This is my third machine from CyberPower. I'm a graphic designer and 3d animator. My work demands a lot from my machines. I always do a lot of comparative shopping and research prior to buying. Three times in a row, over the past 4 years, CyberPower has been my choice. Their online configurators make it easy to get the rig I need, at the lowest price point. I've never had an issue with any of their builds. Very satisfied.
I love shopping for my computers at CyberPower.com. Being able to configure my rig is very important because computers you buy off the shelf usually don't have the best components plus a bunch of trial crap on it. I have always gotten my computer quicker than the 5 to 10 days. And the quality is always superb. I will be buying from them again.
Awesome computer!!!! Bought the Gamer Xtreme XT, it was shipped on time and works like a champ! Very fast computer, i will be buying my kids there gaming computer from Cyberpower!!
The computer is fantastic for the price. Some of the included things that came with the package for free were a disappointment, sadly. For example, the speakers that came with the package are horrible, the power plug in metal pieces are too small of any of my outlets. As a result, the piece turns off and on constantly, in ten second intervals. Second, the wireless adapter could be a tad bit better, but I can't complain, it came free. Don't get me wrong, it still works fine, just the strength is not what I would like it to be.
Other than that, everything came working properly, the computer is fast, and I have run into no problems.
4.6/5

Hello, I was a first time customer of CyberPower and I can guarantee you will see me again sometime so that I can order another excellent quality and well priced computer from here. Overall, I'd rate my experience here a solid 5 out of 5. The site was very good and offered many options for customization, the computer was built to my specifications in a timely order at an unbeatable price, and with how well it was shipped, I honestly think if a football team ran over it the computer would still be in pristine condition. I'm very impressed with my new computer and pleased to see how well it was built. There are however 2 minor things i feel i should mention however. With my computer, it seems even though the front USB ports do work just fine, the audio jacks in the front alongside them do not. This isn't a major issue as all the audio jacks in the back work without a problem, but it is strange as the computer's audio software does show those 2 ports as being connected to the machine, but it does not register if an audio device is plugged into them and so they do not work. As for issue number 2, it's just a suggestion about a particular set of speakers you sell with your computers. The set you seem to give with most of your computers as part of the bundle (I think they are called the PMPO 600 Watt Speakes with Subwoofer?) are extremely poor quality despite looking rather ideal when observed on the website. Not only were they much smaller than I'd expected, but the sound on them is about as good as using the speaker of an old cell phone if not worse. I decided to use my od computer's speakers instead for now until I get a respectable set. However, this speaker set I am referring to I believe only cost about 5 dollars to have sent with the computer, so to be honest, I really have no reason to complain because "you pay for what you get". The only thing I'm suggesting is to make the website more detailed and clear about the items being selected to be purchased if possible. As I said at the beginning of this review however, despite these 2 minor flaws, I am overall very pleased and impressed with my new computer, and will confidently buy again from CyberPower in the near future. Thank you for everything!

I went to various sites checking prices and Cyberpower's prices were the lowest for what I was getting. They contacted me if they had a problem and worked to resolve it quickly. They have excellent customer support and I would encourage buying from them

$2000 PC - Core i720, 12 GB Kingston Memory, 2 - 1 TB Hard Drives, Nvida 285 GPU, Thermaltake Spedo tower, 2 Sony DVD/RW, 1000W Corsair power, Gigabyte MB - Great system. Everything worked out of the box with no problems. System is blazing. Hooked it up to a 28 inch Hanns-G monitor with no problems. Spedo tower is fantastic and looks great with the NZXT fan control display. System is pretty silent even though there are 8 fans running. This is my second Cyberpower. My first Cyberpower (purchased 2 years ago) is still running fine and is now a kids pc. Only thing that Cyberpower could do different is putting together the a little package with the necessary things to initially start up the PC. I had to dig through all the excess pieces from the motherboard, etc. to find power cords and disks. Great PC and I would definitely recommend CyberPower to my friends.
I've been a Cyberpower customer for a number of years, but had briefly moved to Dell for a while. I just recently came back, after learning my mistake of going with a Dell, and purchased a new Gamer Xtreme XE. It was built very well and met all of my expectations. I loved it so much, I decided to buy a new gaming desktop from Cyberpower for a dear friend of mine. She was ecstatic to get it, and is enjoying gaming on it.
I'd buy another pc from Cyberpower in a heartbeat. You can't go wrong with them.

Nothing but praise for this purchase from start to finish, Great product, excellent sales staff communication, and buy now pay later option, cant fault Cyberpower.
Amazing. Running Ultra quality graphics in WoW and still have 60 FPS. Even decided to run Aion along with WoW simultaneously and they both ran smoothly. It is incredible the way this setup has been working so far.
This was the easiest, most helpful, and supportive purchase I've made in a long time. The tech was knowledgeable and helpful in regards to components and how well they work together. And not only that, every time I called, I could get a hold of the person creating my pc. I will definitely purchase from CyberpowerPC again :)

Cyber Power was pretty good. I heard about them from a friend who lives near them. I messed up my shipping info and they were really quick to make sure it was correct before completling my order which I'm really glad for since shipping cost $60. Build-to-reception took about 3 weeks but the computer has been great! A+
I will indeed do busy again with this fine company. Everything was fast as can be. I started my first order with a barebones system to get my feet wet. I thought about what I had an decided I wanted to upgrade, even after two days had passed they let me upgrade my ram, psu an shipping. Now that's how you run a business.
Everything came as ordered. I even got some things I didn't order, such as system box and foam, and professional like tidiness for the cords lol. I loved everything other then the speakers which were well horribly made but that is no fault of cyberpower cause they didn't make them now did they?
My computer buying experience with Cyberpower has been great. I was apprehensive about buying from a company I had no knowledge of, but I have had nothing but a positive experience. I had good email communication about the build/shipping process, and other than one loose connection, the computer was packed well and fired right up after set up. I cannot comment on their customer service as I have not needed it. The only bit of frustation I had was that I missed the windows 7 upgrade by a week. I am seriously hating vista. I would not hesitate from buying from CP again.
This company is the least professional of any I have experienced in my life. I ordered my computer, it came on time, but the motherboard was dead on arrival and the light didn't work. I called to ask them if they could repair it, they agreed after a minor struggle, but said it would take them over a week to fix. I drove over 140 miles (one-way) to the "walk-in" service. Every single employee was foreign and of Asian descent, clearly the company is not fond of diversity. They were rude, spoke English poorly, and very unprofessional. I asked to speak with a manager, he told me that there was nothing he could do for me and was extremely stand-offish. If I had wanted to send the computer in for a refund I would have wasted $70 shipping it back. At least I only wasted $30 in gas. Luckily, they had the decency to refund me my money in full. A very kind employee named Kevin who I spoke to over the phone handled my refund and assured me that it would be processed. Now I'll play the waiting game and see if they keep their promise.
I also find it very tacky how they have someone read each review and respond, often with the same reply written in poor English and reeking with the stench of false politeness.
