Purchased 1 Lumix ZS3. They had the lowest price at among amazon merchants. Product delivered in time in good condition. I will recommend shopping from electronics expo.

i got the headset so i could watch tv in bed late at night,they work great,i checked out a lot of other brands but the feed back on this brand was the best so i bought this one,tyvm for a great headset

As far as I'm concerned, the best customer service is with companies I don't have to contact personally. I placed my order with Electronics-Expo.com via Amazon.com for a Tom-Tom, and I received the product as promised, when promised. I would/will definitely purchase from Electronics-Expo.com again.

Completing the order was great, only had a little problem getting the discount coupons to work but eventually they also worked. The sales staff in the camera dept. are very knowledgeable and helpful especially with a customer that doesn't know anything about digital cameras and was making a first purchase..Thank you for your patience..PS the PanasonicDMCFS15K is a great little camera!!!! First time buyer from eexpo. Bought large HDTV off Amazon.com, fulfilled by these guys. Unbeatable price (+1), lacking in communication (no confirmation e-mail from eexpo, etc., -1). However, I did call to confirm it was in stock (after Sears screwed me over) - it was not, but they replaced with equal/better product (+1). Called again a couple days later and was told it was shipped - well ahead of schedule (+1). Arrived early, works perfectly, no complaints with product. Wish they were more proactive with e-mails, but customer service was very friendly, knew status, tracking numbers, etc. and no hold times.

I strongly recommend shopping at Electronics Expo. The service is excellent. Good customer service is very important and I am proud to say I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with their Customer Experience Manager Bruno Castanheira and it was a first class experience. Professional all the way. My chosen product was out of stock and Mr. Castanheira went out of his way to ensure I was a pleased customer, even though my purchase was online. Today I am the proud owner of the Yamaha RXV3900BL lives up to my expectations. First class honours to this company and especially to Bruno Castanheira.

I order a 50" plasma TV Saturday evening (10/10/09). I called and changed my order to a different TV on Monday morning (10/12/09). I chose the least expensive delivery option, and my TV was still delivered by Thursday (10/15/09) in perfect condition at the exact time the driver said he would be there. The driver patiently assisted me in opening the box, inspecting the TV and hooking it up to my WII to make sure it was in working condition. Ordering, service and delivery were simply outstanding. Ordered on September 20 and received September 25. Very fast shipping as far as I was concerned for the price (free!). Headphones were received in perfect condition and there was no problem with the shipment. Headphones were exactly as described (new).
