Purchased P4 rambus system, gigabyte mainboard. fast emails regarding a billing problem on my part :). After its timely arrival, I gave its innards the eyeball once over - nothing was loose or damaged, unlike alienware (which quite frankly overcharged me back in '01 and sent me a PC that never turned on without a minor ritual). I plugged in my old HD & dvd, plugged in my cable modem, powered it on, & havn't had to crack open the case since then. These people know what they are doing.
I received my order of an AMD computer (no monitor) quicker than advertised with no problems at all. I've been using the computer for almost a year now and I've experienced no problems.
I ordered a new PC for my wife after reading about the Value system in Computter Shopper. The ratings here are a little scary, but for the price I thought I would give it a try. First I am a video producer so I know my way around PC's. I first tried to order it on the phone, but they said I could only order that system online.?? I jumped online and upgraded several components from the standard set. Made the order and received a confirmation email and said shipping date would be 4-11. They posted all info online so I kept up with it. They shipped it 3 days early and the best part...the shipping charge was almost $50 less then was figured online! It also arrived a day earlier then the 3 day ship I ordered. Packaging was good. Everything was as ordered. The case was much cooler then I expected and even had a digital thermal readout that was not ordered. Documentaion was pretty nonexistant, but I expected that. Set up no problem. PC a bit loud but I added 3 extra fans. CD burner is loud period. I have only had it one day but it seems to be doing well.
I have to say that so far I am thrilled. I received a very up to date system for an unbelievable price. Based on my experience I would buy again.
Great web site. I used Pentium 4 configurator to pick & choose exactly the hardware I desired. I received the order exactly as specified. Very friendly customer service.
Great prices,great selection.I think they need to improve their assembly process,my computer works but I ordered the neon light and windowed case,the wires are all over the place.I will straighten the wires out my self.I've called customer service and was never on hold more than 15 min which would be considered fast compared to the rest of the world.I agree with the other comments, you need to have some computer mechanical knowledge and be willing to check the system out and correct minor problems.I've hade 2 preconfigured systems before this one,and this is what I wanted a hands on system.warranty is great.Components are top Quality,same parts you can buy everywhere under the same names for less money.You won't find no generic parts on their site.Overall I would buy from them again at this point.
The system I ordered from Cyberpower Inc. is as advertised. So far I am completely satisfied with my system. I have had no problems and the fit and finish is superb.

The hotfixes and drivers had all been updated and the machine wasn't all bogged down with advertisements. The manuals and extras were all packed in the motherboard box as well as recovery CD's

This is the second computer that I have purchased from Cyber Power. I have been greatly impressed both times. I have never had any technical issues, and you get a great computer for a minimal price.

I placed an order for a PC from Cyberpower, so far things are going well. The ship date they have provided was 01/27/03 and I just checked the order status and it was ship out today schedule for delivery on 01/27/03 as specified. I will post comments upon receipt of PC and testing it. Update: receive pc today 01/27/03. Item comes neatly and well packaged. The only thing that came loose was the neon light fixture from within the case. Everything came exactly as what I have configured it to be, no components were swapped. I even got a temperature gauge that I did not even order. All driver were included everything worked straight from the box. Fast and inexpensive. My RIG:

My PC arrived in 15 days (about 3 days early), everything worked
excellent, although I panicked because my speakers arrived separately the next day. The system is great, I'm very pleased. I can say I
wouldn't hesitate to reccommend Cyberpower based on my experience. My
husband will be ordering a similar PC in a month and it will be from
there as well.
I game on this beast every night, it's been great.

TECH SUPPORT HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. I DID GET THE 1 YEAR ON SITE SERVICE INCLUDED WITH THE COMPUTER AND THEY RESPOND VERY QUICKLY. I LIKE THE WAY THEY DO THINGS. WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY GET YOUR NAME AND NUMBER AND CALL YOU BACK. I WAITED NO LONGER THAN 10 MINUTES FOR CALL BACK. THE BEST PART WAS NO WAITING ON HOLD FOREVER.
SHIPPING WAS AS ADVERTISED, ON TIME, WELL PACKED AND DEPENDING ON SYSTEM INCLUDED.

Once again a great computer. I was slightly disappointed that there was no power going to ANY of my case fans though, but the great price and speedy delivery make up for it. As for the fans, it was an easy fix, just had to connect it with the power supply.
