John saved my sanity and was so patient and knowledgeable about installation that I was able to avoid a huge geek squad fee -- and do the whole install myself. John made the entire process (including the return of a too-short monster cable) a breeze and the result is honestly stunning. Lowest prices around, too. Can't say enough good things. My son wanted a good camera to take pictures of my granddaughter. I found a very good price at this shop for a Sony model. Delivery was fast, and the camera is very good. I'm happy !
This was my first transaction with electronics expo and it was a great experience. I purchased two TVs and had their installers mount them on my walls at home. The prices were very competitive and John the salesperson I worked with was very helpful in coordinating with my apartment building to schedule the installation. Overall I was very pleased with my purchase experience and will definitely use electronics expo again.
I bought Sony Webbie MHS-PM1 HD Camcorder (Violet) from Electronics Expo. I received it on time and in excellent condition. It's good bargain for the price I paid and I did not have any issues with the camcorder.

I ordered the Panasonic DMC-ZS3 (silver) from Electronics Expo and although it was back-ordered at Panasonic itself (and also directly from Amazon), EE had it in stock and it shipped promptly. The camera works great, of course.
Great service ! I received the item in very little time. I purchased the IPOD DOCK FM stereo tuner by Phillips. Pretty cool item. Portable and sounds great.
The Shure SE110 Sound Isolating Earphone with Balanced Armature Driver (Black) I purchased on Amazon through Electronics Expo are great. They shipped quickly and were well packaged. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
I was looking for a television and came across the one I wanted with a great price. When I checked back the next day to purchase it, the price went up $60.00. I contacted Electronics Expo and John Ingrassia x151 gave me the original price I found along with a cheaper warranty ($20 less)than what was listed on the website.
Not to mention since they ship out of New Jersey I will be receiving my TV a lot sooner than if I bought it from somewhere else.
If this is the kind of service they usually have I will be making future purchases from them.
Update:
Other than receiving the TV one day after I was told I would receive it, I still plan on returning to them if I need to buy electronics.

This site is very good.I ordered Sony DCR-SR47 digital camcorder from electronics-expo. I got the product delivered to me in 5 days and also I got the product for less price compared to other sites.This site is reliable and good.
PAIN in the backside to try and get this shipped to an address other than my billing. WAY too much of a hastle but I was over a barrel and was forced to jump through unreasonable hoops to placate the rediculous request so that Electronics-Expo would not be liable on the off chance I was an unauthorized user. I won't be shopping with you again!
