I'm very satisfied doing business with Logic Supply. As far as I can tell, their prices are competitive. But they combine this with an unbelievable turn-around time on orders--both my orders shipped the say day--with fast and responsive technical service--my two questions were both answered promptly with very helpful responses.
Purchase was simple and easy. Site is well laid out and easy to find what I was looking for. Was pleased at the number of payment options, as I prefer to use paypal for its security (which was available). Shipment was prompt and well documented, was notified of shipment every step of the way. Was treated like top notch commercial client, even though order was for personal use. Will purchase from again.
**Note: Although purchase was easy, I only purchased items ONLY provided by logic supply. For the remainder of my parts, I ordered from another site because both price and shipping were less (reliable site, rough savings of 50-100 USD per part and wider selection).
Although the prices are a little steep on a few items, Logic Supply generally has amazingly fair prices. Plus, the parts they sell are rare, so to make any money at all, they really need to have slightly higher prices. It's just like a grocery store in the way that you pay for convenience. I've gotten all the parts for a NES-PC and a PS2-PC (except for RAM and a HDD) for around $500 from Logic Supply. That's two solid computers, for five hundred dollars. Such a good deal!
In terms of service and quality of products, Logic supply amazed me with better customer support and faster shipping than online computer suppliers like Newegg.com. Or if you compare it to sites that have somewhat the same selection, like Mini-Box.com (Although I must admit Logic Supply has a better selection than Mini-Box), the difference in support is even more apparent.
The bottom line is that for case modding projects, Logic supply is the place to go.

It's really nice to have a company that caters to those who want small computing. I converted three rather large systems into mini-ITX powerhouses; a full tower file server to a mini-ITX cube, an old dell gateway computer into a slim core 2 duo system, and an old web server into a pico-ITX system.
Ordering from Logic Supply has been a breeze. The navigation of the website is simple but still manages to show details about the products on the website.
When I received my pico-ITX system with the Senener GS-L08 case I discovered that the DC/DC converter was defective and would not cause the system to boot. Logic Supply support was very prompt in answering my questions and setting up an RMA on the case for me. Despite sending the case rather late (a day before the 14-day waiting period for an RMA) Logic Supply still took the case, diagnosed the problem, and quickly sent the case to me with a working DC/DC converter.
I will definitely be purchasing from Logic Supply in the future.
