Rich Hubbard from Electronics Expo provided top-notch service (including detailed technical knowledge on the product, courteous professional attitude and prompt follow-up to my questions and concerns on order/shipping status).  
 
My one issue was the UPS tracking number was not emailed to me even after the order was shipped, and I had to call E Expo to get the number. Other than that, Rich Hubbard did an exemplary job providing support and helping out throughout the sales process.  
 
My Denon 2310ci arrived with no issues 4 days after I ordered it and I would strongly recommend others to use E Expo and ask for Rich Hubbard (ext. 153) when making any future electronics purchases.

On June 28, 2009 I ordered an Olympus Camera, model FE370, through buy.com who had it processed through electronics-expo. I chose the free shipping option. I received the order number confirmation within 30 minutes. After not receiving any shipping status information, I checked the website status. For a week, it listed the order as processing. After approximately 9 days, the status changes to "in warehouse". I assumed it was being prepared for shipment. Then on Saturday, July 11, 2009, I received an e-mail that "We are attempting to process your order but are having difficulty shipping your item. Please contact us at 888.707.EXPO for further assistance with your order". I called and it was explained that the camera was not in stock and they were not planning on ordering any more. They offered another Olympus camera, model FE45 for only 15 dollars more and it had more mega pixels. I declined the offer stating I wanted the camera that I had ordered. The order was then canceled.  
I later checked the Olympus web-site and the camera they offered listed for almost $50.00 less than the camera I ordered. I then checked the buy.com website and Electronics-expo was still advertising the camera on buy.com. I don't think that I will order anything again from Electronics-Expo.  
8/2/2009:  
It was duly noted that on July 21 Electronics Expo responded to my concern with contact information to resolve the problem. I have seen numerous other positive reports on them. However, I just wish that they had kept me posted on the status of my order and had the product in stock that I ordered. I have since ordered the camera from another web site and received it within 4 days of ordering it. Thus I do not need to contact Electronics Expo

Called Electronics Expo.com about my order placed 4 days ago still has not shipped. So I cancelled my order. They may not even have tvs to sell who knows. BAD

Not very happy with this place! I placed an order on April 29th. My credit card was charged on April 30th, then May 7th I received an email stating that my item was not in stock, and back ordered. Just seems ridiculous that they would charge my credit card a full week before informing me that they did not have the item.  
 
An email and a follow up phone call resulted in a credit to my card, so I can't be too rough on them as they were at least fairly quick to credit me. However, a week was wasted as I waited for delivery of a product that would never come, and to find out they had charged my card a week prior to them finally informing me of the product's unavailability was just rubbing salt in the wound.  
 
If I ever return to this place, which is highly unlikely, I'll make sure the product is in stock before buying it.

Ordered a CDR player 2 weeks ago. Screen said it was in stock. Received a confirm email of my order. Fast forward 2 weeks. Nothing received. I called customer service. They said they needed to check and get back to me. I waited, and then after hearing nothing, called back later in the afternoon. They told me my order was cancelled as of that morning! Also, sorry - but they have no more units in stock. No email notice sent - nada. Customer service did not apologize and was slightly annoyed to be getting my call. Will not do business with them again.

My experience with this seller shows that the lowest price does not necessarily mean the best deal. Price is meaningless if you can't get your merchandise without a hassle. Placed order online on Wed., 4/8/09, for Panasonic DRE-A38VK dvd recorder, listed as being in stock. Order summary stated I would soon receive an email confirmation. About an hour after order was submitted, the item was now listed as being out of stock. After I didn't receive confirmation by mid-morning the following day I emailed customer service for status of order. I did receive a reply a couple of hours later stating I would receive confirmation when the order was shipped, but no indication of when that might be, or even if my item was in stock. Later that afternoon I received another email stating my order might be delayed 5 or more days due to their verification policy unless I got my credit card company to list my shipping address in addition to my mailing address. No problem. I took care of that immediately and called the rep with the info. She said she'd take care of it immediately, but still couldn't tell me whether my ordered item was in stock. All she could tell me was that, if the item was no longer available, it would be replaced with the newer version at the same price. When I still hadn't received order status info by the following Mon., 4/13/09, I called again and was on hold listening to the phone ring for 18 minutes, the ringing only occasionally broken by a recorded message saying how important my business was. By the time the rep answered I had a very bad feeling about the whole ordeal and canceled my order, still unable to find out if the item was available. The only positive thing I can say about the whole experience is that both of the young ladies I did speak to were very pleasant, but that is not enough to get me back. Maybe I've just been lucky so far, but I've ordered numerous electronic items from various online sellers, and this was my only negative experience to date.

1. If you are in a hurry, you may want to consider ordering elsewhere or, don't hold your breath.  
2. The "live chat" is nothing but an illusion to make you feel that you are sought after which, accomplishes nothing other than waste your time.  
3. Your E-mail address will be added to a "New Jersey" SPAM database from which you can opt out about a month after your order, an option that should have been given to you AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE!  
4. No, I will not order from this outfit again because I had more pleasant experiances elsewhere.

The plasma TV orderd shipped 14 days after order (terrible). When delivered, there was a hole in the box. Upon opening the box revealed a shatterd screen. The item was refused. After calling the shipping company, they stated that the box was logged as dammaged when they picked it up. So the only thing I can comprehend is that Electronics Expo ether does not check what they ship, or they ship dammaged crap. Also It took about 20 phone calls and another 12 days later to recieve a full refund. When calling their online customer service, after they realized I wanted a full refund, they would pretend to put me on hold so they could hang up on me. I will never purchase another product from this shady company again. Also I will not recomend this retailer to anyone, BEWARE!!!!!!

Unless someone is available to sign in person, don't order from here. UPS attempted to deliver on a Wed. Since my household all works in the daytime, no one home to sign. Normally, when this happens, I call UPS before 7pm and pick up the item about an hour later in their holding center. Not so, after talking with UPS, they have to make three attempts to deliver, then will hold for five days at their center for piok-up. EE customer service was no help, I only ask they contact UPS and allow me to pick up showing my receipt (billing address) and proof if I.D. Nope, they were not willing to help. Now, my order arrived at my house on Wed. and it will be at least next Monday before I can get my hands on it. And, on Monday, I will be picking it up at the local center just like I should be able to tonight! I'll update on the condition of the item after or if I receive it.

I recently went to the Electronics Expo in Wayne, NJ to pick up an order that I had made online about an hour before. When I got there, I was directed to a cashier who took my order form and started the process. It took about 4-5 minutes before anyone began looking for my order since they hadn't pulled it out yet. First person couldn't find it so the job was passed on to another person, then another. It took about 30 mins. for them to finally decide they didn't have it (even though I was forced to order from this store) all the meanwhile one of the employees who hadn't helped at all sat in front of me swearing and cussing. It took another 10 mins. to find a store that had it and get my item transferred to a store closer to home (which I was thankful for) but overall I had a very poor experience.  
 
Follow up: My product was supposed to be shipped to Succasunna, but instead was shipped to Paramus. Meanwhile, I had some interactions with the Succasunna store and was quite pleased with their help. The manager was always around to help me and helped me throughout the whole process taking place at his store. I would recommend doing business here whenever possible and would like to express my thanks to the Succasunna store in particular.

I have had good experiences with Electronics Expo in the past, however I experienced frustration culmitating with complete disappointment with this last order.  
 
I ordered a Monster THX-SL200 BK subwoofer. Several business days after my card was billed, I called to ask if it had shipped. The CS rep was extremely rude and condescending, and then told me it had shipped that day. When UPS could not confirm, I called the next day, and the following day. Each day I was told it had shipped "today." As it turns out, the last person to whom I spoke was correct, and to his credit, was polite.  
 
When I finally received the speaker tonight (after many problems with UPS, which I understand is a separate issue,) I was completely appalled to find that after all this time, and at great shipping expense ($125,) after opening the box and removing the speaker, I had received the wrong item. I had ordered the "BK" model as pictured (and invoiced) specifically to match the rest of my components - in black. This large subwoofer is covered in cherry veneer, the color I specifically did not want.  
 
Now I'm stuck with an expensive item that I did not order, and after having gone through such hassle and being treated very rudely via telephone (though by email, the EE people have been great,) I'm understandably angry and frustrated, as I refuse to pay for return shipping, restocking fee, etc., and my schedule would make doing these things nearly impossible. I have heard of similar experiences from reading various online forums, but after purchasing some speakers lasat month from EE, I expected speedy and polite service, and, at a minimum, to receive the correct item. I'm waiting to see if EE will attempt to resolve this issue. I do not believe I've ever left negative feedback for a seller before in over 15 years of purchasing items online, but this experience has left me rather angry, and I hope EE will offer me some sort of compromise.

Their prices are too low for a reason. Keep this in mind.  
 
I ordered a $542 lens and amazon still listed 4 stock remaining. I double checked their site, still listed. Two days after my order, I receive an email stating there is a problem shipping the order.  
 
When contacting Electronics Expo, they state my order is shipping today. I ask what the email was about, and they respond that the item is out of stock.  
 
They have *no idea* what is in stock and isn't. Ordering from them is a crap shoot.  
 
I am still waiting on my refund.

Pretty terrible overall.  
Ordered tv from NJ to NYC as a christmas present. Item shipped out immediatly to the billing address in seattle in error instead of the shipping address in NYC.  
 
Took 8 calls to get this fixed and the item rerouted. Calls were met with mostly indiference from sales/customer service reps. Was promissed a call back that never existed. One call was with a very confrontational customer service rep who blamed the error on me and I would have to pay a reshipping fee when I was just trying to figure out what was going on.  
 
The item wasn't shipped to the billing address for fraud issues as it wasn't listed as a valid address on the credit card it was ordered from, however it should never have just been shipped out to the billing address if there was a discrepancy. The website has 2 spots for addresses (billing and shipping). It is not clear that any discrepancy would cause a complete mess.  
 
Overall, instead of taking 1 day to be shipped apx 25 miles, it took 3 weeks to go to seattle and back to the east coast. Electronic Expo's customer service was not very helpful in even fixing the problem, let alone at least being apologetic and nice about it. Would not expedite shipping after error was noticed either.  
 
Overall, the price was cheap, but dealing with this issue wasn't worth $50 less than goin with a better company.

Let's start this off by saying this is my first review for anybody. So on to the fun part! My wife bought a TV through Electronic-Expo on 12/14/08 in order for it to arrive in time for Christmas. Originally it was supposed to be delivered the 23rd, then the 26th, then the 30th, and finally the 31st between 12 and 4. When it finally showed up at 8:10 at night I found loose screws in it. Really wanting my TV it was no problem and I would fix it only to find out that the screws were stripped. Called the company and ordered a new one. Now a month later I finally received that, but the shipping company only delivers 12-4 so I wasn't personally around to receive it. The packaging didn't look damaged, the TV looked great and I was excited, until I turned it on and found a inch wide dead streak down the center of my TV. Finally, the third time was the charm. We were able to get the working TV we had ordered 2 months before. The customer service did do a good job of addressing the issue however, my recommendation is to only order if you live close to one of their stores and can take it back easily.

I purchased an Infinity TSS 3in1 speaker from this vendor on Amazon.com. It was a display item from one of their retail stores and I expected scratches and dents but to their credit a damp paper towel and a Sharpie had it looking as good as new. Unfortunately they listed it as being missing only the speaker base and the Allen wrench and that wasn't true. I was planning on using the speaker on an articulated TV mount and didn't need the speaker base but did need the accessories for the wall mount bracket. The bracket cover and the wall mount end caps were missing. I'll manage with out them but if the wall mount bracket itself was missing as well I'd be hopping mad. Customer service is either non-existent or non-responsive. Their online chat doesn't "answer" and email is ignored. I won't risk an important purchase with Electronic Expo again.
