I was told it would be shipped on the 19th, instead it was shipped on the 16th and I recieved the the player on the 19th, fabulous! Great service, I would shop here again!

I orginally ordered a set of energy take classic 5.1 surround sound speakers from electronics-expo through amazon.com. I was excited to have the order confirmed since it said they only had 5 left. Unfortunately I was later contacted by the electronics-expo support team which informed me that they had sold out of the take classic speakers. Very upsetting news especially since I had friends coming over the following weekend and wanted to show them off. However instead of just offering to fully refund my money, the customer support member I dealt with offered to send us the more expensive energy rc-micro speaker set ... for the same price! He also promised we would have the speakers in time for our movie-night (which i seriously doubted). Well I was shocked when they arrived the next day. I highly recommend electronics-expo to anyone looking for great service and products.

After scouring the web I found the best price for a Panasonic DMR-EZ48VK 1080p Upconverting VHS DVD Recorder with Built In Tuner at Electronics-Expo. The product arrived on Oct. 19, which was a day sooner than the earliest expected date of delivery estimated by Amazon.com. Since the Panasonic TV I ordered was not available, they upgraded me to the newer current model at no additional charge...even though the G15 was worth more money.  
Delivery was excellent and the driver even unpackaged the TV and plugged it in to check it out.  
The setup was relatively easy and the picture is excellent.  
There was several communications with Electronic-Expo via E-mail which was clear and concise and very timely.  
This is the first item I purchased from them and surely not the last.
