Honestly the entire time I was waiting for my PC I was really nervous because of the reviews I had read. I ordered my computer on the 20th of October and it got here on the 5th of November so that's not bad, about what I expected. When I got the computer it was packed really nice(foam in the computer compartment molded to protect the innards from shifting, and everything was installed fine.  
I replaced the power supply with my better one, and installed a DVD burner that I didn't have them install to lower the price. I then did a thorough inspection, tightening every screw, making sure all cards were seated properly etc. Basically made sure that every thing was exactly how I would have put together the computer. I turned it on after this process and viewed the temps of the CPU to make sure my heatsink was properly placed and the temps were cooler than I ever expected, approximately 78F.  
After feeling comfortable, I inserted my Windows 7 disc and did a clean install that went great. Everything seems to be working great now and I'll be keeping an eye on it for changes. It is my belief that when ordering from cyberpowerpc there is a chance that you will get garbage if you don't know what you are putting in your computer.  
Have someone who knows name brand products configure your PC to avoid poor quality hardware. Then when it arrives inspect and reseat all hardware like I said I did above. I think I would honestly do business with these guys again, you just have to make sure you know what you are having them put in you computer and should do a thorough quality control when you recieve it.

This is my 2nd PC from CyberPower and my experience so far has been satisfying. The machine itself runs fairly well - though i had to attach a case fan that was left un-attached. I feel like the quality control testing could be improved as i had some minor buggy issues upon first using my machine (outdated display driver, and nvdll error messages that were ultimately resolved). Their support techs are smart and helpful but it's tough getting in touch with them. If you are impatient (like i tend to be when i need help) you might find this annoying. Overall i would recommend CyberPowerPC to anyone looking for a powerful gaming/video rig. The prices are great, the products are solid and they do try to help you as much as they can. I doubt i will go anywhere else for my future purchases.

We custom ordered what we were hoping to be the best gaming computer we could buy for the money and were extremely pleased with what we got. We did not order it rush, as to allow the proper care to go into building our system. The unit arrived intact and well packed and worked perfectly right out of the box. My son has not found a game yet that it will not play. Thanks to the folks at Cyber Power for building a great unit at a great price.

OK - here goes... I got my computer on Friday around 2pm. Inspected box and signed off. Went inside and did a partial unpack - visual check - everything there and looked good. Flash forward to afternoon - I actually left it in the shipping box (but opened) for a few hours while I celebrated my anniversary (thanks sweetie for the great new computer!)...pulled out my new system and put it up on the island in the middle of the kitchen with good lighting - then I removed both sides of the storm sniper case...checked all alignments and seatings - made sure all components matched invoice - big thank you to CP for managing to give me the exact GPU I requested even though it was pot luck (Sapphire 5870)! The thumb screws were mostly tool free - one of the four holes is slightly misaligned and I needed a screwdriver - but the case is rock solid - and HUGE!. Took about an hour pulling out my old system and plugging everything in...then power up and...it is quiet, very cool (airflow), looks fantastic and once I got the drivers re-installed for the mobo network adapter (I overwrote them with Vista version while setting up) I am thoroughly impressed. performance is exceptional, and this will suit all my requirements for many years to come!  
 
Lets see - to sum up - all negative reviews I'd read aside I ended up with a polished finished product that was an exceptional value ($250.00 less than the next lowest reseller for same config) - leads me to give CP 5 stars on this killer rig!  
 
I was only briefly concerned about the inflatable foam packing pushing some of the components a bit hard in the case, but I think my system was handled with care by UPS, and the enhanced packing option was outstanding. I was so pleased with the double boxing and cushioning on all sides and between all the layers. My 2 year old loves playing in his new fort - with attached garage!!!

Beware buyers, from all the reviews people have had good luck with the company, but me on the other hand have had nothing but problems, it has been over 2 mounths now cence i recieved my computer and had it working for less than a day. The company has not been very helpfull at all, they do not return phone calls, answer voice mesages. I had had the computer and the networking card did not work, then after 6 hours the powersupply had stopped working, 1 week later having to wait for the powersupply upon replacing it the motherboard was shot, after waiting for a reply to a number of emails i get the reply that they cant fix it because they dont have the motherboard to fix it. with no answer to when they will get one in. Just thoughtany potential buyers out there should know what could happen if you got a crap computer from them. And when youdecide that you want to just return the computer they give you the runaround for the month that you have the computer so that it is not within the month time limit to return the computer for your money back.

Product was built to spec and shipped exactly as advertised. Packaging was very professional and system was in perfect working order. No loose wires. I would recommend CyberPower for its quality of products and price.

I want to write a good review, but I really can't write one just yet. I do want to say something. to the person who ordered theirs on the 16th. I ordered mine on the 6th and still haven't gotten an update on my order status page. I got a reply on my first email and they explained that my HDD hasn't come in yet and that's all they're waiting on. It seems very weird how you ordered yours after mine and got yours already and I'm sitting here without a response to my second email and still no computer. Sent a third and may need to call tomorrow or monday. The 30 day guarantee says it starts on the date of invoice? I can only assume that's the receipt date. I hope they're not waiting to send me a dead PC after the 30 day guarantee is over like some of the bad reviews say. I'll have to update when things change. As of now I'm in the dark as to what is really going on, but am really hoping the last part comes in soon and I don't have to keep this labeled as a bad review. Their site was recommended by a friend so I was hoping I would have a great, quick experience. Just going to give them the benefit of the doubt and cross my fingers.  
 
update: Thank you for responding! I'm glad the guarantee isn't over, though I'm really hoping to not use it.

Excellent choices for components allows you to order exactly what you want. Dell, HP, Xi, offer too few options. I was able to order a dual core machine that is easily upgradeable to a quad core when Autodesk jumps on that bandwagon. Same system from either of the noted companies would have $800-$1,000 more. Except for a glitch in the ordering process that delayed shipping a couple of days everything went smoothly. Computer is well built and works exactly as expected. As this is used in the office a few more "blander" case design choices would be nice. Quality computer and great service. I would highly recommend to others.

The computers are just what I would have hoped for. I really appreciate all the builder cd's and extra hardware. I am definitely going to recommend to all my clients and friends where they need to go. I have typically built mine own in the past, but for the business environment that is not very cost effective and CyberPower's pricing makes it a good value for the home user too.

i ordered this computer on the 16th of October and it is set to arrive here tomorrow (26th). i had ordered them because they were a few hundred cheaper for the gaming rig that i wanted. after i ordered it i began searching the company and found lots of bad reviews and horror stories about how bad they are. well the computer gets here tomorrow and i will find out for myself how great of a company they are. i will be posting an updated to say how the computer runs,and how it had arrived.  
 
update:computer arrived today at 10:30 in the morning. i found everything to be exactly what i had ordered. this thing is a gaming beast! plays crysis to the max. absolutely love the computer. they included all manuals and driver discs for my motherboard and video card. as of now i am a satisfied customer, and would plan on doing business for any of my gaming needs!! will update if machine fails anytime soon

System purchased: CyberPower Gamer Infinity 8800 Pro SE.  
I'm pleased as punch!!! Everything works great! I would buy again and I'm telling all my friends that Cyberpower kicks butt. This computer screams, its an Intel 975 3.33 Mhz overclocked to 4.0 it is stable as a rock and runs 24/7 with no problems at all, the water cooled CPU runs cool as a cucumber and the looks of the CoolMaster  
Storm Case are as wicked as it gets, Black on Black with a dim red glow from the internal case fans along with the NZXT Time,Temp and Fan controller set it all off. It looks like it came out of a Military command and Control Center. 10 out of 10 I'm loving it.

Great experience. I made an order and needed to make changes. The sales person allowed me to cancel my original order without any problems in order to redo with the changes i wanted (ordered friday, canceled saturday, reordered saturday).  
 
I ordered "Rush" + 2 day shipping and it came Thursday, order completed Monday...super fast completion and shipping.  
 
The rig itself is just incredible for the price.  
Don't let the comic book style website fool you -- these are serious machines.  
 
First, with the liquid cooling it is fairly quiet (unlike my top of the line Dell which sounds like a 747 taking off). It is super fast. I got this pc for both gaming and work.  
 
The service was excellent and the rig both looks and performs amazing. Highly recommended. (Not to mention so much more an enjoyable experience than dealing with Dell.)

I have been using Cyberpower PC for years now as the combination of a well designed website, a fair selection of parts and competitive prices have proven to be hard to beat. My system arrived on time and in perfect working condition aside from a cable binding tie that was protruding from the front of the case by the side of the card reader. This was easily dealt with a pair of scissors. The system is stable and I have had no issues since it has arrived. I am a very satisfied customer.
