I ordered the Mitsubishi 60" DLP HDTV, 735 Series. The next day, I contacted them about changing my order to the 737 Series, which is $200 more. They not only changed my order, they didn't charge me the difference! Shipped the following Monday and came in (From New Jersey to Arkansas) in a week! Excellent TV, even better store. Will definitely do business with again.

I ordered an Altec Lansing speaker for my iPod. This store was the cheapest that I found online. Usually this sets off alarms to their legitimacy. I ordered and found Electronics Expo to be a very fast shipper, ordering on Monday and getting the order on Thur of the same week! Item was brand new, well packed and received in good order. Electronics Expo has delivered on incredible value for the second time now. I was very pleased with my first order from them of a digital camera, and I didn't think their service could be any better. However, they showed themselves up with the amazing customer service they provided with my television order.  
 
I had no trouble using a coupon from a catalog that came with my first order, they offered me a slightly better plasma model because of availability of my original choice for the same price, and expedited my order through the warehouse free. Package tracking was easy and accurate, and the tv arrived early.  
 
The value they provided to me makes me feel like I got too good of a deal, so I am going to take the opportunity to give them some praise and hopefully encourage others to enjoy their business.

I ordered the Sony Sound Bar thru Amazon ( Sony HTCT100 Sound Bar with Sub-Woofer - Black). Delivery was quick. Price was great. And the unit works flawlessly. It is a simple way to get 5.1 sound with only a subwoofer and a bar. I didn't want a full 6-speaker set up with all the wires. The Sony bar produces a nice surround effect. Not quite the same as six speakers, but good enough to fill the It works great for playing Forza 3 on my Xbox 360. Also for TV 5.1 programs and movies (I play the DVD's on the Xbox to get 1080p). Lots of options for sound fields and connections.

The product I oredered arrived quickly and the protective packaging was in perfect condition. However, the product itself suffered from a manufacturer's defect. I verified this issue with the manufacturer directly. Electronics Expo was quick to respond to my request for an exchange. Unfortunately, the product was no longer available and Electronics Expo Customer Service Supervisor David K. personally called and arranged for my refund plus shipping. This company and its employees are customer oriented and VERY responsive! I would recommend this business to anyone and buy from this company again!
