First time to purchase from them and I highly recommend them. The headphones I purchased was to replace broken headphones of the same type, but this time I paid less than half the price I did for my first pair.

I live in CA so I was expecting at least 7 days for the order to arrive, but it arrived in just 4 days. Before I go shopping for electronics I will definitely consider Electronics Expo first.

I ordered a Yamaha RXV663 receiver through Amazon and Electronics Expo quickly informed me this discontinued item was out of stock. They offered to upgrade my order to a RXV765 at no additional charge. The customer service people were great. They reply to emails, answer their phone and treat you the way you expect a local family owned store to behave. I will buy from them in the future without hesitation.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase from Electronics Expo, thru Amazon.com. Not only did i get a great price, and fast and free shipping on a Panasonic Blu Ray player, but it was fresh stock, manufactured in Aug/09! Thks - the good value and service is appreciated.

I called back to the store to get shipping information since I didn't get the info as promised the day after my order. The person who answered the phone was very short with me and acted like I was a bother. I told him about my dissatisfaction with his attitude. I almost cancelled the order. At the end he finally apologized but it definitely wasn't because he meant it. I did get the product I ordered and satisfied with it.

Highly impressed! Like most people, I usually only take the time to write (a review or complaint to the company) when something goes wrong, because it was unexpected. I'm writing this because of how pleased I am with my most recent Panasonic plasma purchase. Sales support (online chat and follow up phone call) was top notch, and very product educated. Fast shipping, and hands down the best pricing for both TV and extended warranty I could find - and I searched for weeks! I will DEFINITELY be buying again from electronics-expo and have referred them to a lot of my friends already! A+, looking forward to buying home theather/audio and another TV soon!
