I looked everywhere for a stable, affordable Linux/BSD firewall solution. I was blown away with what I saw at Logic Supply. I've ordered twice; both times items were shipped fast. One had a noisy fan that showed up after a few months but Logic Supply C/S responded fast.  
 
Very impressed! I'm constantly watching for new products that they carry.

It's really nice to have a company that caters to those who want small computing. I converted three rather large systems into mini-ITX powerhouses; a full tower file server to a mini-ITX cube, an old dell gateway computer into a slim core 2 duo system, and an old web server into a pico-ITX system.  
 
Ordering from Logic Supply has been a breeze. The navigation of the website is simple but still manages to show details about the products on the website.  
 
When I received my pico-ITX system with the Senener GS-L08 case I discovered that the DC/DC converter was defective and would not cause the system to boot. Logic Supply support was very prompt in answering my questions and setting up an RMA on the case for me. Despite sending the case rather late (a day before the 14-day waiting period for an RMA) Logic Supply still took the case, diagnosed the problem, and quickly sent the case to me with a working DC/DC converter.  
 
I will definitely be purchasing from Logic Supply in the future.

When our old supplier for embedded PCs discontinued a model we had been using for a number of years it left us high and dry and facing a large order. Logic Supply came to our rescue with a very competitively priced system that lowered our overall costs and improved performance. We've been very happy with the products, service and delivery. I look forward to using some of their other products such as their Pico systems in upcoming projects.

It was easy, quick, and much much better than any of the other online retailers who sell this kind of merchandise. Also, LogicSupply had a number of accessories/etc that were very useful to be able to order at the same time. I wish they had more in the way of nano/pico motherboard headers/etc.

Logic Supply has an excellent service, ships very fast and the people on the phone are very friendly and helpful. This is one of the few shops where you will get direct access to very skilled technicians.

Excellent experience. My second purchase from this reseller in 18 months. Order status is updated promptly on their web-site, and they send you e-mail updates if there are delays and when the article is about to ship. Very professional.

My purchase experiance was very good! I reviewed the descriptions of the items I was considering. I then made my final decision added the options I wanted. The check out process was the same as any other merchant credit card number, billing address, shipping address. then the order was on it's way. Tracked the progress of the order to my door online. Nice and smooth!

My company needed 3 rackmount systems that were half length or shorter, with dual ethernet, and they had to be very quiet (we were building three demo boxes and we were bringing these things in small racks to show different companies, being quiet was very important.)  
We called many different companies to find out what they had to offer, most of them didn't understand what we needed and it was very frustrating. I was very happy to find Logic Supply, the salesman was very helpful and he spent at least 40 minutes on the phone with me over two days helping me pick out the system that most perfectly did what we needed. I ended up ordering 3 SolidLogic C159 Mini-ITX Rackmount Systems from Logic Supply, we had them build the systems and they arrived in 4 days which was exactly how long they said it might take.  
All three systems worked perfectly right out of the box, and they did exactly what we wanted them to do perfectly. They fit in our portable racks, they're very quiet compared to all the other rackmount servers we have, and they're powerful enough to handle our software.  
Logic Supply definitely knows their products and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very pleased with product, service, and support. Top notch company to deal with. Logic supply doesn't sit around and sell the same old status quo products. They offer the latest products which allow integrators like us to lead the pack with exciting new offerings.

Perfect... Will continue to purchase from Logic Supply... An item that I ordered was out of stock... I was called and asked what I would like in replacement or to just remove the item from the order!!! Service is great!!!

Order was promptly shipped. All items intact. System is assembled and running.

The products are outstanding and Logic Supply ships quickly. The only complaints I have are the on-line RMA system which is slow and I have had to modify the 1RU cases to get the system boards to fit.
