Order was exactly as company described it, in exactly the condition described, very timely shipped, and reasonably priced shipping cost. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again, and will check prices here prior to buying any new electronics.

I ordered this Sansa Fuze 8GB player from Electronics-Expo through Amazon.com. I corresponded with Electronics-Expo directly, and they were very professional. I recieved the product I wanted, for a good price, and delivery was very fast. I highly recommend them. I would not hesitate to deal with them in the future.

I ordered speakers from this company. It turns out they didn't have them in stock. How did the handle this error? First, they phoned me immediately, the morning after my order. They apologized and offered a free upgrade to the same manufacturer's better speaker. A free upgrade to speakers that cost almost twice as much! And they arrived the next morning. That's how to resolve a problem. Excellent customer service. Highly reccommended.

I purchased this on a Friday night and there were only 3 showing in stock. I received an e-mail on Monday morning that they were out of stock and offered me a free upgrade. I took the upgrade and the order was processed immediately. I received in good condition in the time frame I was given. The only confusion was in the delivery. I was contacted that the tv would be opened and inspected while the delivery people waited for me to inspect and hook up. That did happen because I would not sign but delivery people said that was not part of my delivery. I would purchase from this company again and would recommend to anyone

This is one of Amazon.com's merchants but rather than order through Amazon and have to deal with a middle-man return, I ordered directly from Electronics-Expo. I purchased from this co. based on all the positive reviews on resellerratings.com. I ordered a Numark USB turntable and received the item quickly and it was as advertised. I thought the order process a bit primitive-- website slow, not as secure as other sites..... but other than that good transaction and good price.

I made 2 orders with Electronics Expo, one of which I cancelled a day after submitting because it turned out I didn't need the item. The first order was for a Panasonic plasma TV. I got an excellent deal. Was $50 cheaper than any other place on bizrate but unfortunently it didn't include any extras like a free Bluray player. That order went very smoothly and the TV arrived on time and undamaged. The second order was for a Denon 2309CI. The deal was amazing as well but turned out the Bose system I bought didn't require a dedicated receiver. Cancelling the order went through properly but the reps on the phone (I called twice) made it sound like cancelling an order with Expo is a matter of probability and fortune. They said they'd try but couldn't promise anything even though I had made the order the evening before after they closed and called back only a few hours after they opened the next day. Luckily they were able to stop it and my credit card's balance was adjusted accordingly.
I think they are awesome for pricing and great for smooth product delivery. Customer service could use some improvements and the 20% restocking fee is a bit out of line given the impression they give about their ability to stop unshipped recent orders for you.
As long as you are definite in what you want, they are the place to buy from. If you are wishy-washy in any way, would be best to look elsewhere.

I am satisfied with the product, it is very good. very easy to use. and the best part is charging and ease of use for any one, the quality is good and better than Sony and RCA equivalent models. the order was shipping before time from electronic expo, keep up the good service. thanks

First time to purchase from them and I highly recommend them. The headphones I purchased was to replace broken headphones of the same type, but this time I paid less than half the price I did for my first pair.
I live in CA so I was expecting at least 7 days for the order to arrive, but it arrived in just 4 days. Before I go shopping for electronics I will definitely consider Electronics Expo first.

I ordered a Yamaha RXV663 receiver through Amazon and Electronics Expo quickly informed me this discontinued item was out of stock. They offered to upgrade my order to a RXV765 at no additional charge. The customer service people were great. They reply to emails, answer their phone and treat you the way you expect a local family owned store to behave. I will buy from them in the future without hesitation.
