring in your computer for warranty repair. Our technicians try to do whatever they can to assist customers with diagnosing and resolving the problem, over the phone, before ultimately deciding if a computer needs to be sent or brought in for repair. This is done in order to cause the customer less down time with the computer.  
 
Since you have already returned the computer back to us, we will start processing the refund for your computer quickly and have the funds returned back to your account, as you requested.

I recently purchased a custom built PC from this company. The experience has been nothing short of amazing. Before I even committed to the order I received an email stating they had reviewed my setup and had a few suggestions. Once I ordered the PC they kept me informed of it's status. When I received the machine - I was amazed at how well built it was (no flimsy case or componants here) and how much care was used in shipping. Over the years I have usually built and upgraded my PC myself but when I priced out the componants I found that I could not have built it myself for cheaper - and no headaches. I cannot begin to express how happy I am with CyberpowerPc and I I will look to them for all of my computer needs.

Overall a decent purchase. I do not know a lot about computers, so I had a friend build the computer off of this website. My order took longer than expected because a bunch of the parts were backorderes and so my estimated delivery date changed multiple times.  
 
When I did receive the computer though, I was impressed at how easily I could set it up not having a lot of computer knowledge. It seems to be running really well, and I am happy with it. The only complaint I have is that the speakers were beat up and dented at spots and the monitor has a few black dots on the screen.  
 
I would buy from here again though :)

What an awesome experience! My sales rep called me to let me know that my motherboard I had chosen was going to be out of stock for a few more days, and suggested a different one, that was better, and for the same price!  
 
The machine came packaged extremely well, the cables were routed better than what I could do, and I have been building PC's for 10 years.  
 
High quality components, with high quality employees.. You can't go wrong.  
 
I will be recommending CyberPowerPC to any and everyone. The best experience I have every had with a computer company!

Although I work in the computer field up until now I haven't purchased a personal PC from any other place other than a major retail store, like Best Buy, or online from Dell. At first, since I was unfamiliar with them, I was a little apprehensive about buying from CyberPower but after reading some reviews and comparing them to other vendors I realized that I couldn’t find a better vendor that could offer me exactly what I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. From the initial online order all the way through using my PC for a couple weeks now I have to say that I cannot be more pleased. Soon after placing the order I was surprised to receive a personal email from a CyperPower representative indicating that he personally reviewed my order and that everything looked good. Immediately that put me at ease with this company. Also, their website allowed me to track the entire build, QA, and shipping processes. I received my PC, nicely packed for shipping, on the exact day I was supposed to. Their website also lists the shipping tracking number so it was easy to keep up to date on the status of my order. The PC came in perfect operating condition and the builders did an immaculate job. It was obvious that attention to detail is a major concern of CyberPower. I would wholeheartedly recommend CyberPower to anyone who wants a quality computer. I will definitely order from them again when I need another system.

Shopping at CyberPower was an awesome experience. I bought the Xplorer X7-Xtreme S1. This machine is seriously fast. Customer service rocked. They offered me a free Windows 7 upgrade even though the sale date was before the promotion date for Windows 7. Also, they allowed me to change the shipmethod at the last minute so that I was able to receive the Notebook in time to take it with me on an international business trip. These guys rock and I will continue using them for future purchases.

The computer is for my son who is going away to college and he wanted a good gaming computer at a reasonable price. Order was easy to place, we were contacted the next day by a Sales Associate that some of the items were not compatible. She was very helpful in suggesteing choices that would be compatible. An adjusted invoice was e-mailed to us within the hour. We actually received the computer a couple days before the delivery date. It was easy to setup, my son was able to load all of his games without a problem and they play smoothly. Definitely will order again from this company as the price was reasonable, quick delivery and excellent service!

After researching different computer manufacturers and online stores, I decided to order new PC from cyberpowerpc.com on July 21.  
 
The computer was shipped on the date promised. Everything in the box was packed well with plenty of packing materials.  
 
The PC worked great right out of the box. I will definitely order from Cyber Power PC again.

After reading a lot about the d900f gaming laptop - decided to order one of the S2 laptops from Cyberpower, why Cyberpower, well about a month ago I order an i7 950 with 12 GB of DDSR3 16000 ram in a gaming desktop with all the bells & whistles, from XtremeGear -- it was super fast and lived up to all my expections and more - when it came time for a laptop naturally I turned to Cyberpower their parent company- and was not disappointed - although it is heavy for a laptop it is really fast -- has 2 500 gb HDDS and a 128 SSD main drive, a fine company and fine machines  
 
All in all a very pleasing experience doing business with Cyberpower and its sister company XtremeGear - both fine Machines!!

This was my first purchase from CyberPower. (They came recommended by two gentlemen that purchased from my office.) Both of them are extremely satsified with their purchases. I decided to give them a try.  
Only one minor adjustment needed to be made in the CMOS so the system would power down. Super fast system and would buy from them again!

I ordered a computer from Cyberpower years ago and I am still using it, but old and slower. When I needed a new one, I went to Cyberpower. I am really happy with the quality and price. I have been pleased with the product and hope if I need service, it will be as good as the product.

BUYER BEWARE! That says it all. When considering a computer I reviewed forums and BBB to see if Cyberpower, Inc was a reputable company. I saw that they had mixed reviews and thought, well...those bad ones were just unlucky - what are the chances that I'll have problems? Ha! Pretty good actually. When I received my computer, it didn't work. Wouldn't even turn on. Tech support, although polite, did not help - and that's after the 30-60min wait to talk to someone. NOT ONE of my emails were replied to. I called and asked for a RMA for a full refund. They tried to talk me into sending it back for repair. They offered to pay for shipping for repair but not for sending it back for a refund. But, if I got my computer back from repair and it still didn't' work it would surpass the 30-day return policy and they'd not only stick me with shipping but also a 15% "restocking fee." So...I sent it back for a refund. They have told me they will not refund my shipping - that adds up to over $100 for THEIR mistake. How do they expect repeat business or new business with this kind of customer treatment? BUYER BEWARE!  
 
UPDATE: After 2 1/2 weeks just got my refund posted to my account. And just for the record, it was not JUST that nothing showed up on my monitor. NOTHING WORKED! It didn't even POST.

This is my first experience with Cyberpower and it was great. Everything went smoothly and fast.  
 
I ordered my gaming desktop on line in July,2009. I called next day, and I was told my computer was on the waiting list, the assembly may take 10 business days. It ended up I received it on the 10th business day. The delivery was from the west coast to the east coast with UPS groud. The price was quiet resonable. I could get a machine to run all my favorite games smoothly with my tight budget. After I received it, I called technique support to fix a small problem. The tech was nice and helpful. I will use their service again for sure.

HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!!  
 
First the computer came with the video card loose in the case. That's right, it wasn't even plugged into the motherboard. So the video card AND motherboard had scratches from where they banged into each other during shipping.  
 
I then install a copy of Windows 7 I got at a conference. Load up a game to test out my new rig. Crashes... Hmm that's what I get for using a beta operating system.  
 
I then install Windows XP, same thing, crashes when I play a video game. I updated all of my drivers, and try 6 different video games. All crash when I start playing.  
 
I do some testing and sure enough the "680 Watts Power Supply" that is suppose to be SLI/CrossFire Ready, can't even handle my one video card.  
 
I call up their support line that night, no one answers. I call them up the next day, no one answers, I call them up the next night, no one answers.  
 
I email them. 4 days later he responds, I do what he asks. No response since then. That was June 24th.  
 
No response.  
 
HORRIBLE!!
